Overall, I had a pleasant stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped — from the comfortable bed to the excellent coffee setup and one of the best-designed hotel bathrooms I’ve experienced. However, there are areas that could use improvement. The check-in process took longer than expected, which was slightly inconvenient after a long journey. On the bright side, the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, ensuring our rooms were on the same floor and even providing complimentary upgrades, which was much appreciated. The car park, however, needs renovation and better management. For a hotel of this standard, parking should be complimentary for guests, especially considering the premium room rates. Despite these minor issues, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable overall. With a few enhancements to the parking facilities and check-in efficiency, JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur would truly deliver a five-star experience.
