The villa was wonderful, it has a private pool and only few steps to the beach! the facilities are clean, the bathroom was very big, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff there are respectful and kind with the children. There was a European employee I forgot her name but she was very kind to my son and sweet. I wish her all the best.

It is an old but nice hotel. I like to see the good side of it, rather than the bad (not much of it anyway). Lots of free activities to do like stand up paddling, kayaking, yoga, muay thai etc. You got a decent 24hrs gym with sauna and steam room. They have a small table tennis and small snooker table available for free as well. Loads of deck chairs for sunbathing. Nice bar by the pool. It is worth to get your room together with breakfast in my opinion. Wide spread of choices, ranging from sushi, different choices of eggs, different choices of ready made salad or you can DIY. Pastries, puddings, donuts, pancakes, waffles, French toast, curries, fried rice or noodles, soft or crispy bacon, fruits, all kinds of morning beverages etc. The Spa is alright. Clean and nice ambience. We went for the couple special offer which is cheap, but you still can get cheaper and better pressure massage outside albeit the lesser surrounding. Just outside the hotel, you have got a number restaurants and cafes to choose from. Same with massage places. You have a 7-11 nearby about 10-15 minutes walk. Pullman has got a nice scenic sea view to take some really great pictures. And more importantly, they have a really nice, friendly, helpful and trustworthy group of staff. My wife dropped one side of her diamond earrings and didn't even know about it until the cleaning lady found and returned it to her. We forgot to get her name but definitely did tipped her! Just bring along your mozzy spray if you are easily bitten, as I believe in every beach resort it is inevitable that these bloodsuckers are always around. You can also asked for an electronic repellent. Thank you Pullman. You have made this trip a memorable one!

I am a frequent visitor of Phuket but hadn't been able to find a hotel that I'd want to subscribe to without having to try a new one every time. Finally, I've found this one! The private beach was beautiful and totally swimmable. Staff were all polite and attentive. Other facilities were great. Most importantly, the hotel was quite cautious with all the health measures. No non-guests are allowed so we felt quite at ease during our stay. My biggest appreciation goes to "Khun Tee" from Reception who has helped us with the room upgrade. Everything was smooth and he did not fail to follow up on all our requests.

Absolutely lovely place! location, staff, facilities..i wd like to say a big thanks to the staff, they are really friendly and well trained. i greatly enjoyed the stunning sea view from my suite ; it was a pleasant surprise that room was exactly like showing in pics!! bed was very comfortable; and of course, the terrace... to me it was exactly what i was looking for. I wasn't expected much from the sea condition as low season started. But.. to my big surprise NO high waves like on the west side of Phuket. So, one more time thanks to everyone in this hotel. I highly recommend to every one who acknowledge ACCOR quality and standards.

The breakfast buffet here was the best out of nine different resorts I stayed at in Phuket. They make a lot of the food from scratch at the time you order it such as fried rice, soup, eggs, etc. The resort as a whole was five stars.

This hotel was great. The facilities were nice, the location is a little out of the way but that's what we wanted. But more than anything it was happy and inviting and warm.. Everybody was nice and helpful. The breakfast was really impressive, and I never eat breakfast but I broke my rule for this place. We left after 2 weeks for another hotel and regretted it the entire time we weren't here.

We love all facilities. The staffs very polite and good service minded Impressed since checking in unit checking out for receptionists & bell boys. For 2 meal breakfast & 2 meal of dinner, the waitresses & waiters and chef staffs always take care of us. Life gard staffs at the beach, pool staffs, spa receptionist & therapists. We have a good time anniversary at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. All Staff set up a romantic dinner with good service in my room, bathroom ana balcony. We stayed in pool villa suite type. Especially K.Bow Front staff she knew all information about anniversary. She is very nice and good service mind. But on the day our anniversary i contacted with front desk for order food dinner before they come to set up my room. One of staff (not K.Bow) She said like "It'll be good if you guys come to restaurant and easy for them to service." This is not good service mind for this staff. (I tried to be calm and told her I already inform hotel before I check-in and confirm again on check-in day for set up our anniversary dinner in my room) and then K.Bow came to talk with us after finished her conversation. Thank you so much K.Bow and staff for good service.

Lovely place, with excellent sea-views”
Nice resort at a quiet corner of Phuket with excellent sea views. Rooms were pretty well maintained with high degree of hygiene and cleanliness. Their one bedroom sea facing pool villas are just superb. Even their Deluxe rooms with sea views at upper floors offer excellent sea views. Edge beach club is nice place to hangout & relax. For Indians, there is a nice Indian restaurant just across the Hotel. Loved this place, highly recommended for a 2-3 days staycation.
