still new building and not all rooms are finished. but large aparyment style rooms are available. no cooking facilities, no microwave which was disappointing, but there is a lot of great restaurants nearby. you will need your own transport, however it is very easy to get to all the sights around chiang mai from here

Staff were friendly and helpful. Safe area. Will need to travel to attractions. Be prepared if staying a week to bring some cutlery. The bed is very firm, if you are not used to that it may take some getting used to. For the price it matched the expectations.

Nice staffs and perfect hotel”

I booked the room for my sister with family of four. All of them loved it. The room is big and separated bedroom and living room. There was a little sink. The staffs were so nice. I am very appreciated that the staff helped us right away when we would like to change a bigger room. Good price but better is out there”

Nice room with a nice view but far from the best things to do in Chiang Mai. Travel gets pricey if your on a budget. The pool water was green, the staff was nice but not very helpful, and breakfast was bad.

Unbeatable price ”

The room price comes with breakfast, swimming pool and car park. Big room as it's a reconstructed apartment . Receptionist can't speak fluent English but he is eager to help us book rafting, which is very good experience. Chic swimming pool too.

Good value”

First time staying here. We love the room size, ample parking, the mountain view, sofa in the room and the daily free bottles of water. The bed is kind of hard which we love. The air conditioning is very quite. We didn't include the daily breakfast, so we can't comment on that. You need to be aware not to leave any food out because that will draw the ants attention. There is no iron and no hair dryer in the room. You need to rent a car if you choose to stay here. We are happy with the price we paid. It's a good value lodging. The cook at the breakfast site is very nice and courteous. She answered all the questions we had willingly and enthusiastically. The customer service overall is average. It's still worth every penny we spent.

It's the best hotel. It's totally new hotel. Very nice place, calm area, good swimming pool & best Kitchen for morning Breakfast. very Supportive Staff & management. I am very happy.

A local Residence with private Kitchen”

A local Residence with private Kitchen, clean room , with small-size outdoor swimming pool, reasonable price, but no staff to help to bring your luggage , no room service . Just has receptionist >>locate a liitle bit far from downtown of Chiangmai, but easy to reach. Nice place if you want to stay more days to explore ChiangMai City and want to try cooking for yourselves or family. Recoomend.

1) Can't find the hotel using Grab apps. its still using Life natural Condo which i called the receptionist to confirmed. 2) they didnt cleaned up the room even after we requested. 3) Only one staff is really helpful. The others? dunno if they dont understand or pretend dumb. 4) Very far from the town. If you not having your own vehicle, forget about this place.

No hair dryer”

Mentioned in Agoda that hair dryer is provided but found out that only provide for big room. A little disappointed. But others are great.

Horrendous place, don't go!!”

I will summarise and this is not dumbed down: Hotel based in middle of nowhere. All staff speak very minimal English. Everywhere full of ants. The hotel was basically empty of occupants. First morning breakfast after 2 hours left me bed bound with severe food poisoning for 3 days and I saw none of Chiang Mai (food was semi warm was a clear sign). Breakfast served 7am-10am, I turned up at 9.30am, clearly had been sat out all morning. Spent money in pharmacy on mediation including antibiotics and told reception they laughed and said 'nobody else sick' as I showed them the items I bought. I've never experienced a hotel like it and worst food poisoning I've ever had. Despite already paid for more nights I checked out early once i had the energy to leave my room! Thanks for ruining my Chiang Mai and basically most of Thailand holiday. What goes around comes around and I really hope this helps stop people coming to this place.

Decent place for a couple of nights. ”

The apartment was new. No amenities within comfortable walking distances. If you drive it's fine as there are markets, convenience store, shopping malls within 1km radius of this place. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was pretty simple - I don't expect much for the price I'm paying :) Great if they could include a hairdryer for this place.

It is quiet and safe at night and near the Doi suthep (the west) and Nimmen road .One can enjoy many dimsum yammy food and relax massage each day .
