I love everything about this hotel from the property itself, the facilities to the staff services. This property locates on another side of Ping River where it is pretty serene. But it is within a walking distance to the popular Waroros Market and not far from the old town. For the breakfast which is included in the room rate, they give you 3 choices for you to pick, western, lanna (northern food) and asian. And I have all 3 of them and they all taste good. To make it short, this place made me feel like home and I will definitely come back.

The room is amazing. It's nice and clean. We love the design and service here. I would say this is more like 5 star boutique hotel in terms of their service and room equipments. The hotel images are the exactly the same as we saw on the website. Totally in love that they have samrt TV in room. Don't forget the Breakfast box here. Will be back on next year for sure.

Insufficient storage and shelf in the room”
The outdoor stove is nice. Room is spacious but there is not enough space to put your toiletries. The hotel put a cheap rack next to the wash basin. The price was 3 times higher than other hotels when traveling during COVID-19. Entrance and parking is horrible comparing to the price of the hotel. The hotel is hidden somewhere and seems like using the same entrance of the temple!

Fantastic small luxury hotel.. The hotel has just opened. It's very new and very beautiful.We stayed just 1 night at deluxe room type. The space is just right not too big. The layout is proper and functional. I highly recommend trying their Thai breakfast. It was delicious. and amazing. Service was definitely a 5 star. Overall would recommend to others..

Nice hotel with value of money”
The design of the hotel is unique and beautiful. The entrance made me surprise. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable but the location of the air condition is not so proper. Breakfast is superb. Staff is vary friendly and helpful. If i can get this rate, I’ll get back to this hotel again.

The hotel is placed in the heart of Chiangmai. It’s very easy to get around but you still need a car or a moped. It has a very cool/modern design and know how to utilize small space well. There are only 17-19 rooms total so it’s not a good place to stay if u wish to just hang inside the whole weekend.

Design of the hotel was superb and when the roof terrace opens it will be a complete package. Unfortunately the staff on duty didn’t seem able to recommend any good local restaurants, bars, venues or activities. Staff seemed inexperienced ... if and when you could find someone. Hotel seemed completely unmanned at times. The staff were very polite but too shy. Room needed paint touching up. Lovely hotel though.
