“Qinhai Pavilion staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and their crisis management is excellent.”
The gentleman accidentally left his phone in the restaurant after finishing afternoon tea. The staff found it and immediately reported it to the front desk. When we called back, the front desk staff answered and assured us that the phone was safely kept at the front desk. They asked us to unlock it upon claiming it. Thank you all! The pool is also fantastic, with warm water that is very comfortable. The staff's attention is always on the guests; you can feel their professionalism and enthusiasm. I urge everyone to stay at the Yunbo Qinhai Hotel when in Hualien.

“I was able to have a very good time! Thank you!”
The facilities were more than sufficient, including a pool, sauna, coin laundry, bathtub, and amenities. In the evening, there were performances by indigenous people, allowing us to spend the whole day at the hotel. Additionally, it is surrounded by magnificent mountains and a wide open beach, providing an opportunity to enjoy the grand nature. The cleanliness and ample facilities at this price are very satisfying. We added a buffet for breakfast, and we were able to enjoy dishes characteristic of Taiwan. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. Although not everyone spoke English, it was never a problem since using a translator was easy and convenient. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool, sauna, and the hotel restaurant—the food was delicious. Coming from Taipei to Hualien was very convenient, as it was just one train ride away. The train system was easy to understand, and we had no issues at all. From Hualien Station, we simply took a taxi to the hotel. Upon checkout, the hotel also provided a free shuttle service going back to Hualien Station, which made the trip even more convenient. Overall, our trip was lovely, hassle-free, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed at four hotels, but this had the best breakfast! As a vegan, I had the pistachio custard spread three times. They had a menu without unhealthy breakfast items like jam or sugary yogurt, and it was the best breakfast that was both healthy and delicious. I want to go back just for breakfast. The sea behind the hotel is also beautiful. I wanted to ask the chef for the pistachio spread recipe. 😭 If you could share the recipe, please contact me. Best breakfast in my life. Pistachio custard spread on a baguette is a must! Please, Mr. chef, give me the recipe! If I go to Taroko again, I wouldn't miss the chance to stay in this hotel again.
