During our stay at CI, the staff provided detailed explanations of nearby attractions and the opening hours of hotel facilities. They even prepared snacks and drinks for us. The staff were all very polite and the hotel provided a free shuttle to An Bang Beach and bicycles for easy access to the old town. The hotel also offers tour arrangements and transportation services. The old town is very close by and famous landmarks are within walking distance. It's also convenient to walk back from the bar street after a night out. We really enjoyed the breakfast at Little Hoi An. We stayed for two days and were satisfied with the food both days. We stayed at Hilton for the next two days and although there were many options, we found them to be quite ordinary compared to Little Hoi An. Little Hoi An offered six different types of fried eggs and many sauces to choose from. The chef was very skilled at frying eggs and they were delicious. When we had questions during the booking process, the customer service team was very responsive. We would like to thank every staff member at Little Hoi An who provided us with such great service during our two-day stay. We are grateful and hope to travel to Hoi An again soon and choose Little Hoi An as our accommodation. Thank you Rose, Kate, and Cherry from customer service.

Amazing hotel and location, even better staff ”
This was our best hotel stay in our 3 week Vietnam trip traveling from north to south. As you will read in many other reviews - which is what also convinced us to book here originally - the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is perfectly situated a short walk to the old town and the night market but just far enough that you get a quiet nights sleep, the buffet breakfast was an excellent local and international spread that changed daily with made to order egg and noodle stations. They have free bicycles and umbrellas for you to use to explore the town. The showers have great water pressure. But beyond that, it was the staff that made this stay for us, in the small ways they showed how attentive they are to their guests. When we went to the gym, a staff member came in to bring us bottles of water (though this is already provided free in our rooms). When we went for a swim, they noticed and quickly turned on the music/speakers surrounding the pool for us and ensured we had pool towels. Another guest walked into the breakfast restuarant and the staff were already aware they needed a vegetarian diet and as they welcomed them in and ushered them to their seats, they offered for many of their hot buffet options to be cooked specially for them to meet that dietary requirement. Each day at breakfast they’d enquire how our stay has been and if there are any issues they can help with. We’ve stayed at bigger establishments since, but it can’t compare to Little Hoi An.

From the moment we arrived all the way until the very last second, we were taken so good care of!! Their exceptional service, goes above and beyond and their warmth and the experience of being very considerate of privacy and knowing when to engage and interact with us is just amazing. We felt so welcomed and this hotel is the best to go for because of the LOCATION, SERVICE, FOOD and WIFI. It's reliable we were there for a week 🙂 all went well. I can hold calls and do my work. The room is always clean, housekeeping is fast and detailed, you have everything you need, hair dryer, iron, safe, mini fridge, 100+ tv channels, Android tv, desk and chairs. It works! If you're a light sleeper maybe get a room away from the lift but it didn't bother us as we could hear sounds from outside the room. We had a wonderful stay at Little Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa. Special thanks to Ms. Cherry and Kayle for their outstanding service and friendliness throughout our visit. My son absolutely loved Ms. Cherry, who made sure to interact with him and made him feel at home. Both Cherry and Kyle always asked how we were doing and made sure we were enjoying our day, which added a personal touch to our experience. The staff provided tip-top service, helping us rent a motorbike effortlessly, and the breakfast was delicious — we especially enjoyed the pho and the made-to-order omelette. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.
Idyllic Hotel with Hospitality”
My family and I (4 pax) stayed at Little Hoi A Boutique Hotel in April 2024, and it was the best hotel throughout our trip in Vietnam. Hospitality - Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Kate and team with welcome drink and refreshments, while she explained patiently about Hoi An. This helps us a lot to plan our itinerary for our stay. The other staffs are equally courteous and attentive (eg Cherry, Rose). Rooms - Riverside View Deluxe King had a simple yet traditional rustic design, with a balcony overlooking the Hoai river (with pretty flowers in spring). (Try booking the Riverside View Room, you won’t regret it). It was beautiful and clean room, with a relaxing warm ambience. Firm bed with adequate amenities, I had the best sleep here! Breakfast - not a massive variety compared with the bigger hotel brands (international cuisine), but they serve quality local cuisine, which was delicious and very satisfying. (Try their Vietnamese iced coffee, pho, and salads) Location - within walking distance (5 mins) to the night market and across to the Old Town. (Try using their bicycles to explore the town). Accessibility - there are a number of steps to reach the lobby, so you may need to consider if you have a wheelchair bound person. However, they have an elevator, and the courteous staffs are helpful. In summary, if we were to visit Hoi An again, we will certainly book Little Hoi A Boutique Hotel because it is just that great!
