Located strategically in Ngampilan area, walking distance from Malioboro and Kraton (+/- 1 km) and surrounded with night street food vendors, this hotel was ideal for travellers who wants to experience Yogya. The room is quite big, clean, complete amenities provided, equipped with 43” TV, and refridgerator. Modern-minimalist style. The bathroom is also big and nice. ...
Enjoy the stay. My bathroom was flooded with water but it being solved very fast after i called to reception. The only minor maybe is that the swimming pool very small, not suitable for swimming (exercise) purpose but definitely good for picture shooting. Staff are also very attentive and try their best to help out. We stay for 3 nights, the first 2 days we need to depa...
The exterior of Melia Purosani looks very pretty. It overlooks the cityscape and the position of our assigned room is facing where the sun rise and sets. The deluxe room is huge for 2 persons, and every day there is a complimentary snack. It's a nice gesture after a day out traveling! The restaurant where it serves breakfast has very good chef! the Nasi Padang is our...
I had a very enjoyable stay in Jambuluwuk Malioboro. The food in the hotel is good, enjoyed a lot of "sambal". It's still within walking distance to Beringharjo traditional market and Malioboro shopping street although it is a located about 1km away from the busy Malioboro. The staff are helpful to get taxi and ready to bargain for "becak" for me. I enjoyed a 30% disc...
We enjoyed our stay here just for a day. The location was perfect, a quick becak ride to Kraton Palace and Taman Sari, shopping and food places nearby all in walking range. A short walk to the Tugu monument. Hotel ambiance was very nice, and if you need money changers they are right outside the hotel, and so are ATMs. The only down side was, we were vegetarians, and th...
Start from check in, its make me happy, so quick, only 2 minutes. :) I booked deluxe room and the staff upgrade to executive room, :) i feel so lucky.. without any extra charges. The bell boy are friendly, his name is DITO, the room are CLEAN and BIG, AC so cold :) all perfect for me. Only one thing, probably they need to put one more light so..its not too dark in the ...
Enjoyed our stay, we booked for one night. The hotel was very clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is outstanding! We liked it so much that we booked for two extra nights. We have been travelling for 2 months straight now in asia m, but this has to be the best and most choice breakfast we have seen so far. They have almost everything! I would give this...
we enjoyed outr stay so much we signed up for a 7 day package and returned after 5 days in solo. hotel is two long blocks from the rr station. all the cabs know it. its the best of the lot on the center of the city and the staff is extremely helpful. it's walking distane from the kraton and the dance and gamelon performances 10am to noon. breakfast is fina the a/c ...
Hotel is in a central location, walkable to the infamous Malioboro street. Convenience shops and the mall is just around the block. Relatively new hotel, so not much amenities as yet. Room i took didnt have a fridge, ants came within 6hrs of leaving consumed drink. Sound insulation needs an upgrade, sounds of doors slamming along the corridor were louder than the nearb...
Over the past year we have spent 3 months travelling throughout SE Asia and this hotel is my favorite of any place we have stayed. The hotel looks brand new. From the location, the facilities, cleanliness and the value for money, this hotel simply can't be beat! But if that isn't enough, the staff here are some of the most friendly, helpful we have met anywhere. We fe...
We arrived at the airport of Yogya where the hotel shuttle was waiting (the name of the person who booked will be on a sign so you can find them easily). The hotel is very tasteful in decoration and getting a free tour through the heritage sites within the hotel is highly recommended, it's like walking through a museum at some parts. The hotel is very clean and the sta...
Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at 101 was one of my best money ever spent. rooms are new and clean, staffs verfy helpfull eventhough for guess with cars there's very limited parking space (free valet service available). the view from hi-tea spot is great. my only regret for hi-tea was why there's only one complimentary session per room, when there should be 3 complimentar...
Room was okay, place are convenence. Breakfast was average (you can’t expect a grand breakfast with 3 star hotel. Availability of table and chair for breakfast is limited. Hairdryer is not available in room, have to call reception and need to eait another 3 hour because it was lend to other guest. So please make sure you bring your own hair dryer if stay at this hotel. O...
It was a pleasant stay. We got a twin room that is spacious. Bathroom's pretty big too compared with other hotels. There were ants but I don't know if that cannot be helped in this area. There's a laundromat across the street which was very cheap. There's also a tour agency where you can get bookings for the next day. I found them cheaper than booking tours online....
I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, the staff is friendly, and the room is quite clean. At this price, others hotel offer some electric water heater to make a coffee or tea. The electricity is not quite stable, twice the power goes down. But if you are looking place which very near with downtown, this is the best place.
The location is great - walking distance to Trans Jogja bus stop (if you are planning to use this mode of transport which can bring you to Prambanan), Malioboro street, and Keraton. Also, there is a Catholic church about 5 mins walk from the hotel, a massage place opposite the hotel (good massage at reasonable price) and if you are intending to buy local snack 'bakpia'...
My friends and I choose this hotel to stay for 2 nights for the following reasons: Location wise it is close to Malioboro where we can shop and dine anytime we want. Very near to tourist attractions. We book a Smart Twin Room, it is simple but it has everything we need, a comfortable bed, a shower and a space big enough for our luggages. We will be out the whole time ...
surely will be the first option for another family vacation. very nice hotel in the city, and the traffic is good. the parking lot is also good. gudeg for breakfast in the highly recommended menu in the resto near the lobby. the bellboy with traditional 'jogja' outfit is another magnet for staying in this hotel, feels like staying in kraton :)
Pros: Close to the malls and easy accesss to the shops nearby Friendly staff If you want to buy cheap clothes, the store is next to this hotel. Can bargain and the price is cheaper than the ones sold at the Malioboro St. Cons: Quite a hidden place where the car cant go in and the supir can only drop you from far (not advisable to those with lots of bags. In the early...
its quite near from jalan malioboro, walk 5minutes and you arrived. or you can took becak for 5k rupiah only to arrive in jalan malioboro. good budget hotel. its a clean room for me. will booked for another trip if i visit jogja with my friends. and tha staff is nice, cause reccomend us for so place worth to visit in jogja. and even the security in the front of hotel i...
Had a room at the 5th floor, with a terrace overlooking the skyline near the lift lobby. very quiet, not noisy at all. Excellent customer service. Room was bare minimum with attached toilet and shower, enough for me and my wife. No wardrobe, fridge, safe box in the room. Bottled mineral water is provided in the room. Surrounding the hotel are some of the be...
tradition breakfast wrapped in a banana leaf, located on a busy main street in walking distance to the Kraton. Room in the back was quiet.
This is the Best hotel if you want to stay arround Malioboro, walking distance to everywhere. You can walk to arround shopping in Malioboro market, Malioboro mall, Kraton, Train station,Mirota batik , ride Andong, Becak and many more. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff very good in english. Will be back again if we visit Jogjakarta
Great hotel with excellent range of breakfast (Indonesian and western). Location is perfect....it's 13 mins walking to Malioboro Street so you won't see and hear much noises at night. My young nephews didn't mind to walk that far. When they tired, we catched a becak for Rp 15k or Grab taxi for Rp 13k. The hotel is well guarded with friendly staff everywhere. Room is bi...
The hotel consists of 2 main buildings that's connected with stairs. The main obvious difference between the two are from the floor, one is with carpet floor and the other is without carpet floor. We stayed in the room without carpet floor. The room seems old, yet clean and big. The best part of this hotel is on its location, very nearby the famous Malioboro street....
Short walking distance to Maliborio Mall. Provide pick up at the airport on the arrival. Special arrangement on breakfast package for our visit to Borobudur at 4am.. We enjoyed happy stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again in the future. Special thanks to the staffs who rendered their kind assistance to me.
Hotel was older, but Clean with a nice Breakfast included. Can easily walk the length of the Main Street (Maliboro St.), and also to the Sultan's Palace (Kraton)
It was extremely great experience i had. My mom likes one of the Batik which hanging on the wall of the room entrance. we were struggling to find the same however we could not find it although searching around the whole town. Just to try our luck to buy from the hotel, surprisingly, Hotel GM willing to give it to us as a souvenir!! it was a great stay in Yogjakarta. re...
The hotel is very well located at the center of tourism activities in Yogyakarta (near Malioboro). Although the road in front of the hotel is quite narrow and the hotel itself is not big (well..., big enough compared to the other hotels at the neighborhood)the service is comparable to those three stars hotels. The food for the breakfast is beyond expectation, served...
