North Pattaya hotels & places to stay

I really have had a pleasant stay at Eastiny Resort & Spa. It is a good spot for me as I can't deal with staying in a tiny room in a busy and noisy area on Pattaya beach road. I am really impressed with the size of the room even though I have booked for just a standard one, it is huge! I love waking up in the morning for the buffet breakfast (all included into the room), and then have a little swim before it gets too sunny. The staff are fantastic and very polite. From my stay, I have nothing negative to mention about the hotel.

It's was great! Location is perfect not so much noize as everywhere in Pattaya but at the same time lovated in middle of all intertaiments near Tiffani show and can go everywhere, to walking street only for 10bath by local bus tuc-tuc Rooms look different as in pictures, they made some renovations, new paint and some decorations its much beetter. Near hostel have mall Terminal 21 where is the best food cort i ever met in Thailand, delicious food only 30 - 40 bath per meal! I'll be back for sure

First, I get Fairtex Sport Club for my first week since this hotel is really good at service, cleanliness, and facilities. Due to the hotel is fully booked, I get recommendation from Hotel Manager to choose Fairtex Residence since this hotel is also a Fairtex Group. I thought Fairtex Residence is the same as good as the sport club, but a cheaper one. The Service are good, the room is clean & clean.

this hotel was a hidden gem. found it by chance on agoda, gave it a go and wow were we very impressed. the rooms are brilliant, almost like brand new. if your thinking the location is an issue think again the hotel has a free shuttle for guests in and out of pattaya beach road nightlife restaurants supermarkets ect. the staff were great all speaking fluent English i could not fault this hotel. its not my first time to pattaya as i normally stay beach road but hey if you want a great place to stay at a budget price this is it. been to asia many times and no budget hotel compares to this one. thanks all us solo travelers had a great time there and will be defiantly be back again. oh if you like the footy all rooms have cable tv plus they have the afl on in the bar during the day and night live if you want to watch or flick the channel. very relaxing easy going hotel. well managed well maintained. da at reception is a ball of info if you need to know anything about pattaya. greeted us on arrival and showed us around the hotel. thanks all see you again soon

If you're in North Pattaya, Diana Garden is a fantastic option that provides everything you need at budget prices - strong wifi, workout room, pool, garden restaurant, lobby bar, bike rental and more - including a driving range. And it's only about a 10 minute walk, or 3-4 minute moto ride from Bangkok Hospital Pattaya, where renuval partners to assist clients - also just across the road from the bus station. Definitely give Diana Garden Resort a look if you're looking for efficient, friendly & affordable accommodations in the area :)

Central and convenient location in North Pattaya. as hotels in Pattaya during high season can fill up quickly. Anyway this place seemed to offer good value in the right area. Area is good, but this hotel is shabby. Surly, unhelpful staff, poor rooms (clean but in need of redecoration and upgrade). From the comings and goings I witnessed the hotel seems to be favoured by 'short-time customers'. It's probably OK for an one hour stay, but best avoided for anything longer. Many, many better options nearby....

This is a place that looks great on paper but not so good once you're actually there. The receptionist doesn't speak any English and is extremely unfriendly, she seems to be in a perpetually bad mood and the smallest requests (like a second key for a room which allows 2 people) cause her to get even unfriendlier. Internet was up and down and unreliable. The safe did not work properly, and it took staff a long time to fix it. The drinks in the room have stickers on them that cover the part of the can you drink out of, so even if you peal them off, you're now sucking on glue... breakfast is served for only 1 hour and 45 minutes, so unless you happen to wake up in that exact time window, you're out of luck. Everything is new and clean, but the furniture is rather simple. The fridge was dirty, which is somewhat hard to understand as well. Finally, the location isn't the best unless you're looking to hang out at drinking street. I could overlook all these flaws, but for the price you can definitely find something better and in a better location. The staff really kills the place, however. None of them speak English and the receptionist made me leave after just one night and lodge elsewhere.

The hotel is located in sukhumvit road, near intersection of North Pattaya, near from Bus Station and has a 7/11 store in a walking distance. Very accessible to catch a songtaew and/or public transportation. The room is pretty decent and clean, although the lobby is not clean everyday. Wifi is poor but it is a good place to stay for the night after a day in the beach or excursion. The only downside is that there is no lift in this hotel. Overall, would love to stay in this hotel again.

It's a new hotel with an original design. Breakfast was okay. Very friendly staff in the restaurant. There are various dishes to choose in the morning. But I wouldn't call it very extensive. It's not far from the beach. But the beach at Pattaya North was not very nice during our staying. The sea was far away so you had to go a while on the beach to get there. In Central Pattaya the sea was closer on the beach. I don't know if it is always like this. They come to clean to room, but one day we had to ask several times. And afterwards it appeared that the girl had forgotten to give us towels and water. The room was nice. We had the junior suite. Nice tv with lots of channels, wifi, fridge, water cooker, etc. Everything you need. It was nice and maybe next time I will go there again.

The space is dated, though as stated "LOTS of space!" The bedroom is very large! The living room/kitchen is larger! The water in the bath is hot/cold on off. The security cameras are on downstairs, but the door locks are NOT secure and there is No in room safe. However, the staff seem Very trustworthy, so probably not a worry. Had to have my hot thermos replaced cause it would not heat or pump. The replacement worked fine. AirCon was good once I learned how to adjust it down. Excellent location! Good local restaurant on the corner of North Pattaya Road. Right across from the new Terminal 21 Mall! Excellent market /wine selection at the Dolphin Circle roundabout.... with a 7 Eleven on the way! Very REASONABLE price for the space you get!

Very nice staff, very quiet, comfortable, large enough room with good aircon and clean Cannot beat it for the price! Just around the corner from the NEW Terminal 21 Mall (does not open til 11am). Easy walk to the BEST COFFEE IN THAILAND “Columbus Coffee” across Road#2 from Gate 1 of the mall!!! (Use the short cut in front of Big C to Road#2 and turn right) Best Thai restaurant is corner of North Pattaya Rd and Alley #4 (next to The Balcony Restaurant) Cons: BUSES LINE UP ON THE STREET ENGINES RUNNING... so not fun walking to North Pattaya Road.... but the other direction to Big C Marina and Road#2 Songtheaus is not bad

The resort is wonderfully located close to all that Pattaya has to offer including walking distance to the fabulous Terminal 21. On site facilities are fabulous including a lovely bar/ cafe style restaurant which was very reasonably priced. The resort/villa is immaculately kept and tranquil despite being close to Naklua Road, it is not overlooked by any high rise buildings and has very much a tranquil Thai island feel about it. We highly recommend the resort and will definitely be returning.

I've stayed in about 20 different hotels in Pattaya, and LD is among the very best. OK the location is a little out of the way, but for sleeping and some quiet time or watching TV, I don't need to be in the midst of the action. Everything was very clean, the staff very polite and helpful. The hotel is 2 years old, but looks brand new inside, large room, large pleasant bathroom and shower, portable cooktop with pan, refrig. The room I had was at the end of the building and had views in 2 opposite directions, which I enjoyed. Wifi worked good, bed was good, and the large flatscreen TV was excellent.

Near the Dolphin corner, North Pattaya so good to catch baht bus. Best supermarket about 70 metres, 300 metres walk to Big C shopping complex. Tesco complex further along North Pattaya Rd the further to Foodland Supermarket, then bus station . 2 seven elevens walking distance plus lots of other shops, restaurants. Was there in June low season so not many people so quite. Walls a bit thin so can hear noise from adjoining room if loud. No noisy bars around (HOORAY). Staff good English and service. Popular with Germans and German restaurants nearby but they where all very quite. Look its a older resort (nineties maybe) but everything is good and air Onlyconditioning no problem. Shower you stand in the bath. Only 715 baht thru Agoda Has internet that has good speed. The only problem is they don't turn it on in the morning often until you enquire at reception.The they have a convoluted log. Worried run up 200-300 baht cost but only 715 baht for room + internet Stayed 3 times

This hotel is quite far from pattaya beach so if you expect to see sand beach or blue sea this hotel won't be your best choice. But This hotel is really new with very nice and modern interior. Each room is completely separated so no need to worry about noise at all. You can also enjoy lotus pond surrounded your balcony. Very relaxing atmosphere. I really love this place. I'm gonna go back again.

This is the second time i can recommend this hotel.Situated in north pattaya on 2nd road (5 min to beach). OK its a bit dated but clean, quiet and easy going. Mainly repeat western european customers, aged 40 plus.. The highlight is still the relaxing gardens and huge pool. Polite and helpful staff, who all speak English. Some rooms have been repainted and refurnished, but only to a moderate standard. The breakfast is so so, but the pool bar food is still good and very reasonably priced. Overall still a good value budget hotel in the quieter end of pattaya.

A new "resort" although that is a misnomer. You get a nice clean room, tv, a/c , toilet, hot shower and bed. The basics but just what we wanted. Only one issue. Pillows were too hard so sleep very difficult. The owner did track down a soft pillow so job done. As you can see, if a pillow is the only problem, then there is no real problem. Do note, this is NOT a resort , no pool etc etc and no wifi. It is basic, clean accomodation and was perfect for us for our no-frills stay. The owner was very nice too.

It took me some time to decide on booking Bella Villa Metro, as I had originally wanted to stay at another hotel nearby. When I did book it, I had expected usual 3 star standard that I was used to, having traveled around a bit and stayed in places ranging from hostels to 5 star hotels. Stepping into the lobby when I first arrived only reinforced my expectations. So imagine my surprise when I opened the door to my room. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was working and in order. The bathroom was a good size, with a tub. There was a nice big sofa, a chair with a back (something I need while working on my laptop), the air-con was working well, and the view from the balcony was indeed a clear view of beautiful Pattaya Bay. For those who don't mind a short walk, the hotel is located close to North Pattaya road, about 5 mins walk away for the slower walkers. From there, the entire stretch is just food, shopping and recreation. Further up are the pubs and bars. And if you are too tired or just feeling lazy, it's easy and convenient to just hop onto one of those pickup taxis for 10 baht, to get yourself back within a 5 minutes walk of the hotel. For what I paid, the hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I'd most definitely recommend it to others heading to Pattaya for shopping, food or just to get away from the busy city.

My friends were staying in Bella Villa( nearest hotel which I'd recommend) so I booked Perfect Residence. North Pattaya is more quiet and non-tourist than south and central. + Free wi-fi,spacious room, friendly staff - Loud music in close karaoke-bar(i suppose), wi-fi works only in the hall, shabby room(especially bathroom), paid safe For me it was a good relation of quality and price. But after 2 days I removed to Bella Villa hotel which is about the same in price and I liked it more.
