Amazing Hotel for Tourists and Working People”

If you are the first time to visit Chiang Mai, Le Naview @ Prasingh is absolutely a good choice as it is in the heart of Ancient City. You can easily to go around the city on foot. Price is reasonable and good service with helpful staff. Their breakfast are quite good. A fancy and stylish open-space cafe provide amazing coffee, and the breakfast taste nice (not a buffet but I think it's good enough for tourists).

Great location with very friendly, kind staff”

I stayed with my wife for 2 days to explore Chiang Mai city. Le Naview is located very central of old city area, and very convenient to go anywhere east or west side of Chiang Mai touristy places. The breakfast is fine with cheap price. And the staff is so kind because when I left some stuff to my room and I called, and they kindly checked the room and accept my request to send it to Bangkok. I was very impressed with their kindness and I really recommend to stay this place.

Great new hotel in Chiang Mai”

We spent 5 days in Le Naview and we felt like we found the best hotel in Chiang Mai. The hotel looks really good from both outside and inside and it is a very pleasant place to stay. It is very clean and everything is almost brand new. The only issue is that the rooms are not very sound proof. Once there was a lough music coming from the hotel next door, but after I complained to the reception desk, the problem was solved within 5 minutes. Overall we are very happy with our stay at Le Naview. The staff is amazing. I can only recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, excellent location, clean and comfortable”

We (my wife, our 10 month old daughter and me) booked the mini suite room for 2 nights and extended our stay for 2 more nigths. The bedroom is separated from the living room. Perfect for early sleeping of our daughter. Through a window it´s possible to have a look from the bathroom into the bedroom and vice versa. By using a blind you can get privacy. The room is simple furnished (maybe a little bit old fashioned) but nevertheless comfortable and clean. A fridge and kettle are available. The hotel offers a pool and a restaurant. Breakfast was a la carte. In our opinion enough value for money. The hotel is good located in the old city. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and local food corners are close and in walking distance. Other destinations are reachable by Tuk Tuk or if you want by taxi. The airport is 10 min far away. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. All in all an recommend for the Le Naview.

Great, modern, clean hotel. Delicious cafe. Elevators! Family rooms are perfect!”

We loved Ke Naview! Clean and nice location. Doi at the outside tour desk is very helpful with anything- not just tours. Staff is friendly. The cafe staff are professional and nice. We tip well and it was genuinely appreciated and the service we got showed it the next time we were there. (We ate there daily, and pretty quickly they knew our preferences.) The hotel is really cute. Comfy beds and linens. Really just a super nice place and a good value- especially if you can get their breakfast included in the rate. Try The North Restaurant up the street too. Wonderful attentive staff, awesome presentation and food and open really late- most places are not. Seriously nice place and not expensive at all! Again, we left a nice tip and when we came back two nights later they remembered us and gave us such nice treatment and even a dessert at the end of our meal. We are loving Chiang Mai!

Good stay in the Old City”

Good stay at Le Naview, however not as good as we were hoping based on other reviews. The rooms are huge and clean with nice hot showers. The staff aren't the most helpful, except the staff at the tour desk- they were great and always said hi. We had asked for an airport pickup which the hotel says it provides on both agoda and booking.com. Noone came to pick us up. We phoned them and they rudely said we needed to get a taxi because they didn't provide it. No apology was provided on arrival. This meant entering the queue for the taxi's last and not getting to the hotel til 1am in the morning. If they had simply emailed in advance it would have been much easier. The free breakfast is good- lots of options for a breakfast set. Don't lose your vouchers tho! This hotel also has a free pool which unfortunately we didn't get to use. The location is great- in the old city within walking distance of most things.

Good value for the price”

Le Naview is the kind of hotel I like when on vacations. It has all the necessary amenities and small enough I don't feel I am on another business trip in a multinational hotel chain. My wife and I spent a lot of time on the terrace facing the lively street. The personnel is always trying to accommodate you yet not omnipresent. The travel desk is a marvel, the lady organized many activities for us sometimes just referring us to someone we paid directly so most likely did not get a commission. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come back if we are in Chiangmai again.

An excellent place to stay and great value.”

The Le Naview was a wonderful place to stay, the facilities were very clean, the rooms comfortable and well furnished. The staff were attentive, friendly and kind and the value was well worth the rates. I highly recommend this place to any travellers on a frugal budget. The coffee from their cafe as well as the mango smoothie was to die for exquisite. One of the things that stood out to me was the warmth of the staff which was neither sycophantic nor in pursuit of tips, it was just genuine care and kindness. Lovely!

Definitely will come back again”

Look exactly like in the photos, clean and spacious room! the bed is comfortable, love the bathroom. There's a small pool in the hotel, really awesome with such affordable price . Staff is very friendly and helpful as well, cz we forgot to bring international adapter, so I tried asking from the reception.. luckily they have extra and borrow to us. Location wise: 5 mins walk to 7-11, opposite the hotel there's bike/ motorcycle rental shop which the owner is very friendly If I visit Chiang Mai again in the future, definitely will come back this hotel!

I have a rule for travelling abroad, if I've been to a place I don't go back. I would easily break this rule for Chang Mai and La Naview. The staff were amazing, helpful and genuine. The location is prime for food and tour booking. The room itself was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountain side. Thanks La Naview for making our stay in Chang Mai so memorable.

Excellent room”

Rooms were spacious and clean, with a fridge, water kettle and hair dryer. There's also a swimming pool and free parking. Hotel is located within walking distance to the old city gate and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The only downside I could think of would be the music from one of the residences nearby, although this is easily silenced by closing the balcony door. Will definitely return for another stay when I'm in Chiang Mai again.

Nice Little Hidden Gem”

Can not say anything negative about this little gem of a hotel in Chiang Mai. Hotel is new, and staff are more than accommodating and exceptionally friendly. Hotel restaurant dishes also quite tasty. Location is convenient, not far from west gate inside Chiang Mai Old City. Will definitely consider staying at this one again next time in CM. Only slight drawback would be ICE COLD TEMPERATURE OF POOL WATER. Apparently, there is no heater in pool -- according to staff.

Very good loction, clean room, helpful staff”

Spacious and clean room, even pillows smell fresh despite the high occupancy, bathroom is neat and clean, thanks to the effort of the housekeeper. Staff is very patient and courteous and more than willing to help with even the small tiny problems and questions. Location is very convenient and within few minutes to the shops in the center of the city. Only 3 minutes walk to the Sunday night market. Getting transport is no problem at all. If you are not looking for a big spread of varieties for breakfast, their breakfast is basic and serves its function. But there are no big lost if opt it out, lots of places nearby serves good breakfast. It will be better if there are more signs to remind hotel occupants to keep noise down In corridors at all times. Overall, it's a pleasant stay with Le Naview! Thanks for all the help from hotel staff.

Clean and beautiful hotel”

Immediately from arrival we were impressed with this hotel. The entire place is spotless and well-kept. The room was spacious and clean. We had a room on the main floor which gave us a tiny narrow balcony looking out to a bamboo wall but that didn’t matter as we hardly spend time in our room anyway. The restaurant is very nice and although it’s not as cheap as most other places nearby, it’s still considerably cheaper than what we would pay at home for similar food. The staff are exceptional and super helpful! Our first night they recommended a Thai restaurant nearby that was outstanding. If you turn right outside of the hotel and walk for 5 mins, It’s a little place on the second level just past the H Hotel on the left hand side of the road. You sit on cushions on the floor around the perimeter of the restaurant, your feet dangle down to the passerby’s below. Food was delicious and the experience was great! 7-11 is very close as well, just past this restaurant. La Naview was perfect.

Good value, comfortable hotel”

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at Le Naview. Breakfast was limited to set menu style but you could refill coffee and top up on fresh fruit. The hotel has a washing machine and for minimal cost will do a load of washing. We don't mind walking and could get to most of the town markets and temples on foot, although tuk-tuk options are not expensive. Plenty of good massage options and eating options nearby.

Le Naview was a positive surprise. The hotel felt clean and fresh, the pool was nice on the third floor and the room I had felt almost new. And it's location in old town was nice

Great location!!”

This hotel is close to the temples, in the middle of the square, and in such a cute part of town. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We got there at 8:30am and the room was already ready for us at 9am. The rooms were so clean and big. We rented the mopeds across the street and had a great time checking out Chiang Mai. Choy (joy?) not sure how to spell her name- at travelers info desk was so helpful. She recommended Dragon flight zip line and Chiang Mai

We have a pleasant stay. Le Naview is located in great zone and near restaurants, we don't have any problem to take taxis and tours.Also the food in the cafeteria is great and good price.

Value for money”

Spacious room, nice breakfast and good location where near to Sunday night market. Highly recommend this hotel! Besides that, Uber is very useful and convenient, this can save time for bargaining price with Dudu / Taxi as well as avoiding miscommunication on the location of attraction point where you plan to visit. so far, I didn't engage any Dudu / taxi in this 5days Chiang mai Trip.

Tourist in need of a base camp hotel”

This hotel has it all: location, good food, wonderful staff, cleanliness, attention to details, centrally located, and the list goes on and on. The price is very reasonable. Tawan Scooters are just across the street and for $6 - $9 bucks a day, can't be beat. Sawat is the Tuk-tuk driver that hangs out in front and speaks enough English to take you anywhere. The owner "Ja" is courteous, friendly, and makes sure her guests are treated first class. She is a class act herself. I've stayed there twice and would do so as many times as my travels takes me to Chiang Mai.
