The Natys hotel provided us with the best travel experience. Rima greeted us with welcome drinks every time we arrived, and there were rolled-up towels with flowers 🌸 on each beach lounge. Our rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the phone was answered before the first ringtone. The level of professionalism was truly spectacular. We arrived at Gili T on April 20th, and soon the hotel felt like home. Everyone we interacted with was kind, lovely, and incredibly accommodating. Rima and her team took great care of us, even when we ventured to different islands for snorkeling and adventures. Our belongings were always looked after, even on the days we checked out for a day or two. The restaurant was renowned for its amazing food, from the breakfast breadbasket and jam to the BBQ. They even allowed us to rent bikes at a reasonable price and were flexible with the charges. And did I mention Rima and the welcome drinks every time we checked back into the hotel?! Their recommendations were top-notch. Although the hotel is centrally located to all the parties in town, stepping into your room offers pure silence and air-conditioned comfort. Amidst the hot, loud island, it felt like paradise, especially with a welcome drink in hand by the pool. Upon leaving, the hotel manager even helped me with my bag out of the hotel. The team and service exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond.
