We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this lovely hotel for what we paid. Being a little out of town is the only drawback but it’s a 15-minute walk to town and the hotel offers free bicycles. We actually found a lovely little restaurant a 2-minute walk away in the street behind the hotel. Happened to be the best and cheapest food in Hoi An! I would definitely...

This was one of the best, if not the best hotel we stayed in South-East Asia. It has everything you need. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, all the time basically. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a huge and comfy double bed, with a super convenient and big bathroom. We also loved the garden, it has a great pool and lots of colourful flowers, ...

From the moment we're arrived until we left 4 days later almost everything about our stay here was incredible. Of the 7 hotel in 2 weeks trip in Vietnam this was by far the best. The hotel is impeccably restored. The attention to detail is evident throughout the grounds, restaurant, lobby and room. It feels like you have arrived in onother time in place. We arrived ear...

Located 2 minutes walk from the edge of Hoi An Old Town and 5 minutes from the river, Thanh Van 1 is a great, small-ish, airy hotel with 4 floors built around open atrium housing a pool. No lift (so NOT wheelchair friendly) but a porter cheerful carried our cases to top floor ( was gone before we could sort out a tip - tipping not really part of their culture yet!). ...

On first arriving here the first thing staff helped us with was stopping our taxi driver from ripping us off. She also booked us transport back to Danang for half the price of a taxi. Nice client rooms. The best part of the hotel was its location next to the 3 best restaurants in Hoi An. We ate here every night and it was amazing!

Rooms are great - very clean and comfortable and a nice balcony for a boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive. The area around the hotel is good as well, very local, no great access to convenience stores etc. so maybe stock up on snacks etc. if you want that after an early night. If we come back to Hoi An Town we'll definitely stay here again.

The property is really pretty. You can use the bikes for free to get to the market. Actually it was really loud because next to the villa there are construction works and so I couldn't sleep well or spend relaxing time at the pool without that the workers were staring at me. But at all it was a good stay. The room is really pretty and the bed is really comfortable.

It was perfect !! The staff is very nice very friendly and full of good advice ! They help us to book tour for My Son and also Cham Island with very attractive price and the tour were really perfect !! The location was closed to the old town (10 minutes walk) and close to An Bang beach (2 km 10 minutes by bike)! We really love our stay here!! The name of the hotel has...
