Hotels near Klong Jilad Pier

We stayed here for one night before we left to go to Ko Phi Phi the following morning. The hotel is trendy and very beachy! The hotel and rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. When we realized we left our phone on the airplane, two of their staff members, Wirin and Fina, were so helpful in helping us contact the airlines. They were on the phone for us to help track it down. The staff is very friendly as well. The hotel is close to town as well as the pier Klong Jilad Pier, if you were to take a ferry to Ko Phi Phi or other islands. We stayed here for one night following our week in Ko Phi Phi, they upgraded us at no cost to a beautiful pool side suite. Again, they were so accommodating to our needs. and very helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Krabi! Thank you Krabi SeaBass Hotel!!!

I feel that this hotel have the best location in Krabi Town. First, it is just less than 5mins walk from Chao Fah Pier, and this hotel are near to the Krabi Night Markets, there are a few there. There are a lot of shops around the hotel for you to go to. The hotel is very clean. If you like retro and old fashion feel kind of hotel, this is the hotel for you! The hotel is very nicely decorated. The staffs are very helpful, and airport transfer from the hotel is very cheap, only 350bhat (depending on period)

Check in/out was efficient thanks to their English speaking staff who were friendly and helpful. The staff had our room ready as we requested to check in earlier. Our room was quite modern and nicely decorated with all the basic ammenities. We had a comfortable queen sized bed, wifi, flatscreen tv, safe, and a small patio. Everything worked well, except for the shower drain which wasn't draining too well. The towels could also be newer and fresher. The pool was not bad and the hotel was clean and bright. The hotel's location was convenient (less than 15 mins from the ferry pier, and less than 30 mins to the airport by taxi). The free shuttle service from the hotel to town (less than 10 mins drive) was great. It was a good way to check out the local nightmarket and see the city. Only suggestion is to get a room not facing the road (even on a high floor) as it could be noisy during the night due to traffic. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and we would return again.

Nice new hotel. You are fairly close to everything, rent a motorbike from the hotel if you can. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The pool is situated on the backside of the hotel, and in the sun the whole day. Some noise from the road, but had a great little poolside bar and the food was quite okay. Rooms are big and above par for a three star hotel. Had a great stay. Good base for exploring Krabi and it's surroundings, while getting away from the all the tourists at Ao Nang.

Well designed, new, modern and comfortable rooms, Comfy beds, clean linen, good towels. Very quiet outside as the hotel is surrounded by fields, however the maids clattering about and dragging furniture around was disturbing in the morning, perhaps attach some felt pads to the furniture legs. Shower water pressure was just OK, could be improved. TV would benefit from some more English and movie channels. Location suited me as I had a car, but a bit out of the way for the town if you have no transport. Good well lit off street car parking. Complimentary drinks tray could have included some tea bags for non coffee drinkers. The pool looked inviting but I had no time for it. Very good value for money on the late booking rate I received. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return on my regular trips to Krabi Town. My negative comments are intended to be constructive, and could easily be resolved I believe, and then the hotel would be perfect for the category, for mobile visitors.

I normally dont review hotels i stayed so often but I feel so happy that i want to share to everyone. I booked for one night ended up staying 5 nights. Joe and his mother, the owner is really a lovely person, they work hard to make sure you know what to do and where to eat in krabi. The room is perfectly clean. Bed and bed sheet is the same quality as a 3to4 star hotel. Shower water is strong and i felt so comfortable taking shower. Bath room is sooo clean also. You can go to any tourist attractions in krabi from this hotel since the pier is within a walking distance also the shuttle bus station. Suggest everyone who do not wish to stay by the beach but still love to explore to stay in this hotel. You will not regret, i promise.

It's really great location ... in front of the hotel is night fruit market ... next to the hotel is Vogue department store ... behind the hotel is night bazaar ... public transportation station (to Aonang and other destination) is just 150 meters ... the river is just 200 meter from the hotel ... and the pier is just 400 meter ... we book a family room, it's big enough ... overall, it's good for tourists ...

After having been to 2 outstanding hotels, no expectation with this but it was a good stay. Close to the pier (to Phi2 islands) and airport. Not very far from Aonang beach. Transport was available. Staff and owner/manager are excellent. They made our stay memorable. Bfast at the cafe below was 5 star. Well done! However the mattress was too soft, pillows too high - didn't sleep too well. Quiet enough save for noisy guests - could hear them clearly walking in n out. Layout and interior of the room, interesting, functional. Amneties adequate. Treats & coffee in the room were all good! Wifi alright but need to keep logging in. Close to a supermarket, convenient. Overall, commendable & worth the stay.

I was coming from Koh Lanta and stayed on Hop Inn Krabi just for one night before heading to Bangkok. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the wifi worked fine throughout our stay. The room is a little bit small but sufficient for just an overnight stay, it looks like an Ibis hotel room but smaller. The staff helped us to book a taxi to the airport, the price was higher than what we saw on tourist agencies on the city, however, once our flight was early in the morning, we thought that it would be safer to book on the hotel just in case we had some problem with taxi not showing up to pick us. The trip to the airport takes around 20-30 minutes. The hotel is located in Krabi town, if you are planning to stay here to explore the islands and the beaches around Krabi I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the distance to the pier/beaches. However, if you are looking for an accommodation close to the airport or Krabi town, this would be a good option.

Stayed there only for a night to catch our early flight the ff day. Nevertheless, our stay was quite comfortable. The location is good for persons looking for accommodation near the pier but the area is pretty dull. There is a nearby mall but quite small. Nothing much to do in town but eat, sleep and maybe do some massage and salon services. The room and hotel was very clean and basic amenities were provided considering its price. My only con is there are no elevators though there is a small one only for the luggage. The reception offered us transportation to the airport however they keep on changing the prices so better bargain or do some research around the area. There are nearby 7/11 store to do some groceries and a wet market where you can buy local food and fruits at a very cheap price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to 'transiting' vacationers as it is near the pier if you are planning to go to nearby islands, it is clean and sufficient.

everything was great, walking distance to krabi walking street night market, food and fruit market, early morning market and chao pah pier (the mud sculpture) for muslim easy to find halal food , the hotel also offer tour cheaper than agent i used, everything was good, i just feel offended because before this i already inform about my late check out and through inbox they said for free but after that they told me late check out will be charged 100 baht /hour, i dont mind to paid for that but it 's totaly different from what they told me in my inbox.

I just booked for 1st arrival day because my flight re-scheduled arrival to 5AM. Only stayed morning nap form 6AM to noon. Reception was good service and room is really clean. However there is no lift so bag should be carry by yourself. Also hotel staff provide local map for krabi town which is super good. We only explore on that map as well. After short nap, we need taxi to next beach, booking was also really smooth and acceptable price. Since krabi is difficult to find meter taxi then price was bit high than I expected. Overall stay was super good. Thank you to hotel staff.

We have stayed Krabi city seaview Hotel for 3nights. It has nice location not very far from Krabi pier also from Krabi town. It was about 10mins distance from hotel to the city. Also you will encounter Street food served in cheap price. A Couple of shortcomings are, facilities and convenience near Hotel. They didn't have hair dryer in the room. But has kettle in the room with 2 bottles of completmentary water and two clean glasses and mugs. There are no convenient stores or small market, so you need to walk quite while to visit 7/11 or something. Hotel provides nice breakfast options you should come down and staffs are really nice too. Also have laundry service calculated by the weight in reasonable price We enjoyed our stay in this hotel And had comfortable times

Location: Very good Located close to the pier and behind the Night market. Also around 8km to the airport. Rooms : Clean and spacious Rooms are big and come with a balcony. Quite breezy in the balcony. Shower area is clean as well. Provide liquid soap, shampoo and 2 bottles of water per day. There are no lifts/ elevators so might be a bit difficult for high floor occupants with heavy baggage. Food: close to night markets and hawker centres. Too many options to choose from and prices are reasonable. Restaurants close to the hotel cater more to the western crowd. Follow the pier eastwards and the walkway will lead to a hain of roadside eateries serving some of the best local food. Good : Location, proximity to street food, spacious rooms Bad: Airport transfer is 400baht despite only 8kms away. No elevators in the hotel

We stayed one night. Perfect little stop off hotel if you have flight or boat connections. Hotel is across the road from the river and in the centre of Krabi Town. Perfect for restaurants , market's etc. Rooms are lovely, spacious and newly refurbished to a quirky american theme. Nice pillows, comfy bed.Air con very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall great value for money. There is no lift but staff helped to carry bags, hotel is only 2 floors.

The hotel is clean with lift and a spacious lobby. The staff at reception is all very friendly and helpful, especially "Om" and "Luck" who gave us very useful travel info. The room is clean and spacious with a small balcony. TV, mini bar, hairdryer, kettle, safe... all there. The TV has a good English movie channel for us to kill time at night in the room. Wifi is strong. A 7-Eleven store is 1-minute walk across the road. Maharaj morning market, Krabi Town night market and Vogue Department Store are about 10-15 walk away. Further will be Chao Fa Pier, Khanabnam viewpoint, the big crab sculpture etc. If you like to walk, it's fun to explore the area on foot. Not many eateries near the hotel however, you need to walk slightly far to find food. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel for our budget travel. And we were surprised to receive the small souvenirs/ gifts of appreciation from them on our last night there. Such a sweet hotel!

Our stay at the Doungta Anda Hotel is awesome. We had so much fun stayed there for 3 days and 2 night. Every aspect is almost perfect although it started their operation last year. The room is comfortable and affordable. We made our booking late but we manage to get a good hotel near to the place of attraction around Krabi. We will suggest others to choose this hotel is they plan to go to Krabi. p/s : We will choose Doungta Anda Hotel again if we came back here next time...Good luck in upcoming year :)

It was my second stay in his Hotel. It is everything you need when you are traveling and in need of some „luxury“ in between. The Only thing that one could mention ist that they still do not serve Breakfast (April 2018) but if you walk just 5 Minutes to the Pier ( on the way u‘ll asked if u wanna go to Railay Beach 150B pP one trip only, go early since they all wanna pick you up at 5-6pm.. sunset on westbeach is it 6:30pm though.. so we made a deal 250B pP for a pick up at 8pm. Best decision ever, we had the most beautiful Sunset if this entire stay AND clear skies on the way back. We lay down in the longtail and watched the stars. Awesome!), just Before arriving at the Pier to the right hand is a Place Named „Juice Bar“ go there for Breakfast. It’s the best in Krabi. If you look for some nice Drinks at evening, check out any of the Reggea Bars but before that u might enjoy some HappyHour Cocktails at the „Wild West“ Bar (say Hi to Charly from Sebastian, the German guy). I love Krabi!

Comfortable, clean, great value, basic hotel. We were very pleased with this hotel for our 2 night stay. Has balcony, tv, reasonably priced mini bar and proper toilet. Hot shower. Air con. Friendly staff who will book your ferry and tour. Good breakfast. Wier location away from main streets over looking river. Near to ferry pier for Koh Lanta boat. Only drawback = no kettle in room. Will definitely return.

We stayed one night at the Green House hotel before flying home. It was a very nice and clean hotel located in a market district near the pier with ferries to Koh Phi Phi, Koh Lanta etc. The airport is not far away, just 20-30 mins by car. Perfect for overnight stays between airport and ferry and if you want to do some shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful although just one or two spoke some english. Breakfast was ok, standard Thai hotel breakfast with toast, jam and fruit.

We stayed at Krabi Pitta house for 2 nights, and it was a pleasant experience. There is on-site laundry, for 30 baht a load. Our room was equipped with a drying rack, which was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and had 2 pillows per person, which was a pleasant surprise. Be careful when you're booking on Agoda, because we thought our room included breakfast, but it wasn't. Click on the "breakfast" filter in order to find out the actual cost of the room. Poor marketing on Agoda's part. Overall, I'd recommend staying at Krabi Pitta House. It is close to the night market, the pier, shops and restaurants.

My family booked 6 rooms at Tairada. The deluxe rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. My babies love that they can run around the room. The twin room offer privacy. My brothers comment were they are happy that the room is big and smell nice. My 2 newlywed sisters were staying in superior rooms. They said that the rooms are super great for romantic getaway. My little sister staying alone im superior room said that the room is cute. What can be improved are, the hotel should have option for breakfast and it will be great if the worker can speak proper english.

We stayed here for a week and had a very pleasant stay. The greenery is located on the edge of town, an easy stroll to all local highlights. The staff are amazing, helpful, friendly, delivering a high standard of customer service throughout our stay, as good as if not better than 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed in recently. We do not like Aircon, so our room was great cool even though the outside temperature was in the high 30's. Housekeeping was exceptional, spotlessly cleaned every day with everything smelling fresh. Reception was top notch helping with onward travel, etc and always giving a welcoming smile. Highly recommended.

The rooms were big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were many dining options available and if you want local food, there is just a market down the street. The staff was very helpful and helped with the booking of my family's trip to the islands and also transport. Down the main road, there are numerous bars with cheap drinks. There are also several coffee houses around the hotel. However, the hotel is located at the intersection of he main road and a side road and so the room facing the river can be rather noisy at times due to the traffic. The other problem I faced was that the room had no lift and I stayed on the fourth floor which was not the best especially during check out since I had done much shopping there. The only toiletries available were soap and shampoo, shower cap and cotton buds so do bring you own toothbrushes should you stay here. It would be good to arrange transportation with the hotel to pick you up from the airport when you arrive. The taxi service at the airport did not allow my family of four to ride in the normal cab and had to pay 600baht for a minivan. Unless you don't mind ravelling by bus to the hotel or if you're travelling in a group less than 3, I would advise you to arrange transport with the hotel. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would choose this hotel again.
