The service staff is very good. The room is very good. The atmosphere is very good. The housekeeper cleans every day. Very good. The air conditioning is very cool. The hot water is very good.

This hotel is considered to be very reasonably priced in this area. The entrance may be a bit difficult to find, but it seems easier to locate than the boutique or clothing store in front of it. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very spacious. The service is good and all amenities are provided. The bathroom is also large, almost like a small bedroom. There is a delicious steakhouse downstairs, and the hotel's swimming pool is beautiful. The transportation may not be very convenient, so it is recommended to take a taxi or use the shuttle service. However, if you want to walk around and take the train, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Chidlom station. Overall, it is considered very good. If you don't want to walk far, it is recommended to turn right after leaving the hotel and there is a restaurant called "Krua Nai Baan" which serves delicious food at a moderate price. However, if you are lazy, you can also order food from the hotel, but they only serve until 6:00 pm and the food is also delicious.

My recent stay at LUXX Langsuan was a mixed experience. What I Liked: The hotel's location is quite convenient, as it's fairly close to the city center while offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful trees visible from our balcony, which provided a serene backdrop during our stay. What I Didn't Like: Unfortunately, there were several aspects that detracted from our experience. The furniture in the room felt quite old and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel is quite tight, creating difficulty for cars trying to enter and leave. While the staff greeted us and attended to our request for a weighing scale at checkout, their service felt rather bare minimum, lacking the warmth and attentiveness I would expect from a hotel of this nature. Furthermore, the rooms were quite dark, which added to the overall feeling of discomfort. While we have no issue with the hotel’s strict non-smoking policy, the numerous signs throughout the property felt overbearing and detracted from the overall aesthetics, giving the hotel a somewhat dorm-like feel. Overall, while LUXX Langsuan offered a pleasant location, the shortcomings in service and facilities made for a less-than-ideal stay.
Value for $ but dated”
Luxx Langsuan is a lovely property which is very conveniently located. It’s a few minutes from an amazing spa called Once Upon a Thai, and lots of other lovely and good little restaurants. It’s also just 10-15 mins walk from Centralworld / Siam / shopping central, and good boutique gyms. It’s right across Velaa Sindhorn which has plenty of mid to high end dining options. The staff are incredibly accommodating and very polite. The floors in the room were very clean. However, like many travelers before, a gripe I have is with the bathroom design. I most definitely do not recommend this for older people as you have to step in and out of the bath post shower which is very slippery and dangerous. In addition, while the room itself is quite clean, the corners of the ceilings are neglected, and there are plenty of cobwebs and moth shell casings (?) in those areas. My balcony door could not open either, and the timber strips on the exterior are rotting. It’s still a very nice property and location is unparalleled, it just needs a facelift.

The hotel is in a really good neighbourhood, walking distance to most major malls ie CentralWorld etc, has an amazing bar and is located quite close to a lot of eateries and 7-11’s so very easy. We initially got a studio room but we were actually upgraded to a bigger room because the room we got had a weird smell and the bathroom sink wasn’t clean. When we mentioned this to Kate at the reception, she was so accommodating, apologetic and so lovely! The hotel looks old and a bit outdated, it does look like it could use some maintenance. Bed was really hard as well as the sofa is living area but otherwise value for money and would recommend for the price and location as well as the overall ambience & customer service. TLDR - Impeccable customer service - Nice location, walking distance to most spots and lots of bars, restaurants nearby - Hotel is nice but a bit old and outdated and could be more comfortable - Very nice cocktail bar called the 4th Wall, highly recommend visiting too
