We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days for a staycation. Our check-in was about 30 minutes late as the unit was still being cleaned, but the caretaker was kind enough to allow us an extra 30 minutes late checkout to make up for it, which we appreciated. The unit has 3 spacious bedrooms and is overall quite big and comfortable. However, only one TV was working; the other two TVs inside the bedrooms were not functional. The water heater was available in only two of the bedrooms. I would also suggest bringing extra blankets, as the air-conditioning is very cold and only thin blankets are provided. The house itself is spacious and nicely designed. The rooms are beautifully arranged and the interior looks pleasant. The dining table is huge, which was great for our group, and the kitchen peninsula is very convenient for food preparation. One downside in the kitchen is that the faucet was leaking, some kitchen tools were worn out and old, and the water in both the kitchen and toilet appeared yellowish, though there was no odd smell. On a positive note, the house smelled clean and towels were provided. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to both the beach side and the pool side. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
