"casa real is very near the macau maritime ferry terminal. you can walk to it if you like, but casa real has a free shuttle to and from the terminal. this is very essential to someone visiting macau for the first time. at the ferry terminal, you can just pick which bus you want to ride (for free) and get to your destination. there's a gas station with a convenience store right across the hotel for your personal needs. the hotel is also very near some scenic spots / places of interest like the grand prix and wine museum, guia fortress, fisherman's wharf and mgm sands. all the staff are very helpful and polite specially the filipinos. we had no problem with the room itself. nice, clean and big enough. honestly, we weren't expecting such a nice place for the cheap price we paid. "S$350 for a 2-bedroom suite was not very expensive neither was it really value for money. We asked for dental floss and they didn't have it, the surrounding didn't have much to see as well pretty quiet for a weekend. The location was pretty near to Macau Ferry Terminal but it might take 15-20mins walk as it is not a straight road. Free shuttle bus is available - it is blue in colour named macau fisherman's wharf that drop by Legend Palace Hotel before arriving at Harbourview Hotel. Cleanliness was good except that I found a bright red hair in the bathtub. Checking in and out was a breeze, and reminder that there is a MOP1000 refundable deposit. Concierge service was great, helped us to book a maxi cab (7 seater) within 5 mins despite telling us there are only 50 maxi cabs serving whole Macau. Overall was a good stay but probably will try out other hotels in future as the location is quite a distance to places of interest. Despite free shuttle from hotels, it takes quite a bit of waiting & traveling time so ended up we had to Uber or cab quite often. "

"Greeted and served very well by a girl name Ally at the reception. We wanted our 3 rooms on high floors facing the sea and she gave us just that. The view was wonderful. We could see the ferry's wharf, the bridge to the airport etc., fisherman's wharf and the Sands Casino and Hotel. At night when the lights were turned on, it was just beautiful. The Sands Casino and hotel is just a short 150m walk away. From there you could take a shuttle bus to the Venetian and onwards to the City of Dreams. The casino at the hotel is not as big as those in the Sands, Venetian or Lisboa. Set dinner @ RMB99 per pax at the Japanese restaurant next to the lifts was pretty good. Special mention must be made with regard to the bell hops who were always pleasant and helpful. There are hourly bus shuttle right in front of the hotel to the ferry's wharf. There's also shuttle bus in front of the casino to the immigration checkpoint leading to Zhuhai. A value for money hotel."

"My family of six got 2 deluxe suite rooms and stayed here purposely for a 5-day birthday celebration of my 15 yr-old daughter. We opted for a higher floor with the great views of the ocean, the Fisherman's Wharf Village and the Taipa Bridge. The location was perfect for us who want a serene and more private hotel away from the glares and noisy sides of the city. The rooms were spacious w/ wide living room, flat screen tv's and had the homely feeling that we loved and felt so comfortably relaxed and well rested after more than a 2 hours of long trip. The cleanliness of the accommodation was awesome esp. the nice and fab bathroom and toilet with all the complete amenities. The buffet lunch was good at the 888 Resto at the 2nd floor. The Steak House at the 3rd Floor lived up to its Award, the steak melts in the mouth, It was absolutely fantastic! The Resident Manager, Ms Connie Cheung were extremely helpful and warm in granting my extra special request, a surprise birthday cake for my daughter. She did exceptionally well in providing us with an awesome personal service and for us to truly enjoy our first time stay in Macau. We were highly delighted and blessed with the personal touch and warm smiles of the kind and sensitive staff, gained new friends and will forever instill a memorable stay for our kids to cherish. We will definitely choose this hotel again in our future vacation trips to Macau. "
