Nicely located in the quieter side of Chiang mai.... lots of cafes & eating places for explorations within walking/ Cycling distances. Do check out DeMeung just few doof units away down lane 17. A chic restaurant serving tasty Northern Thai food at very reasonable prices... even the locals eats there!

Very good Located easy to go everywhere”
I would recommended this place because the place is easy to go everywhere in nimman street. Hotel itself has a good decoration the room are not too tiny, just a little bit part of some noise from next door because the door can not keep silent but that not a big problem for just stay a few day. The overall is perfect and very reasonable price just 1,xxx B. when I was booking in the low season.

Stayed with L Nimman couple times. Everything are still very good. Especially breakfast. Only bath room, the hotel has to do more cleaning.

(PROS) Staff are super helpful. Walking distance to Nimman Rd. The bed was comfortable and the hotel design is interesting. (CONS) The voice from hallway can easily bleed through into your room.

Hotel located in Nimman not hard to find. Room is fine with comfy bed. But not sound proof. Bathroom is quite small. Breakfast is ok, not much variety but not bad. Lift is very small 2 people with luggage will make it full already.

Good location in Soi Nimman”
I love the location of hotel which is in the corner of Soi Nimman. You can easily walk to local restaurants around there. There are a lots of 7-11 and shops for travellers. The room also comfortable.

I booked the superior bed room for 1 night and i loved it! The price is reasonable, the room is beautiful, full amenities, bed is comfy, perfect location and the staff is nice and very helpful. If you’re going to Chiang Mai i recommended this hotel.

Decent Stay, Great Location!”
Its a pretty decent and comfortable stay for the value. The hotel is also nearby bars, cafes and restaurants that are famous and hip around Nimman area. Hotel front desks were also very polite and helpful in recommendation around the city.

Good location in Nimman road, easy to walk around for famous restuarants. But the normal room is pretty dark (not suits for your working trip). But overall is good :)

The hotel is great. But I gave "Facilities" 4-star rating because I wish the elevator was a bit bigger, that there maybe more than one elevator and that the gym was actually usable (there was one bike and some other thing, I think). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and the staff were super helpful.

Mixed feelings”
This was a Flora Hotel, changed name and renovated, but looks strange. It very small in terms of room size and super small elevator, which can hardly accommodate two people. No 7-11 near, closest is about 5-7 min walking to main Nimman road.

What I like about the hotel is its location and helpful staff. I wish the face towel would be of slightly better quality. Breakfast is good, but with limited options.
