I stayed for 3nights during my birthday, and when I arrived, the hotel gave me a rose! The room has balcony and it's very comfortable just for relax and enjoying the view of Kobe City. The hotel breakfast was amazing! I like the salmon salad! The room service and also the staff were excelent! I'd like to come back again for sure!

Perfect Location”
I went to Kobe for a quick holiday weekend getaway and the location of the hotel was perfect. I was able enjoy the harbor view and had a quiet relaxing day strolling around the area. The hotel also offer regular shuttle services to Sannomiya Station and Shin-Kobe so it was convenient to explore the city while still be away from the hustle and bustle.

Right at the port and 100 meters from Kobe Port Tower. Night views are spectacular. Rooms spacious, all with balconies. Loved it!

The hotel is right beside the Meriken Park where one could go running in the morning. The view from the room is amazing! The mountains, the sea, the city at night. The complimentary shuttle bus to the Sannomiya Station is a big help going around Kansai via the train. Same Kobe Meriken Park Hotel for us in our next trip to Kobe.

Beautiful sea view with a big balcony. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Although the hotel is a bit old fashioned, the staff and the basic facilities are excellent.

Great for weddings, family, and leisure trips. Although there's a free shuttle bus to the main train station, and the frequency is very good (once every 20 min), somehow the condition of the shuttle is not that present. Excellent service from the front desk. Would be nice to have free / cheaper access to the swimming pool and gym. Excellent view and cruise ship deco surrounded by a marine-style atmosphere. Recommended for family and special occasions.

It was the first trip with my husband after COVID, since the decent restaurants all got a long waiting list, so it was not easy to book a certain restaurants online in few cities (the upcoming stops after Kobe), hence we compiled a long list to seek locals’s assistance. Luckily , Ms Ikeda (trainee of the hotel) greeted me with a big smile when I reached the lobby, and she was very patient to help me check the restaurant availability, and even book them one by one. With her perfect command of English, I was grateful that she could translate the feedback from the restaurants into fluent English so that I can comprehend and make decisions more efficiently . I left the hotel with great satisfaction as I got few bookings confirmed for the following days, which helped my road trip and itinerary planing a lot!

Here is really nice hotel with great view but staff needs more education and they don’t know the hotel policies well. I ask 2 staff if I m able to use swimming pool or not and they replied me if you stay as a hotel quest it’s free and I went to pool and entarance of the pool another staff told me I have to pay for swimming pool and when I explained about what the other staff told me she sad they are making miss about hotel policies:)) It’s better to make the rules simple and more understandable . Also if you wanna go for pool I dont recommend you the pool. It’s small and half of the pool is can not be use because some items for gym is inside the pool. Location of hotel and around is perfect. I can recommend here for stay.

Good in general, but can be improved”
Location was good. The surroundings were pretty and there is a nearby Starbucks. There are no nearby convenience stores though. The rooms have a nice balcony to hang out in but I think the toiletries in the bathroom is insufficient. There are no complementary skincare products available except the face/hand wash.
