"This is the best hotel for the money in Pohang. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and the whole place feels like a boutique hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and speaks English - they were able to assist with everything from the internet to restaurant recommendations. They have a nice breakfast spread in the morning too. I've stayed in almost every hotel in Pohang, and this one is the best."

"The hotel was a great value. We paid just over 65,000 KRW to stay at the hotel, per night. It is located on the 5/6th floor of a building complex. So at first it was a little confusing, as there is not information in English about where the check in desk is (*ahem, 5th floor). The hotel staff were really friendly and had no problem changing our room, as the first one seemed a bit smokey. It is a little bit of an older hotel, but everything was clean and bright. The view is great and looks right over the beach. I imagine if you got a room not on the beachside you wouldn't be as pleased. You are literally, out the door and on the beach. Comes with two free Ramen cups, water and coffee in the fridge. I have stayed at a lot of cheap motels in Korea and was happy enough with this one. Oh and its family friendly, not a love motel. Beds are firm (typical). Remember you get what you pay for, but given the location, it was great. Cons: aircon old (but working), water in the tank had green bits in it (wouldn't recommend drinking, but they still give two bottles of water as extras)."

"We paid really cheap on agoda for this hotel, so that is the only reason why we stayed here. It is VERY old, but clean and staff were friendly. They gave us a twin room by mistake so she then put us in a big room which i think was a suite. The beds were more comfortable than the usual motel's in Korea. It was close to downtown and beaches so that was convenient. It was really good enough for 1 night's stay, but not modern at all. The breakfast was included and it didn't look like much when we arrived, just bread and salad stuff and cold dry scrambled eggs, but then the staff came to each of us and asked if if we wanted a fried egg. So we got hot eggs off the pan. which made breakfast much better. "
