"The signage is small but if you see a floral painted building thats it. There should be signage , going up to their main reception and the signage. Also, they should not allow traffic/police officer to use their main entrance on the ground floor as a office. Not EVERY tenants are happy seeing police especially when its inside the building premises already. I know its hot outside and I'm trying to be considerate. So far my experience was indeed great. And they offer free tower. :D. For the price of 144PHP. Free tower is a good deal. I hope they will have shower heaters in the near future . LOLS"
