"Booking via Agoda was easy and the room is small but clean with provided with free water bottle, shower towel, liquid soap & shampoo. Unfortunately, there are a few items w/c I'm not fond of. For starters, the mode of payment doesn't accept online card payments here in Agoda, instead, you have to pay directly to their place. Second, they require a Php 1,000 security deposit upon check-in, w/c aren't stipulated prior booking. Third, although this place is just 5 mins away from UST/School & other food establishments, their location pin in Agoda App isn't entirely accurate. Fourth, although the manager is very nice & accommodating, the staff are not all that friendly nor compassionate to its customers. One staff told us about strict check-in policies and made my guest wait for 7 hours, only to find out that they can do early check-ins with per hour rate, which have been suggested in the first place. Fifth, there are no elevators (yet!) due to ongoing renovation."
