"My friend needed somewhere to stay near POEA and this hotel was a good choice as it's centrally-located and walking distance to POEA, Robinsons Gallleria, and has convenience stores and banks beside the building. A short cab ride to major Pasig watering holes. They kindly kept our luggage before the check-in time in the morning when we needed to take care of some business, and check-out in the wee hours of the morning was a breeze. Area of improvement is how they kept bathrooms clean, as the cleaning isn't as thorough as I would like; grime and scum were evident in the bathroom crevices."

"It's close to everything! the malls, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. Room rate is reasonable considering it's in the hub of the business area in Ortigas, Pasig City. Buffet breakfast is average. Hotel and room interiors specially the hallways needs some repairs and upgrade. AC in my room (2219) is not working well/not cold enough. I didn't bother transferring to another room since I have a very good view outside. Lobby staff and security personnel are accommodating and courteous. Wifi signal and water pressure in the bathroom is good."

"I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels across metro Manila area and hands down Marco Polo is the best overall. Only marked down 1 star for location and facility since the first floor lobby has a smelly sewer type odor that seems to linger but I’m just nit picking. The actual check in lobby is on 18th floor I think but regardless, the moment you get to the check in lobby their customer service is top notch. I’m very big and impressed on the minor details hotels place on customer experience and care. You even get a curtesy call during your stay from the lobby just to check to see how your stay is going and if you need anything else. That kind of detail really does stand out and separates a hotel from the rest. Staff, Rm service food, cleanliness, and most importantly the room was 5 star worthy. Rooms are crisp and clean, no odd odor. Worth the price. If your trip takes your go Ortigas area, no other hotel compares, only marked down for location because if you have any business or trip that takes your south of Pasig, good luck ! traffic will eat your alive. So if feeling like a Statycation and Pampering yourself to a 5 star experience that won’t break your bank on a non peak season time, and or if in Pasig area... no other place can compare to Marco Polo"

"Hotel is centrally located along Edsa and Ortigas Pasig City. It’s a walking distance from/to the MRT. There are only three elevators serving the 29 Storey Hotel and it’s terribly slow and on peak times, just like EDSA it’s traffic jam 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ you have to wait min 10-15 minutes just to get inside the elevator due to the crowd volume and slowness of the elevators. Concierge team did great service as well as the housekeepers (inclusive of the interns) assign on the 22nd floor where we stayed. Entire Hotel staff are friendly. We didnt manage to use the pool because of the on-going renovations, no-one from the reception told us about it when we checked in. Hotel towels are very old, thin and no longer white in color. Hotel management should ensure that their towels are in its finest usable conditions, similarly the pillows and linens. Interior is a bit old but still functioning. Anyway, our stay was good and recommend the hotel because of its location, cleanliness and friendly staff."

"As a frequent traveler to Manila, I have stayed at several hotels in the area. The Privato is, by far, the best hotel for the money. It is located in Pasig and near to several malls including the Mega Mall, plus tons of great restaurants and easy access to Ortigas. The staff couldn't be better. From check in, to room service, to elevator operators and support staff, to all management. Just awesome. The rooms are relatively spacious, the bedding very comfortable, bathrooms are laid out very well. The hotel is relatively new (I think opened in Feb 2014) and that also adds to the comfort of the accommodations. I plan on staying here many times more in the future."

"Very pleased and quite impressed with this hotel. One of the best hotel stay experiences I had in the Philippines (if not the best). They give you 5-star service for a price that is a fraction of the usual rate charged by high-end hotels. Location is strategic, very near several restaurants, convenience stores and ATM booths. Also walking distance to 2 major shopping malls. In a busy area of Ortigas but once inside the lobby and in your room you won't hear the noise outside. The room was so clean, sound-proof, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Wifi signal was very good and stable all throughout my stay. Strong water pressure and hot shower. All the staff, from the welcoming security personnel, to the front desk reception staff and the housekeeping staff were very professional and gave prompt action. It was my first time to try their hotel but already got the impression during my first day that Jinjiang Inn is a well-run hotel staffed and managed by professionals. I will surely book them again next time I need a transient place to stay in the Ortigas area. "
