"I confused when I touch down airport. Luckily the tourist information counter guide me to check with Tops Holiday counter, they will arrange free shuttle bus send you to the hotel. The Tops Holiday tour counter just right end at the exit gate there. However it charge HKD24 per person when you want the hotel arrange shuttle service to airport.
It has a casino in the hotel, hence I though it is suitable for non-gambling guest, but I was wrong. It is a standard 5-stars hotel, but not a luxury 5-stars. It cater many tour groups, hence I had a bad experience when waiting the lift go up together with a tour group who just checked in, it only 3 lifts at the lobby and it’s super slow… The check in process took some time, however they are willing to arrange the best room to adapt your requirement, such as non-smoking room, king size bed room, nice city view or so on.
If you can walk, Lisboa casino and Ruins of St. Paul’s Cathedral is within walking distance. Otherwise, take bus is convenience. The hotel is located small road, but got public bus serve in that line, otherwise passby the garden infront further down is a main road, many bus lines serving there. On the other hand, the hotel does provide shuttle bus to Lisboa casino.
The garden opposite is Vasco da Gama Munument, feel nothing just a normal garden with a monument, walk further got a souvenir store. A side got 7-11 convenient store and few local restaurants, the taste not bad and not that expensive.

"Nice budget hotel with decent sized room and free wifi. I'm using this hotel as a place to crash after going for casino trips.
Grand emperor hotel with casinos is just right nextdoor 1 min walk,
Grand lisboa hotel with casinos is just across the street 3 min walk.
Old famous lisboa casino those you see often in hongkong movie is also 3 min away.
From there wynn hotel with grand casino settings is just 5 mins walk away from old lisboa casino.
and if you walk further using the underpass you can go to MGM macau casino...very grand also
If you after gambling session and still feel hungry but too lazy to walk they have 24hr/s restaurant on 2nd floor that can solve your dinning needs. Good luck and remember try the famous egg tart when you are there...cheers."

"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! It was my 2nd time at Lisboa and this hotel certainly does not disappoint! Our flight arrived at 10am and we got an early check-in, as well as a late check-out due to a 6pm flight. The room was upgraded FOC, with a mesmerising view of Grand Lisboa. There are staff who speak English and Mandarin, so communication wasn't an issue. Room service came by daily to replenish toiletries and the free drinks in the mini-bar. The hotel restaurants were up to par. Tim's Kitchen is a one Michelin star Cantonese restaurant, my dinner for three cost approx USD 100. There is buffet dinner at Noite e Dia Cafe for MOP 220 (less than USD 30) whipping up local delights incl. roasted meats, dim sum, Japanese sashimi, pastas etc. Ask for a peep at the dishes - the waitresses are more than willing to let you do that! Great range of desserts - Macanese biscuit cake, mango pudding, creme brulee, chocolate fountain, macarons and much, much more! For Portuguese cuisine, try Guincho a Galera at level 3 - but long pants are needed for the gentlemen. The hotel is centrally located and is a 5-minutes walk from the famous Cafe e Nata egg tarts. From Hotel Lisboa, walk towards Grand Lisboa, cross another small road towards Lukfook Jewellery and disappear into the alley. Viola! You are now queuing with the crowd for egg tarts. Continuing in the same direction and walking down another 7 min or so gets you to the Town centre. In Macau, taxis are metered, so if a driver offers you a price before you board, ignore him. Hotel Lisboa will glady get you a cab - just ask the reception. To the airport, it costs MOP 60-70. Should you require to get to Zhuhai, China, obtain a ticket from any Hotel Lisboa casinos prior to queuing for the shuttle bus. The bus also carries passengers to the ferry terminal to cross over to Hongkong. Despite being one of the oldest luxurious hotel, Hotel Lisboa is well-maintained and definitely feels anything but old. Enjoy your stay here!"

"Need to climb up a small staircase to go into the hotel.
Can take the shuttle bus to Sofitel/ponte 16 casino hotel. Then take the escalator down. Walk to your left side all the way. (No need cross road) u will see this hotel’s name after few minutes walk. "

"The standard single room which I stay for 5 nights is rather small, but the bed is large enough for myself and the cleanliness of the room is superb, fully equipped with amenities, kettle, hair dryer etc. They clean the room every morning
Aircon works well and there's English Channel on tv that I can watch everyday. The drawer big enough to hang our clothes
This hotel is very near to various ancient landmarks of Macao, easy to go by bus to every direction.
The only complain I have is a cleaning service lady with short hair who is very rude , the rest are very friendly.
Overall, I'm fully satisfied staying in this hotel!
From the airport you can take bus #MT1 and stop at Freirra Amaral in front of Grand Lisboa Casino. From there then take bus #7 stop at Kiang Wu Hospital (5 stops from Freirra Amaral) then walk about 3 minutes to McDonald's and the Holiday Hotel is very near to Super market 711.
On the way back to the airport you have to go to the bus stop in front of Post Office (10 minutes walk from the hotel) then take either bus number 8, 9, 9B, 12, 22, 25, 25B (only 3 stops) to Freirra Amaral. From there you must take bus number MT1 to Macao International Airport. Please take note, bus #MT1 only available every 20 minutes from 07:00 am."

"Stayed for a night during mid January 2019. We are a group of 5 adult with a kid below two and Agoda suggested we take the family suit, cost around rm900.
It’s a duplex unit, whereby the lower floor is equipped with a nice, clean and bright toilet, a sofa bed, tea making station, a tv and even have enough room to fit a baby cot(additional request and it’s foc!)
The sofa bed is a the size of a slightly bigger queen size bed and it’s soft and really comfortable, unlike another hotel whereby the sofa bed is really uncomfortable to sleep in. It would be better if the lower floor toilet is equipped with shower facility(maybe a shower cubicle considering the space is small?)
The upper floor has a sofa, tv, a double bed, a super single bed and a full function clean, bright bathroom. Since there is only one bathroom, 6 of us had to take turn to shower which is a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else is good. Bed linens are clean and bathroom are bright.
Our stay comes with a complimentary breakfast whereby we get to choose a main dish HK char Chan Teng style and free slow of tea/coffee/juice/milk/bread/croissant.
I chose macaroni while my husband chose beef noodle. Nothing to shout about but it’s a decent meal and good portion. Very worth the value.
Location wise, it is such a gem! Walking distance to the Ruin of St. Paul for some touristy photo shoot, to taste the famous and delicious Portuguese egg tarts, and a visit to the old and classy New Grand Lisboa casino (赌王开的）"

"I booked a room for 3 person, i never expect to be very big room and turn out is a family room(not so sure is it consider as suite).. Great room, staff are nice, public bus will stop directly in front of d hotel, sometimes ther hav standby taxi. Of course casino.. The hotel might not as big as other casino hotel, but have a budget or want to travel to macau for culture and heritage, not $$ leisure this hotel can consider as is near to outer habour macau terminal, guan yin statue..
1 thing they dun have is shuttle bus like any other casino hotel, but they have shuttle bus to ferry terminal and will also drop off travelers to other hotel shuttle bus if want to visit other hotel casino.. "
