We had some neighbor upstairs whose kids were running around from early in the morning. When we called the reception desk , they immediately went find out who it was and kindly asked them to keep it down. The hotel was clean and service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend them if you ever go visit Nagoya!

It was just perfect. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the Sakae, the center of the city. The service is warm. The foods are delicious!(I tried a Japanese breakfast at Nadaman; that was also excellent.)

We stayed executive floor for 2days. Everything was great. We were allowed to use lounge, which served coffee and snacks in the morning and alcohol in the evening. We would love to stay again.

The location is good. There are two choices of breakfast, Western buffet and Japanese breakfast. Very nice dinning experience. However, we need to pay for gym and swimming pool to exercise. Hotel should have mentioned that on the introduction.

Fantastic location but….”
If you are in Nagoya to party and to check out the night life in Sakae, the hotel is a great location. Besides that room is rather aged and dark. The carpeted floor is of dubious cleanliness.
