"The HR should be proud of themselves. They did a great job in selecting and training the best people to work for the hotel. I checked in late and asked for an extended check out. To my surprise, it was approved with a smile. But things got way even better.. 5 mins later, the front office desk and the manager knocked on my room and surprised me with a birthday cake (with the candles and all!!). I was not expecting that, but it was very much welcomed. Felt so welcome in this hotel. Everyone I interacted to was genuinely friendly and helpful. Totally recommend Ibis Adisucipto to everyone, and certainly will come back. "

"Pros The design of the hotel was really nice. They had artisan coffee which was so good, I bought two packs to take home. We ordered room service and it arrived on time and was good. The beds were especially comfortable and the sheets so soft that I slept like a baby. No lie! I think there is a mosque nearby so you will hear the call to prayer which I don't mind at all and I think adds character to the place. You are after all in a country with the largest population of Muslims. So deal with it. This did not really take away from my beauty sleep. I think by far what makes this hotel a plus, plus for me is the staff. Special shoutout to Kiki at reception, who went out of her way to help us plan our tour package for Borobudur temple. We were going to book a package that would have charged us more for breakfast but she advised us not to and told us the hotel would pack us a breakfast lunchbox. They packed two boxes. Cons It's far from Borobudur temple. But it is still worth it."
