"I had a wonderful one night stay at the Hue Vinpearl Hotel. All of the staff I encountered were sweet and kind and extremely anxious to help me in any way possible. My room on the 21st floor was so nice! The decor was an attractive choice of colour which gave off a quiet, cool feel. From the floor-to-ceiling windows the view of Hue city was spectacular, I left my curtains open all night so I could lie in bed and look out at the lights of the city. Two things I loved in my room was the complementary Spa Pure Relax body milk (body lotion) which was just the right texture for my face. The second thing I loved was the white porcelain tea cups in my room; the curved lip on the cups was so elegant and made them lovely to drink out of - a classy choice!"

"The imperial is known as one of the top hotels in Hue city. Our room was very decent, had a great view and was clean though possibly slightly overpriced compared to other rooms you can get in newer boutique hotels nearby. To match the competition the hotel needs to improve some of its fittings and electronics in the rooms which are slightly dated. Ultimately though its a great hotel."

This season, Hue city is quite peaceful and secluded. It is hot during the day, but in the afternoon and evening it is very fresh. We have a baby, so we determined go to rest. Choosing stay at Senna hotel were a right decision: - Deluxe room widely 40m2, modern furniture, large bathroom, room with balcony - Good breakfast, especially bread - Professional staff, whenever we came back or went down to the hall, the staff were always sitting up to duck curtsy - Saltwater swimming pool is super nice with warm water. There are 2 large swimming pools for adults and children. The view overlooking the garden and koi aquarium is so amazing"

"Our cheapest hotel whilst staying in vietnam and it turned out to be the best. Room was huge, computer in room, a large selection of DVD's to choose from if you wanted, turndown service etc. Lots of free drinking water, great breakfast buffet. Minibar prices very reasonable as was laundry (we did everything for about six pounds). Staff were very helpful and seemed to genuinely want to make your stay as pleasurable as possible and seemed to be very proud of their hotel. If we were to return to vietnam it would be the only hotel we would have no hesitation in booking again. My only very slight grumble is that upon checking in we were given welcome drinks and it felt a bit like a sales pitch by the staff to do their trips, and after a long journey i just wanted to go the room. After that though we were just left to decide if we wanted to do anything - in the end we did the Hue city tour which was great and the Hue - Hoi An bus. Both very reasonably priced."

"Hotel is located in a quiet side road of Hue city center which is nice. It lies within walking distance to the citadel (~15-20 minutes). Especially positive for us was the staff: very helpful, very friendly and caring. Hotel itself and rooms are also nice but already a little outdated. There was a strange smell in the hallway from time to time. We recommend visiting Hue at the weekend. City center is closed for traffic then and there’s a lot going on in the streets. "

"We had the best stay in this lovely hotel in Hue, hidden in a small street. We felt welcome from the first second we came in the lobby. We had fresh fruits and a refreshing towel, before we got shown to our room. Big, spacious and a lot of daylight! Before heading of to explore the city we received a map of Hue and some tips where to go. Everybody’s English is really good!!! The breakfast is made by order so everything is fresh, you can choose from a menu what you would like. The bar for the upcoming hotels during our trip is now really high. Thanks so much to every single staff member!"
