Hotels near D' Talipapa Market

Good location, easily accessible to D Mall area as well as D Talipapa by scooter. Beach front location, lively area during night time. Downside : too many people trying to sell you everythings... Hotel does not provide transfer from Kalibo airport, only free transfer to and from Catiada side. From Catiada to hotel by public boat and hotel van to the hotel. Hotel staff pick up at Catiada. If you are looking at a premium room, try a better one at the fourth floor, the rest are as worth as deluxe room. No sea view from all rooms, partial sea view was blocked by a construction next door. All premium and most deluxe room having just one glass door, and the bed is immediately behind the door. you will be sleeping with your feet facing directly to the door. If you are Chinese, that's a taboo, as only dead people will be put out this way. Staff are very friendly and professional. Eating sea food almost every night at Talipapa, you pay 60 peso for 1 scooter ( whole scooter, not by headcount ) to Talipapa, coming back from Talipapa, you pay 10 peso per head by sharing the same scooter with others. Talipapa is actually within walking distance to the Hotel/d Mall area.

I was deciding between this one and similarly priced hotel nearby. I was more than happy I pick Boracay Holiday Resort. Location was very convenient (please note that Agoda got the location wrong, this hotel is on Sunset road and closer to the beach). Travelling with infant can be challenging however staff made everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Highlights: 3 mins walk to the beach, the part that is actually swimmable with no boats, d*talipapa just behind the hotel with good food and cheap souvenirs, near AMC Diagnostic that I was more impressed than Makati Med, great pool, decent breakfast. Definitely good value for the money. My only recommendation to the hotel management is to put more effort into keeping rooms clean.

We stay at the hotel at room 110 and 107 with us 4 adults, 2 infants, and 1 kid. Well our stay is definitely memorable and convenient as well. This hotel is at the heart of boracay where you could shop with a walking distance from Talipapa market and d'mall, beach front with swimming pool amenities, food is no problem you could order from this hotel and so many restaurants nearer to this location. I love their friendly staff we are welcomed and been attentive to our request through out our stay. Plus the nice thing is we got a baby sitter from this hotel, where we adults could enjoy our night life with our youngs been take care of. Thanks to Les Soleil and to their staff, we definitely recommend and come back to this hotel soon.

On our first night, we stayed in 1-bedroom suites and the 2nd and 3rd night, in De Luxe Rooms. There was a small problem with communication before our arrival date and just a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room but our pleasant stay compensated everything negative. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money. Location was ok, just a few minutes walk to White Beach, D' Mall and D' Talipapa. We'll definitely stay again in this hotel.

After we landed, things started off bad but once I was able to speak with the manager and staff, the rest of our time went great. The staff and management were wonderful. They should be commended! The hotel is in the perfect location and right on the beach. It is directly beside D-mall. The suite has great views, we highly recommend spending the extra money to enjoy amazing views with excellent privacy. We also highly recommend to utilize their transportation. When you fly to Boracay, you do not land on the island of Boracay. You have to find transportation to the boat dock, pay for boat transportation to Boracay and then find transportation to the hotel. "OR" If you book with the hotel, they charge you and extra $5 over the price you would pay on your own BUT you have private transportation from the airport to a private boat and the private transportation to the hotel. For $5 it is more than worth it, no hassle, no cramped and crowded public transportation.

PROS Room is very clean very accessible, the hotel is along the main road and just a few mins away from the beach. There is a laundry shop and restaurant just below the hotel ( so no need to bring home any dirty laundry) :) its also very near D Mall and D Talipapa You may also find Mcdo, Jollibee and Tom and Tom's nearby Internet connection in our room (beside lobby) is stable enough during our stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly Infinity pool (open until 10pm) This hotel even gives free sunglasses and waterproof case for your phone. CONS: No free coffee Bfast is not delicious (as in it's a no-no) The lobby is at the 3rd floor. There is a high staircase that you need to walk on (Guards will carry your lugguage anyways)

I spent my birthday at La Carmela de Boracay with my mom, dad, two nephews- 5yrs old & 8yrs old, 2 friends. I booked a panorama main room good for 8 persons. From the website gallery i thought that it would be like 2 queen beds only so Iam thinking of getting an extra mattress, but i was surprised we had 5 beds in the room. We had a comfortable stay & enjoyed the beach well since its just a few walk from our room. We just encountered a problem w/ water supply, but as soon as we informed the staff it was immediately resolved. I also loved how near it is located to the "d talipapa" where we could buy fresh seafoods & have it cooked how you wanted it. Definitely, i would love to come back to this place.

I booked 3 rooms for 9 adults 2 kids during Chinese New Year week. 2/3 rooms came with free breakfast because i booked it directly with them. The 1 i booked through Agoda didn't come with any but their breakfast rates are 150php per person. 2 of 3 rooms were booked in their newer building. Everything looked modern. Exactly the same as what you see on their FB page. Washrooms are clean and they have hot/cold shower. They even have a bidet. Clean towels + toiletries are provided and can be replenished upon request. The other room (villa) was in the older building. It's very basic BUT still has hot/cold shower options. Overall though, if you just need your hotel to rest your head after a day filled with activities, it's not bad. Tita Jess, the owner, was a delight to chat with. The staff was great. They were very nice, attentive, honest, courteous, and most of all they had the patience to deal with such a big group including my 88 year old grandma. Shout out to Ate Haya, Mem, Razel, Ronnie and Aldrin. Thank you! Breakfast was not too big not too small just enough for you to get your day started. Filipino or western choices but you have to discuss with them the day before because they have to do the marketing for ingredients. Complimentary juice, coffee, clean water are provided everyday. The staff (Ate Haya) helped us booked our activities while we were there. They have a connection with one of the boat operators in station 1. The rates they gave are significantly lower than the guys waiting for you along white beach. I highly recommend if you're staying with CDB that you book tour activities through them. Minor downside: slight plumbing problem on the old building during our stay but the staff was up to their feet as soon as we notified them. Overall, I would include CDB on our wedding website as one of the accommodation options for our guests.

Booked here with my friend/colleague to celebrate her 30th birthday last April and I can say we booked just the perfect hotel! It's 50 meters away from the beach which almost feels like booking a beachfront hotel. The Owner and Hotel personnel were very accommodating and treat us like a family and would ask what else do we need every time. The welcome drinks are also one of my favorites! Very refreshing and taste really good esp we came from a long travel. The breakfast was superb! Feels like you're home indeed. They even gave a birthday cake for my friend! She said this is the best birthday vacation she had so far she's very happy and keeps talking about it even weeks after. Lol Boracay is a very nice place but what captures me the most is the kindness of it's people. Indeed, it's more than a beach :)

The wifi is very good (good in the room, in the beach, in the restaurant near this hotel.I stayed in Alla Luna Rossa Beach Hotel last July 29-30, 2014 together with my husband. Although the space was limited, the room was clean and impressive. It was a minimalistic approach to a budget hotel. The staff was helpful and very friendly as well.The interiors were simple and elegant and the restroom is good. The beach front space was definitely a plus(very large. the sand white, clean, the beach wonderful). Nightlife , malls plenty of things to do in the areas. Its is very near Station 2, near D'Mall, near center and alot of Bar(you can walk only 2 minutes).From this hotel go to Center tourist, Police only walk in 1 minute.From this hotel go to Puka Beach, Baling Hai Beach, Bulabog Beach, Manoc beach, only 15 PHP/1person(July 2014).Every things is okay except the air condition is litter noisy.Near Dmalls and nightly entertainments establishments, good location.The room rates is very low compare to other hotels. Great place! Good price! Fast internet. Close to mall.I loved it. I would recommend this place. Thanks Agoda.Many beachfront restaurants nearby. We loved that the beach was right at our doorstep-it is convenient, the view fom our balcony is stunning and the suite was spacious with amenities that would be useful for our stay. The flow of the water was too little and the lighting at the room wasn't good enough at night, causing it to be too dark.Shops were just a short walk away.(There is 1 Fast food near this hotel, good and cheap:andokscorpdotcom).The location is the best on White Beach,station 2 and station 3 right on the beach-front with fabulous views

Decided to try a non-beachfront place for this trip and Abozza is a great choice. In front if Station X, 5 mins walk from D’ Talipapa and Beachfront. Only downside is cleanliness...we got there in the first day with the towel of the previous occupant still in the bathroom. They did not clean the room on the 2nd day despite leaving the sign outside. Had to request twice to have the room cleaned on the 3rd day and they forgot to leave new towels in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again in the future.

Price - best price Location- 5 minutes walk from the beach Room- I reserved 4 family rooms , fo 15 pax But instead they did give us 2 standard rooms that has 2 single bed each room and a3 family rooms, one of d room has 3 queen beds And 2 queen beds each room Attendat was very nice kind and very approacheable , accomodating We end up giving her/him a big tip One thing for sure “ Babalik kame s AJ Travellers

We love the location very much, it's centrally location in station 2. D mall, Talipapa is just a stone throw away. We don't even need to use tricycle service at all in the island. All in walking distance. Breakfast is pretty good but limited choice. The room condition is acceptable as it is consider budget in Boracay. Power failure(around 10am on our 2nd day, it has backup power for the light and fan,anyway we go out for our activity so it does not cause big problem to us. When we back to hotel later, it's fixed. Internet down, connection really very unstable, keep up and down during our stay. Water supply down during our stay as well but it get fixed in a short while after we complaint to front desk. Overall we are still happy with our stay here.

the hotel is situated in the heart of boracay, located at station 2, with almost 3 mins walk to d'mall and talipapa market. The room rate is cheap, but with fantastic amenities and friendly staff. With complete access to Carmella Hotel (beach front). The best deal this hotel can offer is the barkadahan and family package where buffet meal is served at very affordable price.

We stayed for 4 days and three nights. Location is awesome, just a few steps away from the beach and from D*mall. Our group works from home/freelancers and during our stay their wifi was not working. We couldn't connect. If you're someone who constantly needs access to the internet, I suggest bring a back up such as a prepaid modem. We stayed at their first floor rooms and Globe works best inside, not much for Smart. Their staff was friendly, and attended to our requests. They didn't have kitchen but they had let us borrow their electric kettle and a couple of mugs. Overall, this place is good if you want to be a few secs away from the beach, someone who prefers eating at restaurants vs cooking your own meals, and if you want to be near D*mall and other establishments.

Room is clean and spacious — I think we got more than our money’s worth. Facilities in very good condition. They provide one bottle of water per person everyday. Toiletries are also included in the rooms. Staff are super friendly and greet you with a smile every time. Good internet connection in public areas, not so much inside the rooms, but they warn you about this. If you want to go swimming, they provide you with beach towels and a cute eco bag. Hotel is located on top of a hill (they warn you about this after booking), but it isn’t too much of a walk up the stairs. Might just be an issue if you have PWDs and senior citizens with you. It is a four-minute walk to D-Mall and the beachfront. There is a Tom N’ Toms, a Jollibee and a McDonalds close by.

we had stayed in hey Jude hotel. This hotel is very nice and comfortable. - The rooms is clean and fresh, friendly staffs - Nice breakfast in this hotel. - Its near D'mall. You can go to the while beach , just 2mins. - Go to the market , just 1 mins. - You also can walk to Station 1 and Station 2, its just 10 mins. Or you just pay 20 peso each person for tricycle - D' talipapa: Seafood market. Its very near, just 10 peso for each person. You can buy and using cooking service there.

For all those who want a budget and home away from home stay at bora... my little nook is for you... lovely! we arrive early and so we were allowed to check-in early... the hotel is near d mall so shopping of daily necessities is easy... Its unlike cheap hotel around... they have discounted rate for water activities in bora so no hassle with negotiating for the rate with the locals... and sure safe because its their contacts... and they have good cook, since we are also book to another hotel on another day, we came back for our lunch before we leave bora... if your in the budget just ride a tricle for 20pesos fare to talipapa.. buy your favorite see foods and have it cook in the Hotel.. hola! you save more than haft of the price when you order it in the restaurant... plus.. you eat as if you are just in your house back home.. il be back soon my island nook.... love it...
