Hotels near Tugu Railway Station

Got free upgrade.located around 15 mins walk from malioboro street.staff very helpful in dispensing information and most of them speak reasonably good english too.about 5 mins drive by go jek from the tugu railway station.trans jogja stations less than 10mins away. Tasty buns for breakfast but the porridge was cold on both days even after feedback.but the hits outnumber the misses.can repeat stay

This hotel is located about 20 minutes from Tugu Railway Station and Maliboro Street, the aorta of Yogyakarta. It is within 30 minutes of the Yogyakarta Airport. Pros: Sensational physical plant with local in-house entertainment, a World Class gym and top flight food. Cons: God awful Internet, making any kinds of on-line arrangements impossible; Inability to carry important travel related items; Front desk staff that seemed to be just be doing the minimum, forcing guests to do their own footwork. A 21% surcharge on tours is hideous. Grade: B. This would be a fantastic place, deserving of it's 9 rating if not for issues prior stated that leads to short-sightedness. Still lots work to do.

We had a very large and comfortable bed. The swimming pool is nice and spacious with waterfall feature and a slide at the kids pool. Lots of variety at breakfast (live egg station, waffles, pancakes and even churros). Best thing was that the omelettes were ready made so we didn’t have to queue up just to get a fresh omelette. Every single staff is warm and friendly. If you have to leave the hotel before breakfast starts, you can request for a breakfast box.

We booked four rooms during our trip to Yogyakarta. The staffs are amazing, they do their best to meet our needs. We requested for connecting rooms and they fulfil our request. We love the pools and also the outdoor garden. The only improvement for them is to clean the room carpet as stains are visible. We had wedang ronde (ginger drink) at night and the peanut we had were stale and they have no kolang kaling / palm fruit / atap seed. We didnt have breakfast there so I can't comment on that. The hotel is located within walking distance from malioboro street, but far enough so we were not stuck in traffic. Nearby the hotel, there is a gudeg place that is nice and cheap. We love our stays there and will come back again when we go to Yogyakarta

Start from check in, its make me happy, so quick, only 2 minutes. :) I booked deluxe room and the staff upgrade to executive room, :) i feel so lucky.. without any extra charges. The bell boy are friendly, his name is DITO, the room are CLEAN and BIG, AC so cold :) all perfect for me. Only one thing, probably they need to put one more light so..its not too dark in the night, we were stay in the room for 1 night because feel so tired and get food poison after eat on the street lol Its nice to stay 3 nights in this hotel, i spend 2 night in Jambuluwuk hotel, i'm prefer stay at Cavinton Hotel. The room service and the food are OK but not taste so good. All good for me. It's really nice and feel comfortable to stay in Cavinton Hotel, good price and perfect location, not too far from Malioboro street. Taxi and becak so easy from Hotel, the staff will help to organize it. Its really high recommended to stay in Cavinton Hotel and I will be back with my family and friends. Thanks.

Enjoyed our stay, we booked for one night. The hotel was very clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is outstanding! We liked it so much that we booked for two extra nights. We have been travelling for 2 months straight now in asia m, but this has to be the best and most choice breakfast we have seen so far. They have almost everything! I would give this hotel the maximum score if they also had a gym. But thats personal.

It was unexpectedly nice,good and satisfying experience staying in this hotel. Switching hotel was not good idea. We should have stayed here for few nights instead. Location was good. Just jump into a "Becak" (trishaw) and you can visit all the attractions nearby. And, it is very near to Tugu Railway Station for embarking to Solo. The buffet breakfast was superb.Hotel's interior design was colorful, bright, modern and importantly..it is clean with very pleasant fresh smell. Not to forget, its rooftop swimming pool and bar. Enjoyed the awesome sunset view from the top and at night had a cool hang up there with live entertainment. Recommended to stay here and I will definately will come back. I love All Seasons Jogja...

I had a 6.45am train departure, so that is why I picked this hotel as it is about a 150m walk to the railway station. The reception and welcome I received during check in was great. The room was good and bathroom clean. Had my meals at the restaurant and they were tasty. When the staff heard I was departing the hotel at 6am they arranged a take away breakfast for me. That was so sweet of them and something that made the service stand out for me.

Beautiful premises and very helpful staff. The position of this hotel is very special. It's right by Tugu Yogya, a short walk from Jalan Malioboro, and very easy to access from the airport, and there's plenty of restaurants and shopping within a wandering distance. Breakfasts are spectacular with a wide range of cuisine for locals and international travelers alike. Cleanliness is beyond what I've come to expect from Indonesian hotels, but when the tap water isn't drinkable it's going to wreak havoc on bathroom tiles and fittings and things can look a tad grubby, but the staff do the best they can in regards to this. Still, it doesn't reach the standards you may expect from a 5 star hotel in Europe, but trust that it's great for Indonesia.

New and clean hotel located walking distance from Tugu. Fantactic staff, one security staff lend us his motorcycle helmet which was very helpful. Room is very comfortable, but they must do something with door, it doesn't absorb the sound, sounds loud slammed when its closing. Noise from corridor may also the result of poor quality door. Breakfast is OK, the chicken porridge is the best. Refill of food is slow, but the service is good. Restaurant is compact, shoulder to shoulder when its full. Swimming pool is small and oddly located, looks like they push the space, less than half meter from breakfast table, its impossible to swim in the morning. Overall it was a good stay

despite of lack variety of breakfast food, this hotel offers a great value to spend your night with. centrally located in the heart of Malioboro Street, this hotel also near with Tugu Railway Station make it easy to reach. besides the fact that the room hotel was quite spacious and clean,its surrounding is also quite so you can just easy to sleep. we think that this hotel is worth to try and definitely will go back there in the near future

Location near from everywhere, Wijilan, Prawirotaman, Alun-alun, Malioboro, Lempuyangan Station. New furniture, clean and spacious room, comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staffs and the pool.. is a plus. D'Senopati is more ways better than budget hotels. Price is cheaper, more facilities, bigger room. But i think you must change the towels. They already look old and tired

The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Mandalay Central Railway Station. The street in front of the hotel has relatively low traffic and is relatively quiet. For this reason, the area is quiet. Shopping mall and cheap restaurants are around 3 minutes on foot. To buy beer, you must go to a shopping mall. The food stalls serve meals early in the morning. The staff are all young, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and large. The room and shower room are cleaned daily. Smoking areas are on the 1st and 2nd floors. But there is no security box, refrigerator and elevator.

This hotel is strategically located a couple of hundred metres away from a stop for the Transjogja bus from the airport. The Tugu railway station is within easy walking distance and travel agents, bike rental places, shops, warungs, shopping malls, department stores, herbalists, foot massage parlours, an excellent Chinese restaurant, pesky souvenir stalls . . . all are a stone's throw away. Breakfast with tasty Indonesian cuisine is served in a dining area next to the lobby, and you have the option of taking it in a breezy courtyard.

Definitely would like to stay there again if I go to yogyakarta again. I can see merapi from the roof top, I can go everywhere from there, via trans jogja or via motorcycle or even by walk to tugu train station, to malioboro or to every special place in yogyakarta. And the most important thing is this hotel has a very nice and polite staffs to all the guests no matter it's locals or not it is very yogyakarta... Polite and humble. Bravo dafam !!!!

Great hotel with excellent range of breakfast (Indonesian and western). Location is perfect....it's 13 mins walking to Malioboro Street so you won't see and hear much noises at night. My young nephews didn't mind to walk that far. When they tired, we catched a becak for Rp 15k or Grab taxi for Rp 13k. The hotel is well guarded with friendly staff everywhere. Room is big enough and clean. During breakfast, I was glad that the management facilitated big group of guests separated from other guests so it wasn't crowded and chaotic when we had our breakfast. We are going with 3 persons and staying 2 nights. The hotel is just in front of the Tugu railway station so it is easy to find and eye catching with the red building.Interior is cozy and the staff very help. Just need to take a walk about 5 minute to Malioboro. Trying "Andong" or "Becak" to go arround is a must. Well, the room is clean and menu for breakfast is more than we need, so surprise for the hotel service
