Great location to stay”
Overall, one of the best hotel i stay in KL. My 2nd times stay at this hotel. I like because it’s convenient for shopping. Nice bfast and clean room. I love it. The only part that i don’t like especially on weekend or in the evening always heavy traffic around that area.

Good Marriott Hotel Experience”
Excellent location opposite Pavilion but if travel by car afternoon and night road is jam. Super clean and comfy big rooms and bathrooms and beds, good coffee machine, super big TV (but limited TV channels). Housekeeping abit slow though as we are not able to check-in at 3pm but ard 5+pm. But housekeeping manager is courteous and professional in managing and appease angry customers. Main entrance bellboy and control person are kind to book 2 grabcars on behalf for my family. On overall, the experience is considered good still and I strongly recommend it.

I am grateful to JW Marriott KL for providing me the best birthday experience this year. They really went extra miles to make this day a very special one! They offer to upgrade our room and even sent me a birthday cake. Indeed a sweet gesture from them! Besides that, the whole stay was very relaxing as they provide excellent rooms and facilities. Book this hotel to celebrate my husbank birthday! I got wrote down in request section to prepare a slice of any available birthday cake for suprise, and they did! OMG my husband so happy as they send the chocolate cake to our room. Its not a slice, it is a small cute cake! The taste is so good! The best hotel in KL”
The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. I, especially, enjoyed the view of Pavillion KL from my room. It was even better than expected. The location was great, easy to get in and out of the city. The food was good. The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to all restaurant team. All of them! I will say the staff are indeed a credit to this hotel. The cleaners, waiters and waitresses. Credit to them. Special thanks to Mr. Sai (Loyalty Supervisor) for the very professional and amazing service. He makes my new year more memorable and unforgettable. Last but not least. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Would definitely stay there again. Good location! We enjoyed our stay and bath. However, the carpark is not free for a five stars hotel. I booked two rooms and reached around noon, but only 1 room was ready for early check-in, and another room was not prepared till 5pm+. Booked for king-size bed but were given two double-size beds. The pillow is a bit too soft for my liking and uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and great location!

Really love to come here again in next time. Staff also friendly and very polite. The time I was check-in, my room is not ready yet but they solve it and said a lot of apologize to make me keep waiting. Room is very exclusive, clean and tidy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay in JW. Room was spacious, likewise for the bathroom. Though a little on the unusual side, I like how snug and deep the bath tub was, perfect for a soak. The bed was comfortable and temperature was perfect for a good sleep. Only wished there was a wider variety of TV channels.

Great Rooms with Greaf Service but....”
Great room! Spacious! Clean! And very2 nicely done! Room had good spacious bed. But.... it was on the 3rd floor so no view! Another thing, the carpark is terrible!!! U have to park on the 4th basement for a hotel guest! Going out of the carpark is also quite a hassle. If u intend to drop ur family at the lobby first before gg to the carpark, be prepared to make 1 huge turn!!

Ive spend 3 days 2 nights in this hotel, last time i always stayed in banyan tree pavillion hotel, til this time felt like wanted to try this hotel and it turned out amazing experience . Smooth check in process, free upgrade room type after the hotel loyalty officer Sarah Lazarus found out is me and my boyfriend anniversary. The loyalty officer sent us a card with a chocolate moist cake to wish us . The hotel staffs were helpful and responsive , and the buffet breakfast was absolutely great. Location location location”
It's right smack facing Pavilion Mall in an eccletic shopping district with a vibrant nightlife. Even though the hotel is old it's probably been refurbished since all the furnishings seems well preserved. My only quip is the mattress, it is old and feels so as well. Hard as boulders and creaks incessantly at a single twitch. Usually the bathtub is my prime focus but I can't make up my mind whether I like it or not. It's a japanese tub so u can sit and be submerged up to your shoulders, which i dig, but it's boxy enough that you can't fully stretch out your feet, which bothers me. Even in Japan their deep bathtubs usually allows you to stretch out and uncurl to your heart's content, so I guess take into account if this is a make or break point for you. Otherwise, absolutely comfy stay with very attentive staff. Also shout out to Ms Grace Chia for being such a gracious and welcoming presence upon check-in ❤

Best Staycation in KL”
It's a girlie stay for me, daughter and grandma at JW Marriott. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodative with every enquiry and request. We even got upgraded which was a nice surprise! Loved our stay at the Executive Deluxe King, as the main aim was the bathtub sesh which my daughter was looking forward to. Everything was clean, comfortable and we got a complimentary cake as well. The fact that the hotel location was just across the street to Pavilion Shopping Center, WIN! Everything is nearby for comfort including entertainment. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Ideal staycation option”
Impressive front office check in experience. It was very smooth despite interruption from a guest that decided not to wait for her turn. It was handled professionally by the Front Office agent. Upon check in we also shared to the agent about the car park lift issue and the bad room numbers assigned to us (according to Chinese's belief), we were immediately offered an alternative room which we didn't take because we don't practice such belief. But applaud the agent for quick in reacting to our feedback. Room was almost spotless clean. Service during dinner and breakfast at Shook was great. The dinner set that come with the room package was not appealing due to limited main options. The sauce used for the chicken was the exact same as the soup which can be too much. However, it is a good value package. Location is great. Parking will cost you an additional of Rm 10.

2nd time here. Fantastic service! Got a free room upgrade and a birthday cake! Location is the best! Surrounded by malls. And they know how to hire staff. Lots of pretty staff, pleasing to the eyes. :) Will definitely stay there again when I come back to KL. Rooms are clean and tidy.

We got to checked in as we arrived. This very good because we don’t have to wait until the supposedly check in time at 3 pm. Book 2 rooms and requested a connecting room and was assigned to the new built room. The room was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning is good. Facilities is superb. This is our third time staying here because of the service and room.

Given a room on a higher floor facing pavilion was so wonderful. Staffs were obliging & always ready to extend their service. We left some important items upon checkout.
