Happy choice”

This is my first stay at Kannas and i am so happy. The room size is big, amenity is well-prepared, clean room, comfort bed and good location as it's a few miles from Nimman area. There are Mini Big-C in the front of the hotel, street food, a local restaurant and a lovely cafe down of the hotel so basically i can find everything just a few steps of the hotel. Lovely!

The room is very big and the location is not that far for the happening area. 2 things I don’t like, the drainage in the shower is too slow and in the bed room, they put the bloody WiFi router there on the ceiling so it keeps blinking the whole night!!!!

good location”

this is my second visit. first time was out of power for many hours due to incident outside the hotel. This time, no water in the morning which I have to rush to the meeting. they don't have mechanic staff on Sunday, so good luck that they have a room for us to change. The bed s comfortable and it still new. I am not sure if I come back as the front staff knows their fault about the water, so they try to ignore us , not even offer help with the luggages when we check out like before.

Enjoyable stay in lovely studio”

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were welcoming from the moment go. Checked in smoothly and studio was everything I needed and more. Very clean and close enough to Maya shopping centre and Nimman. Also there is a fantastic Italian Lapin next door. Very impressed.

Comfortable room. Hot water not stable.”

Good room size and comfy bed. Room facilities is good. Lobby is a bit smelly and hard to breathe when check-in (they turn off air con during night). Hot water is not stable. But overall is good, relaxable stay.

it is ok if you get a good rate. This is new and big room but the bathroom craftsmanship is pretty bad. It is not effect the function but it just not nice. I found wifi router in my room attached to the ceiling which it keep blinking all night to my face for distance. there is no router in another room.I told the staff once check out as they asked for comment. No apartment restaurant, it is cafe next door but check time and date for opening first. the studio has microwave and utensils, kettle but no coffee, tea and hot plate or pan. the door is quite slim you can hear another room next door go in and out because sound from the digital lock.Staff is nice they allow us for late check out.

For 300 Bht extra bed, we got soft, cheap thin mattress that we could not sleep on. Though they promised to change to the single bed mattress but they did not until we made complaint. Staffs forgot to provide the daily cleaning service. The room wall is very thin. Though it's serviced apartment, sponge and dish washing liquid are not provided.

Fantastic Stay. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious and the staff was so warm and friendly throughout my stay. They sell cute bubble bars and bath bombs at their front desk which you can buy because every room comes with a nice tub :) only downside is that the hotel is a distance away from the city centre but otherwise, it is a great place to stay in. highly recommend!

Hotel in the city”

The hotel is designed for service apartment. It 's for sleep only and no facility like 4-5 stars hotel. The location is on the superhighway not far from Nimman Road but you can't walk. The bed and pillow aren't comfortable for sleep. If you want to sleep only, this hotel is O.K.

Best location and many parking free service near community mall, There’s facilities in room had pantry and bath tub hot water but it’s improving about Router WiFi above bed to make blinking lights to Disturbing sleep, edit by taking cloth tape at lightings, so my opinion it’s nice Hotel and clean to clear Covid-19 anytime because selling points of Chiangmai signature

Staff at reception is terrible. Breakfast pretty bad and not inform hotel condition (Breakfast is a la carte and every guest must go to government health center for registration COVID-19) but good location.
