    “AWESOME HOST and PLACE”

    We had a wonderful stay at this place! I was traveling with my 4-year-old, and our host was incredibly polite and thoughtful throughout. She went out of her way to offer help whenever we needed it, which made the whole experience so much smoother. The room itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed, and the little touches made it feel like home. The location was also super convenient. We had a POOL VIEW! and just a few steps away from the pool (it's on the ground floor). Perfect for families with kids who like to swim, like mine. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

    “Pool View”

    The place was really cleana nd the unit owner was responsive, however i will give it 3.5stars. Minus half a star as the unit we got was not a pool view. Don’t really care much for the view if im being honest, however it was still misleading to saybits a pool view when its not. I also give minus 1 star because of our parking issue. Prior to my stay, i emailed the owner if there was anything else i need to know to ensure a smooth stay, although the owner responded however there was no mention of parking situation. The night if my stay at around 12am, the guards were ringing the doorbell asking us about parking authorization, thus was at 12am and we have a baby with us that the guards woke up for ringing the doorbell. The owner was rushing me to pay the parking fee as they need to make sure I get tge authorization while the person need to create it is still awake. I get it, but gad they mentioned it earlier we would not have been in that situation. The guards were also rushing me to mice my car to the spot assigned to me even if i told them id do it after attending to an important call. After my call i rushed down to move my car and realized i didnt have to rush coz no one was going to use that spot anyway, meaning, they didnt have to rush me!!!

    “Value for money”

    What we liked best: - great location for such a great price - condo guards and staff were all polite and accommodating - sulit ang pool access for only 150/day - comfortable bed and working AC unit to beat the heat - vaping area in the balcony is a plus What can be improved: - clear communication: - we were there prior to the 2PM check in pero couldn't connect to their phone numbers - checked in at 2:30, my assumption is, di pa tapos un cleaning since nakasalubong pa nmin un cleaning staff nila na nagabot ng key - share all pertinent information about the stay, like bawal magsampay sa balcony - even with a clothing rack, settling of parking fee payments early, etc. - WIFI connection is manageable pero tops is 4-5mbps - Wished they provided additional trash bags for extended stays Overall stay was great despite the recos for improvement. We'll surely be back for sure!

    “The bestttt”

    Super happy with our stay. We booked this room for new year eve since i have a newborn and kids with asthma to avoid the smoke from the fireworks. The room if ever clean and cozy. It felt like im home. Very relaxing. The utensils were complete and we were able to cook our noche buena. Will surely book this again! Thank you maam jaja and sir paul very accomodating host!

    Sure, here is a 5-star review I composed about a studio type condominium near SM South Mall: "I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this studio condominium near SM South Mall. The apartment was clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the mall and all the restaurants and shops in the area. I would definitely recommend this condominium to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Las Pinas."
