Great location for low budget”
We stayed 4 nights at Lisa Homestay. It is well located at the center of pretty much everything, great location for a first time in Hoi An. We got the room 101 in the ground floor for the first 2 nights. It smells pretty bad, very dusty in several areas, not much ventilation and very dark on day time. It is also close to th kitchen and the reception so noisy and smelly in the morning. We were moved to another room for the last 2 nights once available. Better experience there with a small balcony so more light. Unfortunately there was a lamp from the street right to the beds at night time but it was fine. Overall it was fine as we didn't spend much time in the room. I would definitely try to avoid the experience of the room 101 on the ground floor. Reception also helped us to wash 4 kilos of clothes. It came the same day in good shape at low price.

Perfec location to explore Hoi an (easy access to the beach, the old town and the small island), with an awesome host extremely helpful and nice. Great services (bikes, laundry, tours, buses) and great cleanliness (cleaning every day!) Plus there is a mini bar with fair prices when you compare to the neighborhood mart prices.

Great place. Very affordable. Location is tucked away on a quieter road but a short walk to everything. Clean and comfortable rooms. The host is super nice and helpful. The previous guest in my room wanted to stay another night after I had already booked, so she just upgraded me to a larger room for no extra cost. I've stayed at countless guesthouses like this and this was one of the very best I've come across.

Tucked in a quiet street but still near the night market and river. This homestay has a nice girl working as a receptionist. She struggles with English but is willing to help you in any way so she always uses google translate. My room is better than I expected with a fridge and hot shower, and tables and chairs too. Though there were some mosquitoes in my room but I was able to "handle" it. They offer laundry service which they can return to you in 2 days. They offer car service as well from Da Nang airport/city to Hoi An and vice versa. Hoi An is such a charming place I would love to visit and would stay at Lisa Homestay again.
