Guests are impressed with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff. The sky lounge, infinity pool, and some rooms offer breathtaking views of the skyline. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. Guests enjoy the delicious food and drinks offered during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are plenty of choices to suit all tastes.
Few guests reported slow staff assistance and poor phone response. Some rooms and floors had a bad odor. However, overall experience is satisfactory.

I li,e the modern vibes of this place. The view of sunset while swimming in the pool is great. All the staffs are courteous and very accomodating esp Dong and Joraz and Vylle. Plan to go back here. Oh, i like that they serve Wilkins water to avoid stomach discomfort
EL nido is a great place to relax, but with Lime, they tripled the relaxation experience. All staff are courteous and has initiative to help/assist you from the staff down to the security guard all give their best effort to provide us a hassle free experience. Facilities are at its finest, great view from the big pool, an in dine and breakfast buffet. I must say that those are great add ons to your vacation. Just some feedback though to provide a better experience: 1. No privacy in the bathroom to the room. Hoping that there is a curtain to provide privacy. For Junior suite room. 2. I know food in El Nido is pricy but the hotel offers much pricier food yet the quality is not that superb. I ordered pizza, pasta (carbonarra was bland and lacks taste), karekare (provides less sauce, hoping for more sauce on it), chicken teriyaki bowl (same as we barely can taste the teriyaki sauce). Hoping that in room dining be extended up to 12am since when we asked for ice it was already closed at 10pm. 3. Location wise, lime is located in Corong corong. With this visitors must ride a tricycle everytime you need to go to the town that will cost you 100-150 per trip. Going to Lio is 400. Hoping that hotel can provide a free scheduled shuttle for all. 4. I requested for refill in the shower dispenser but no one did. I requested it 2x. I opted to use the bath soap. 5. Food in the breakfast buffet. I hope that there are more selections or daily change of menu. We stayed there for 7 days, we see that the food are always almost the same every other day. Those are just miniman feedback. Then again, the place, the facility and the people of the hotel are the best experience for us. Will come back here to see if there will be improvement. Upon arrival at Lime Hotel El Nido, we were immediately impressed by its cleanliness, vibrant vibe, and the stunning backdrop of the bay behind the front desk. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive—from check-in to the restaurant and pool area. Location is great- 20 minutes tricycle (tuk tuk) ride to Townsquare. The infinity pool lived up to the hype, offering spectacular views of El Nido. I could’ve spent all day there sipping a piña colada, relaxing, and mingling with fellow guests. Our room was bright and clean, reflecting the hotel’s fun, tropical theme. However, it felt a bit tight for three people with the added bed, and while we appreciated being on a higher floor, the view wasn’t ideal. We also noticed an unpleasant bay smell that reached our room, and the bathroom began to flood, requiring repeated towel requests. Despite these minor issues, the staff handled our needs promptly and with great service. Everyone, including the pool bar staff, was well-trained and professional. The hotel’s prime location, stunning views, and customer care made it a memorable stay. There’s even a convenient massage spa and laundromat nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

10/10 location - because it's in the middle of everything in El Nido, it's so easy to get everything that you need. You can ride a tuktuk or walk if you want to have more physical activities. The whole hotel is also peaceful and family-friendly. Unlike other hotels at the town proper and marimegmeg beach. 10/10 to the very approachable staffs. We usually have to instruct hotel staffs if we need something from my previous experiences of staying at hotels. But here, the staffs are attentive. They will help you even without asking and they are very friendly. They are always smiling. In some hotels, I felt intimidated because other hotel staffs are hard to approach. Like they are choosing who to serve and they are extra polite to the foreigners. But here at Lime, I had feel that I am equal to other foreigners and I'm also not different from them cause I'm a customer/client/guest after all. 9/10 For the food. I like everything but sometimes the main dish of the day is salty. I stayed for 5 days and the saltiness is consistent even they change the main dish but still -- I like everything. 8/10 for the cleanliness because in the 5 days that I stayed here, they only cleaned for 3/5 of days. Sometimes, the common restrooms can be stinky but not too much. All in all, If ilI will have a chance to go back here at El Nido, I will definitely stay again here at Lime cause I trust their water. It's safe to use for showers.
