I traveled with family, i booked a connecting room and I arrived hotel at 3:30 pm. A bit surprised after staff said need us waiting room more 30 mins as they had a busy operation and room not ready yet then let us waiting without any assistance offering. I do understood the issue because I work in hospitality business as well but you cannot told the guest like that because it was show you cannot manage your operation. Be honest, I just waiting only 10-15 mins there was a man step to us and told me they already change the room for us and can check in now.I don’t know his name but thank you for take care us. By the way, I still found the bad smell from the towel, I did not inform staff as it was late night when we took a shower. Anyway my family like the room as valuable and nice location.

Location is just outside their city. As it was not long after things opened up from COVID there wasn’t a lot open but they still delivered (food Panda app).
