Location is easily accessible to other places. No phone inside the rooms to contact the front desk or if the front desk needs to contact you. Closest phone is by the elevator. Security is top notch. They go above and beyond to meet your security needs. They will personally go knock on your door to make sure any remaining guest leaving your accommodation is accounted for and good to be released. Rooms are clean but not that spacious. Bathrooms have in-room soap dispensers but the dispenser hinges are broken that needs to be replaced or repaired. Rooms are adequately quiet but can hear neighboring guest when they are loud.

we had a pleasant stay in the Red Planet Hotel. The hotel is in front of the U.S. embassy, 5 minutes walk opposite of the road. Need to climb a pedestrian bridge to reach the embassy. The staff are approachable. Security guard on duty are all helpful and polite. Room was clean and bed is comfy. No need to look for a restaurant. Manilenos restaurant is in the first floor of Red planet hotel. You can eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is good and affordable. I would recommend this hotel especially those applying for U.S. visa. Accessible and hassle free.

We stayed there for 7 days. Everyone was so friendly and always greeted with a smile. Very welcoming specially the Security Guards and staff. Stellar customer experience. The rooms are so clean and convenient as we booked 2 rooms and its inter connected. Their internet speed connection was super fast and was working while we stayed there. They offer print out service, during our time only black and white were available incase you need some copies of your documents just message the front desk through Red Planet Hotels App. It also has a nearby photo copier shops, near 7/11 cater photo copies , scanned documents and photo 2x2 etc. Near Robinson Mall . The place is so accessible near US Embassy and St Lukes Ermita Clinic just walking distance. They also have a restaurant located in the main entrance , they offer free delivery directly to your room with affordable price and serving is decent. It is also Near the Ermita Church. Food Panda App and Grab Food for your easy stress free food delivery cravings at night. Smoking Area is located beside the entrance. You can bring your mug while sipping coffee and smoking. Its a very safe place cause the hotel is In front of the Barangay Hall Office. Laundry service just beside the hotel and water refilling station. 2 near 24 hours 7/11 stores . Its like a One Stop Shop Hotel with all your basic necessities nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and Yes, both my sister and niece got their Immigrant Visa Approved!
