"Its near the shin yokohama line, connected to the prince pepe mall that has a tax free grocery that a tourist like us will enjoy. Can walk to the ramen museum too. Our room was on the 14th floor, its a smoking room which i booked wrongly. After i wrote them about this. They put a humidifier in the room to do away the smoke smell. We really appreciate that. And the concierge staff are very accommodating, answering our queries, helping us wt the luggage. They store our luggage after we checkout and update us that theres a bus limousine to haneda airport. Really convenient if u bought a lot. No need to drag your bags to the crowded mrt lines or JR lines. "

"It was quite a walk from Shin-Yokohama (10mins with luggage) station but there were enough escalators, elevators and walkways for foreign travelers. We had some difficulty conversing as they did not understand English. A combination of survival Japanese and charades finally did it. The room was quite small but enough for 2 Asian adults. The breakfast was also a nice surprise as it was wonderfully filling and tasty! Overall, the hotel provided bare essentials while keeping to Japanese quality."

"Summary: We would stay here again. Pros: 1) The staff are really great, and though not all of them speak English they will always do their best to help you regardless; 2) Location is EXCELLENT! 2 blocks from Shin Yokohama station (transportation and good shopping), TONS of excellent restaurants and bars are within 3 blocks of the hotel (you could eat at a different place 3 meals a day for two weeks and not try them all). Cons: 1) rooms are SMALL with minimal storage space for your belongings; 2) elevators and hallways are not air conditioned; 3) in-room A/C controls are not intuitive (and are only in Japanese); the A/C unit can struggle a bit to keep the room at 76-77F on a hot day; 4) the bathrooms are SMALL (just enough room to turn around, and the top of the bathroom sink was just a few inches above my knee when standing), plus there is a 14" step up/down to get in/out of the bathroom; 5) Typical Asian beds (e.g. the mattresses are FAR too hard)."

"It's a typical Japanese hotel I found. Rooms are not very spacious but had little to no issue with having 2 big-sized people in there (~300-350 lbs each). Staff was super and very helpful. Also it was not that far from the Shin-Yokohama JR station. They also had a cafe attached to the first floor that the wife and I ate at every day we were there. Prices weren't bad, the breakfasts were not what we were expecting. Not a bad thing as we were in a totally different country for the first time, but found it kind of difficult to order at times. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. Not too much else to really say as it felt like a lot of the same hotels in major cities of Japan. Will say this, the Ramen Museum is VERY close to this hotel. Would definitely recommend going there at least once. There's also a plethora of various shops, cafes, etc... near by too."
