New hotel, nice arranged, very clean rooms, friendly staff”

The hotel is very new and well designed. We (my wife, our 10 month old daughter and me) stayed at the duplex 1-bedroom suite for 2 nights. The bedroom is separated by a stairway and located upstairs with a small bathroom. Perfect for early sleeping of my daughter. Downstairs are the living room and the main bathroom. The suite is modern furnished, comfortable and clean (no suprise for a new hotel). A fridge and kettle are available. The hotel offers a pool, gym, restaurant, bar and free-shuttle service. Breakfast was a la carte and buffet. In our opinion not enough value for money. The location of the hotel is a little bit away from the main road. We walked the distance in 5 min. Other destinations in Chiang Mai you can reach by the free-shuttle service of the hotel. Therefore the location was no problem for us. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The main road offers enough shops, local food corners and western restaurants. All in all an recommend for the Hyde Park Chiang Mai.

One of my best hotel experiences”

This hotel is absolutely exceptional. We stayed in the duplex 1 bedroom suite, it was only slightly more expensive than a standard room but the extra money was definitely worth it. The duplex was just beautiful and great value for money, we couldn’t believe we got such a good deal for such a spectacular suite, we loved the view and slept very comfortably. There were even 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs 1 downstairs. But the best thing about this hotel had to be the staff. I’ve never encountered such hospitable staff in my life, they did everything they could for us and really went that extra mile and made us feel at home and made our trip that extra bit better. The area is a bit secluded but we liked that since it’s not noisy, but there’s a shuttle service every half an hour to take you to the main road and you could even arrange for the car to pick you up free of charge. The hotel also gives you free bicycles which we loved, it was very fun to cycle around the area. Other than that we got around Chiang Mai using the app grab, (which is like uber) most of our trips were just 60 baht. This hotel was so amazing we did not want to leave and we even booked an extra night. Thank you so much to all the staff that made it amazing for us, if we come back to Chiang Mai we will definitely stay here again!

Five-star service - unbelievable value! ”

Our group of five ladies had the most amazing time in Chiang Mai, and our stay at Hyde Park made it perfect! The hotel itself is small, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are so nice...stocked with water and snacks. There's a great little cafe for delicious lattes and breakfast in the mornings. The entire staff was so friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our every need was met. And what a great value! It's about a 10 minute ride to Nimman and/or the Old City, and so easy to get rides to/from anywhere....yet we were in a quiet area for sleeping. I can't say enough about this hotel; highly recommend!!

Amazing experience in Chiangmai”

Hyde Park was the perfect place, for the first leg of our trip. We visited Chiang Mai for Songkran April 12-15th. The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the action but a nice recluse when you need it. The staff was above and beyond superb. Everyone from the porter, the drivers, the front desk and the cleaning staff were kind, friendly and warm. I highly recommend this place and we will return next year!

Perfect!”

This was our first trip to Thailand and it was wonderful! Hyde Park ChiangMai made it perfect in every way. The hotel is small, beautiful, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, very nice, and have everything you need...including free snacks and water refreshed daily. The little cafe served delicious lattes with a few nice options for breakfast. Every single staff member was kind and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this hotel! It was really an amazing experience!

Hyde Park Chiangmai - Great Value”

Hyde Park in Chiangmai was an excellent hotel. The environment was great, clean and friendly. They had free bikes for us to use and it was a great way to see the whole city of Chiangmai. The room was very spacious, great temperature control, very clean and organized and upscale. As a couple, we enjoyed our stay very much for the price.

Magnificent”

This hotel was a real find in Chiang Mai. It is only very new and the design features and facilities were outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had a sense of fun about doing their job. In particular, Nan, one of the senior staff, spoke English well and was keen that the whole experience was optimal for me. I will stay in this hotel when I return to Chiang Mai.

Definitely worth staying!”

I booked the place for a week with my wife as a first time visit to Chiang mai, location wise its a little far off the main road but the hotel provides shuttle services to the Main Road (Suthep Road) and to Nimman Shopping District. There is also a free airport transfer when leaving! Overall i love the look and feel of the place, the staff are really friendly and helpful as well! Food here is a little above average, but not to worry because there are a whole bunch of cafes and restaurants strewn across Suthep Road, and the Old City, which is 15 mins walk away from the hotel.

Lovely modern suite with great facilities. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and were so friendly. Pool was always quiet so every time we used t we had it to ourself, likewise with the fitness suite. Able to walk into old Chiang Mai from the hotel and we loved the location- however if you want to be Right in it, maybe explore other options. However this was perfect for us, free shuttle bus to the main road and main restaurant area. Such a clean hotel and wonderful to be in, smelt amazing and the bath in the room was an extra bonus!

Amazing stay”

Carrying staff that made us feel like home. They offer a tuk tuk service to the main road which our boys loved taking, a car to a major street with plenty of restaurants and a shuttle van to the airport. Pool was cold and wifi slow but that is the only negatives I could say about this luxury hotel. We loved Chiang Mai so much and this hotel is a big part of this wonderfull week.

Excellent”

The hotel is brand newn and might be a bit pricey for Chiang Mai and its location is not ideal as it's outside the centre and there are no restaurants or shops in its proximity. However they offer free transport to the main road and the shopping street, plust a shared red taxi to the old town or night marlets is approximately 80-100baht. The staff is supet nice and helpful. They booked trips and massages of our choice and arranged for transport. The hotel is very quiet, the room was huge, bed very comfortable and the bathroom has both shower and bathtub. Recomanded for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Peaceful and Beautiful Hotel”

Lovely hotel at a 10 mins. walk from city centre. The rooms are lovely. The minibar is included which is a great detail, and it gets restocked every day. The staff was super friendly and always with great disposition to help us in any way. The breakfast was very good, lots of options. I totally recommend this hotel if you go to Chiang Mai that of course is a must visit if you are planning a trip to Thailand.

Clean accommodation, great service, very good location ”

This place is very close to the airport, as well as Suandok Hospital (Maharaj Chiang Mai). If you have some business with the hospital, this place is one of the best choice for accommodation. The room is clean, with free minibar items; service is good and on-par facilities (including fitness gym, pool, and cafe).

Good location”

We live Hyde park one night before leaving Chiangmai, it's very close to the airport, as well as the shopping center, old town. We regretted only one night staying and had to leave. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, will be back again.

Everything but location”

The hotel is new and modren design. In room furniture is in sulerb condition. Bed sheets and toilet stuffs are clean. Standard room is almost twice as large as other urban hotels in Chiang Mai. The only bad thing is its location. Situated deep in the dark and narrow alley would be difficult for tourists to get in or out.

I was satisfied of staying at the Hyde Park Chiang Mai but there is one thing that I suggest you should improve the speed of internet connection. Thanks to all staff there for a very good service and city tour Info.

Clean hotel, friendly staffs”

One of the best hotel I have stayed during my trip to Thailand. Staffs at Hyde Park Chiangmai proved to be excellent in their services and attitude. They also bring a closer touch by bring us a memorable stay at the hotel. Hotel is new and clean.

So Clean and Comfortable! ”

Hyde Park was a gem! It is a residence that also has rooms for rent as a hotel. There is full time staff at the reception desk and they were nice and accommodating. The room was basically an apartment- small kitchen, living room, makeup counter, bathroom, and bedroom. It was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I felt like I could eat off of the floors it was so clean! It was cleaned daily and the bed was the most comfortable we had in traveling through southeast Asia by far. Cons- The only cons were that it felt very Westernized (which was good to some extent), but it didn't give us the feeling of being in Asia. It was also a bit farther out from the old city. You cant walk to this hotel. We took taxi's or tuk tuks. Because it is so new we had trouble communicating to cab drivers where it was. But If you want something clean and comfortable, this is the place for you!!

Gem in a secluded area”

Friendly staff. One bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Shower is separate from the bathtub. Hotel café food is ok, not fantastic. Free hotel shuttle to nearby Niman area but need to request as it departs every half hour. Although secluded, getting to other parts of Chiang Mai is easy with "Grab" which can be cheaper than Songtheaw.

Good location for transit”

I stayed here for transit at the Chiang Mai airport. The hotel is near the airport, it takes 10-20 min by car. The room is fine and clean, equipment and service is enough to stay.
