When we arrived we were notified there was a error in their booking and they would have to give us 2 separate rooms for the first night instead of the family room with a balcony that i reserved. This wouldn't be a big deal but they said the next day, they would put us in a family (patio) room. I said i specifically booked 2nd floor family with (balcony). they told me it is only subject to availableity. Hmmm didn't see that anywhere when i booked it, it specifically let me choose with a balcony or patio. And they also told me for my troubles on the first nite the 2 separate rooms were upgraded to suites!... Well they were not suites, they were regular rooms. I don't like being lied to. Especially more than once. It really is a nice place, and it's clean, i have booked here twice. But i didn't like the lies i was told on this booking or i would have given them 5 stars, and the hotel description of beautiful mountain view is write an exaggeration as well.

Staffs are very accommodating and very friendly. WIFI - the wifi on the reception area is strong but we barely have a connection on the room. Maybe because we are staying far from the reception area but I hope they improve it. Cleanliness- Room is clean and smells good.They offer housekeeping, they changed our towels and refill the coffee. For the breakfast buffet, you can only get your breakfast ONCE and have to pay another 500 pesos if you want another . That shouldn't be called as Breakfast Buffet. Location - The hotel is located 1 tricycle away, it is not on the City Proper but transpo is accessible as there are tricycle outside the hotel. No early check-in as most of their rooms are always occupied.

the overall experience is 10/10. Our room is the Family/Barkada room that is perfect for large group, and there's 2 restroom .. Food is 999/10 we went to the town to try the food and nearly disappointed with the price and quality and when we tried the hotel's food is amazing... staff are very accommodating, friendly and courteous. The resort is 10 mins away in the town proper and there's a tricyle always waiting outside of the hotel. There's also a Van service waiting in the airport and you just have to pay in the hotel- vice versa. Pool is very clean and with a great view. Perfect to stay here as in the town there's nothing much to do, it's a good thing a resort with a pool. I super love this place and will definitely go back. highly recommended.

Booked for 2 adults and 1 x 16 yrs old. Value for money. Good bed config for 3 of us and provided 3 towels with 3 toothbrush & toothpaste. Tricycle ride to town was cheap 40 pesos p.p. Away from busy area which we love. Pool looks good but needed a clean . Brekkie is good and convenient Staff are friendly and always willing to answer all my questions. Organised the tour at the hotel same price so made it convenient.
