Nice Family Suite”

My girl friend her 4 years old and I stayed at Khum Phucome Hotel for 2 night, celebrating her birthday. We booked the Family Suite for her Parents and Grandparents to stay in. The stayed was very nice. The people working there were very nice and courteous. The hotel location is very centralize close to a lot of tourist attractions. The room was very nice and spacey. The Suite compost of two bed room one masterbedroom king size bed with attach bathroom plus one bedroom with two single bed and extra bathroom with Shower. Also there is a good size central living room and a small pantry though the stove was not in working order. Breakfast was great not to many selection but everything was well prepared and tasty. Though you have to get down to the cafeteria before 9.00 else some of the goody will run out :D. The swimming pool is a bit small but great size for family with small children. because it is easier to keep them safe. The water is a bit cold it would be nice to have heated pool. Over all the stayed was very pleasant. If you have 4-5 peaple travelling together The Family Suite at The Khum Phucome Hotel might be something you might be a great choice for you.

A night at Khum Phucome Hotel makes my family and i have a wonderful night and relax with the nice decoration and satisfy with the good atmosphere with a very clean room. It is very good experience and the room rate is in a very good price!

Nice hotel, okay location”

The location was a bit far from a lot of the main Chiang Mai attractions and shops, but the hotel itself was beautiful, and the rooms were nice and large with a great bathtub. Friendly staff.

Excellent”

First class hotel and very spacious, very good breakfast and dining room for other meals. Will certainly stay again the next time I am in Chiang Mai

Simple in the Good Sense of the Word”

We stayed in Build A in what most likely was a recently renovated room. The room had a huge and very clean balcony overlooking the pool. The room itself is very ample in size, and was 95% perfect clean (found a receipt from previous guest underneath the furniture. Bathtub had plenty of hot water, shower was great. No mini-bar items in the refrigerator which saved the hassle of needing to empty it to make room for personal items. Elevators fast. Very quiet throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice, but with no frills. The chef (Chaiyan) came and talked very nicely to us after our breakfast, a very friendly and pleasant touch. The lobby is simple, but spacious and light. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and cared for. Overall it was a great value, clean, very quiet (except for the airplanes overhead, but we enjoy that sound), good aircon, good wifi, friendly. Things were simple, not overdone, or fake. We plan to go back.

Rooms are not as pictured”

We had booked a superior room for 3 nights. Because there were 2 large conferences during our stay, on the first night we were told that we were being upgraded to the junior suite for the first night, but would have to move to another room for the next 2 nights. While this is nice, it's also a hassle because of having to pack up and move again. Nevertheless, this hotel actually has 3 separate buildings. For the second and third nights we were given a room in the Khum Phucome "Residences" building which has older rooms that are not at all like the photos of the superior room. These rooms are more like 2-star quality. Basic/spartan room with no coffee maker or LCD TV, awful wifi, large crack in bathroom wall. When I pointed this out to the manager, choice of photos, not theirs.

Very comfortable place to stay ”

Got a room for a family of 4, so we had 2 rooms joined by a central living area. Hotel was very clean and modern, and very comfortable. Returning for 4 nights after a whole day of activities was always something to look forward to. Only thing was that the rooms didn't have safe boxes, but that was not a big issue. The operating desk/room service staff could be improved though. They were friendly but either didn't really understand what we needed in english, or took a very long time to get what we needed over to our room.

Nice resort in good area of Chiang mai”

The family villa we booked was very nice. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a nice patio with view of the pool. The cons were: - disgustingly moldy shower curtains in both bathrooms - kitchen stove did not work at all - what looked like a hot tub by the pool was the same temperature as the pool - showers had no hot water whatsoever - service and quality at the restaurant were quite poor. Overall we would rate this hotel 3.75/5 due to these issues that could be easily fixed but we’re overlooked. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a great location, so we would return!

Big hotel for meeting”

it's not easy to fine hotel in the center of city but this hotel is so closed to nimmarnhemin road where is hip place to hang out for dinning and shoping.you can walk 15-20 min to market and very near to doi suthep and cheingmai university. it's so closed to drive around in town or going out to urban area. you need to check map cleary because it's onöy one way to go to this hotel. if you come from another side of street that opposite with rthe hotel. you need to make u-turn. the hotel have a lot of parking lots infront of the hotel and under the building. it's good for family trip with a car. breakfast is great for valuable price and huge room for many people. there are many choices and nice breakfast area. this hotlel is suited for conference meeting. the room is normal clean and old fashion style. the staffs is fine. good to stop by chiengmai with one night only before departing to other city.

Excellent Stay and Very Convenient ”

It's a nice big hotel with a restaurant and friendly staff to help. They can speak English and Chinese. Very convenient if you want to go to Soi Suthep because there's always a tuk tuk or red truck taxi parked at the hotel. The room was nice and clean and 24hr reception is a plus. Has Wifi and a small market and 7 Eleven near it.

Reasonable Pricing,Good Service, Friendly”

My room spacious and the bathroom was pretty big.The hotel is still pretty new.The staffs were pretty attentive and friendly.The hotel also located close to local restaurants.I could walked to a dining area called Harbour within few minutes. Overall, im pretty happy with the hotel value and money i spent this trip. Next time i come to Chiangmai, i would probably come back.

Staff were so so helpful, clean and luxurious!”

I had a motorbike accident the day before i stayed here so decided to put myself into a nice hotel for the night after using hostels for the previous week. It was such a good stay and i extended it to two nights! The staff were some of the nicest staff I've come across, they offered help with everything and due to my accident they pushed me around in a wheelchair, brought medical supplies to my room and took me to the shop for food, medical supplies and drinks in their own private bus for free! Really did go the extra mile, would 100% stay again, thank you so much for all the help!

The night was fantastic,It's great hotel was contemporary Lanna style design.It is located close to the nature I can see DoiSuthep view from my room.It's great view, especially in the morning.Nice facilities in the room and swimming pool.Good staff and services.

Not worth the money”

The hotel was very clean and had OK standard (in terms of Chiang Mai). However, the hotel is quite far out near the airport. I was also extremely surprised that they don't have a business center, nor a fitness room. Also the pool closes at 19h and there were no towels or anything provided for the pool. I wouldn't normally complain about this things, but given the comparably high price for that hotel, I expect this things.

Very nice hotel with great room!”

Stayed for one night and was pleasantly suprised by staff and design of hotel. Price was right and not too far from town. Buffet breakfast was just ok. Overall a decent place to stay.

good staff”

During the time I checked in, there are some group tour checking in as well, and there was only one staff at the check in counter...so you can imagine how things went. The room we were put into was old and furnitures go with it. Air-conditioned had a leak---I called staff, they attended to it, worked well after that. Then the hot water didn't worked, I called, they attended to it, worked a bit better. All in all, perhaps, if they gave us a more up-to-date room, we may appreciate more of our stay in this hotel.

Clean hotel”

Nice hotel, but the location is far from the city center, although is still in a walking distance to restaurants. It offers a "normal" life of Chiang Mai which is different from the life in city center.

Good value for money!”

The hotel offers more than to you expected. The room rate is very affordable yet you will received more than to what you paid for. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up. We will come back again this year.

Comfortable room. Nice staff. ”

Overall enjoyed this hotel. Let down by poor wifi and blocked drains in bathroom. Got a good discount through Agoda but still thought it was overpriced. Breakfast buffet disappointing. Mostly Thai and never any eggs when I got there after 9am. Only had instant coffee and bland tea. Fruit was ok. Wonderful shower but bathroom flooded because drains were blocked. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Big, comfortable room. Balcony would be nice as I smoke. Agoda secret deal disappointed. Most remote hotel of those listed and only one without balcony. Still, I took the chance and had transport. YOLO!
