Where to stay in Nice City Center
Nice City Center hotels & accommodations

We spent our last weekend in Nice & we were happily satisfied with this hotel's friendly and positive staff, wonderful location in the city center, steps away from everything, breathtaking panoramic rooftop opened with a small pool during day time as well as a restaurant at night, with forgetting our unexpected upgrade!

We spent a week in this hotel in august 2019 and had a great time. It’s location is excellent - 7 mins from beach, train station and main shopping street, and near to most main attractions. The hotel facilities - gym, spa, rooftop pool and outdoor jacuzzi were superb, a real treat and absolutely made our holiday! Design wise it’s a little more traditional and the bed...

Clean and cozy room at a very convenient location in the city center. Nice and helpful staff. If you arrive at late night, ask them in advance so they will instruct you how to get in the room even after their reception time is ended and you can officially check-in next morning. Some simple kitchen equipment, dinnerware and cutlery are provided in the room so you can c...

We had a great 2 nights stop over in Nice. Check in is super quick. All staff was nice and friendly and spoke good English. Close to train stations but beware the taxis here is a rip off 25 euros for less then 15 min taxi ride from Nice Ville station to the hotel... Come on! Room was clean although the carpet could do with a good scrub. There's a lot of Halal butchers,...

Nice clean hotel room and pretty cosy for one night with two toddlers. There is a king sized bed and they also put up bed in the living room area and separated by a sliding door, which makes it a bit squeezy but manageable for a night stay. To walk to the shopping street is quite a distance but you can have access to restaurants within 5 minutes walk and there are plen...

We stayed 2 nights after travelling 2500kms by car. We were looking for a nice relaxing hotel before our long flight back to Australia. The hotel was about 5 mins by tram to the Old Nice and surrounding touristy spots. We did a lot of exploring and walking and it was nice to retire in a spacious and quiet room for the siesta and for the night.

We had a lot difficulties in finding the hotel because people tended to point different directions for the same place...The hotel is quite close to the city centre, walking distance to shopping malls and Carrefour. There is a variety of TV Channels which is really a plus for non-French speakers. The only downside is that it is a bit further away from the beach.

Funky and newly renovated hotel, so everything worked. Had a very serene and quiet feel about it the whole time I was there. I was kindly granted a room that faced the inner courtyard, so it was so quiet and perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast each day was good with enough continental choices available. Some may say it was repetitive, but at home I have the sam...

Ideal for backpackers. You can use the kitchen to eat food, and surprisingly, there is a sauna and a gym in the basement. Conveniently located near department stores and Massena Square. And the staff responded well. It seems to be good at cleaning. When you travel from Nice to the suburbs, you have to find accommodation here. will have to pay for breakfast. And...

my wife and i were on a road trip around europe so one of the points for choosing this hotel was that it had secure parking. parking is very convenient and is located directly opposite the hotel in a multi-storey with its own private section which can only be accessed with a key code. we also chose this hotel for its location and price. in fact we were visiting monaco...

This hotel is easy to access. There is a nice garden with parking space but you need to leave the key of your car to hotel staff when you stay. This hotel is located at the center of Nice so that you can walk to all major attractions at the city.

The staff who helps us check in in the morning is really friendly and she explains well about best western rewards. Hotel is really comfortable. We stay in double room and it is big for two of us. High speed Internet and clean with nice design. Location close to train station, tram, bus and shopping center. Many shops and restaurants around We would definitely stay he...

The hotel is located in the city center where the shopping area is nearby. There is also a supermarket nearby with adequate food choices around. Walking distance to the old town and beach area. Hotel room is cosy and clean and the breakfast is good.

Location is excellent, within walking to distance to bus stops from airport. Easy walk to waterfront and shops around the corner. There is a KFC within 5 mins walk if you need break from kebabs or the local food. Supermarket is 2 mins walk. Full European Breakfast came with the room. This is our first time staying in this hotel in Nice and really really recommended. We really surprise with the big rooms and especially free wireless high speed internet is a must for foreign travelers like us. The business facility is also very good. There is a printer that we can use to print important stuffs. It's really worth the money!!!

We loved our stay at this hotel in Nice. The room was very small but the bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good water pressure & the bathroom was well set out. The location was great, close to the centre of Nice, the coast & the train station. The staff were lovely & accommodating & the breakfast was good. We would happily stay there again.

The room is nice although on the smaller size. The shower was small but shower room big. The hotel is near the beach which is great and about a 20 min walk to downtown. There is a great patisserie right near the hotel. The best feature of the hotel is the staff. The guy and girl who maned the front desk in the morning while we were there were amazing! I had a wonderful stay in Nice and was glad that I booked Hotel Univers. The location of the hotel is great - airport shopping beach and dining. Everything was walking distance and the staff were very helpful when especially I misplaced a luggage. They went beyond their call of duty to help locate the luggage. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would ...

The hotel is located in the city center where the shopping area is nearby. There is also a supermarket nearby with adequate food choices around. Walking distance to the old town and beach area. Hotel room is cosy and clean and the breakfast is good.

Location: few minutes to cours saleya market, lots of restaurants downstairs, weekend book market is also near. Bus transfer to Eze, Monaco, or Menton may take 10~15min walk but it's ok. Equips full cookers in this room, so you can make own meals. Some small disadvantages: It's the 2nd floor of an old building, so you need to carry your luggage by stairs.

Here for a mini break. The Acropolis is great for us. We don't need luxury, just clean and functional which is what we got. Staff very friendly and helpful, location great, close to the Acropolis tram and lovely gardens, 10 mins by tram to the sea front. Note for Brits.. this is a coffee nation. There is a coffee percolator but no kettle so we boiled water in a pan wh...

We had a great stay in this hotel. This is our 3rd trip to Nice for Nice Half Marathon. This hotel, by far, is the best that we had stayed in. It is conveniently located in the main shopping district, but not too near the main street as it can get very noisy. The beach is only a street and garden away. The room interior is very charming and clean. The hosts were a...

The hotel is boutique style, which is located ten minutes from the beach and pedestrianised areas. The rail station is a similar walk. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, providing useful info when required. Breakfast was continental, with a good choice. The hotel was very clean and our room was a good size. No complaints

It is very pleasant experience to stay here as the rooms are comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and helpful, decoration is pleasant, and it's close to city center but located in a quite and safe area. It could even be better if they can have electronic water boiler in the room. All in all, this is a really great place !

The room we got is on low floor with a window facing a whole wall so not much sun shine we can see. After complaining the manager offers for us to pay euro 40 per night for an upgrade to top floor with nice view. We stayed 4 nights and we had dinner in the hotel restaurant on the last night. A little oasis in Nice away from the city noise eating under rubber trees in a beautiful garden. The food was of a very good standard. Have stayed in a three star hotel in Nice just down the road from The Windsor and The Windsor is by far superior. Will return definitely.

We had an enjoyable 4-nights stay at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and shared with us the great restaurants to try during our stay in Nice. The hotel is within walking distance to the city centre and old town and has a public carpark nearby to cater with guests with rental cars. Loved the city!

This is a nice and clean hotel. The location is excellent. Into the center , always busy and with supermarkets and restaurants right next to it. The only thing is that the room , even thought it seems recently renovated and super clean, was tiny. The rest was all very good
