This is one of the best hotels where a 5-star hotel is reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pools, one of those was more of a water park. Hotel staff accommodated our request of an early check in, without any extra charge. Staff was great - they helped us with any question that we typical tourists had for them. They also promptly brought any thing we requested extra for the room e.g. towels, coffee, water etc. If you are a family with kids, who enjoy water, swimming, beach, then this is the best hotel in Thailand.

I was only going to stay 3 nights, love this place so decided to stay for another two weeks, I've just re-booked again another 11 nights. Speedy check in, staff friendly and helpful if needed. Think this hotel has got it just right, I love the infinity pools & good gym also. Room is cleaned to a good standard. In my view this hotel is well managed, suits me perfectly I will be returning for sure. I can't think of anything negative to say about this place, it's a 4 star rated hotel and that's exactly what it is, not all hotels actually match the given star rating. Well done to all who run this hotel, everybody makes a contribution to smooth running and great service. I'm now looking at the Bangkok location as well. Happy customer who is still here.

the hotel is realy a hidden gem in pattaya and book already for october this year. the best at all is for sure the pool location. the sun is at his peak (12 noon ) still not reach complete the pool so sunburn is not happens realy. then the chillout music was amazing. the breakfast ok .. like any other hotel even hilton buffet for the class of hotel 85% asian food but what none of the 5 star hotels realy care is bread. they offer is and it looks good on photos but "hard old" from day before or reheated baguette or bread. this actualy should cost a star i give full 5 stars bec same happens in hilton aswell siam@siam and interconti - old bread good only for fotos. european like fresh baked bread and are not used to eat whole day rice dishes. hope some manager read and act fast.

only booked 3 nights but loved the hotel so much we stayed an extra night. yes it's a bit expensive but worth the money because its a great hotel. first of all i like the location as its across the road from the beach and only a short walk from a big shopping mall. there are lots of bars and restaurants around but it's easy to reach the walking street area if that's what your after. the pool area is great and well designed,great for adults and kids alike. stayed in a city view deluxe and was very happy with the room,very clean and new with a great bathroom. the breakfast selection is 1st class as is the buffett dinner. also ate at the hard rock cafe and the food and service was very good. the whole hotel is spotless and new inside and the staff were great. i've stayed in lots of 4 star hotels and this one was the best and will be coming back again later in the year. basically i can't fault the hotel one little bit.

March hotel is a brand new property which provides you with best in class amenities within affordable price. I booked this hotel from Agoda with expectations of getting a class facility similar to April and August suites as the owner is same - and the hotel exceeded my expectations - I have previously stayed in April suites also so I trusted this new property - really they kept my trust. This hotel is managed, staffed and maintained to the highest degree and is excellent value for money. It is Located near to Tops supermarket( Central Pattaya) in a quiet street (very common in Thailand provincial towns), but the nightlife is only 3-4 minutes away. This may not be a 5 start luxury hotel but the interior design, decoration and layout makes it a very comfortable stay. The balcony is big, the fridge is big, the pool is well designed - in short it is much better than many of the 4 star establishments in Pattaya and elsewhere. I stayed with my 4 friends and one couple - all of them may not be free to write a review but on their behalf too it was rated the best value for money hotel. The receptionist Miss Julia took great care for all of us - she is very polite and caring. We started our stay very next day of the Grand opening of the hotel and I am sure the standards will be maintained in the coming years too. To close this review at last I would like to add - I really enjoyed my stay here, believe me and you will also.

Staff is extra attentive and helpful. Hotel is juz in front of the sea. We had a suite with a jacuzzi facing the sea. Room looked juz being updated. Love the details, fruit basket, fresh flowers, huge balcony counter top, 360 turning 50 inch flat TV whether u want to relax on the couch or watch from the bed. That copper decor on the white wall and side table legs are just beautiful. Free club lounge throughout our stay. And best of all, perfect sun set view. For the price of a normal room in neighbouring 5 star hotels by the beach, A-One Ocean View Suite is unbeatable!!

1st I would like to say that all of the staff that i came into contact with were exceptional. their SOS (AKA Spirit Of Service) is 5 stars. the front office staff, upon my arrival, had me processed & in my room within a matter of a few minutes & throughout my 10 days stay they were always helpful, informative & polite. their fantastic ability to communicate in English had a lot to do with my stay being a flawless one. the housekeeping staff were also fantastic & they keep the entire hotel in immaculate condition. both the public areas and the guest rooms. they are never intrusive, fast & efficient & always polite. upon arrival the settings in my laptop were not allowing me to connect to the WiFi and the IT staff who came to help arrived quickly, and he was excellent. he had me online in minutes, and i never had another problem. i always rent a motorcycle when in Pattaya so it was good to know that the hotel has great security in the basement garage & also elsewhere. these staff were always polite & never made me or my guests feel uncomfortable. having had a motorbike stolen a few years ago from another property where i was staying it really was a comfort to know that my bike was secure at Adelphi. the key card access for the elevator & rooms is state of the art. once while leaving my room i had accidentally left my room door ajar & the door lock signaled to me that i had not closed the door 100%. I think this is a great security feature. my biggest complaint about this property is that my room rate included breakfast & i must say that this was way below par. i found the European foods available to be poorly prepared, poorly presented & not worth the extra charges. i ate breakfast outside the hotel on all of my remaining days. having worked in & managed hotel F & B facilities in TH since 1992 i think i am qualified to say that there is no excuse for this. good products are available & well trained staff are as well. however, the Thai food i ordered from Room

We love our stay but there is pros and cons that I want to share to help others to determine if this is the place to go and improvement for the Hotel as well. Pros Right at beach the sound of the waves is very soothing The swimming pool is the star of the facilities Staff are nice The breakfast has lots of variety and good There is a play room for small kids There is a good gym Cons Away from the city but there is a shuttle bus that will bring you accordingly with their schedule going and coming back Only 2 restaurant that are pricey, we lucked out finding a bungalow style restaurant near buy at the beach, cheap and delicious. No hotel store in the building, if you didn't bring a sunscreen or female items then you are stuck. Room for improvement: They did not provide us soap, bath foam is thing was provided, my husband want it a soap for shower then they explain the the bath foam is equivalent to bath gel, then the question is how am I going to wash my hands? They finally gave us the soap but my daughters room never provided soap. I've been to Movenpick in Pucket and they have provided soap. The chocolate fondu everyday from 4-5 should be done in the lobby and not at the corner near the elevator, mashmallow is a good addition to the fruits instead of cake cubes. And one of the major to improve is providing tap water in the restaurant when is asked. I couldn't believe my ears when I asked for tap water and the waiter told me I need to order a bottle of water. Even if we order drinks having some water to rinse your mouth or to take medicine is reasonable.They provide water during breakfast why can they provide during dinner time, same restaurant.

Being quite a fussy traveler & wondering if i had booked right up until i arrived. When i did, it looked great, clean, open fronted reception and a nice restaurant & relaxing area. Then the staff....brilliant! What a fabulous bunch of people, you could not ask for better, this is one happy ship! They all gel and their happiness rubs off on you. One happy hotel, nothing is too much trouble. You are in very safe hands. The rooms are spotless, bathroom fine with rain shower & hot water, no pressure or temperature issues. Take the breakfast option! Its a smorgasbord of lovelies & the brekky chef does the eggs or omelettes in the round. 3 criticisms- 1- the wifi, you have to keep logging in if not using it. Leave your work or phone for 5-10mins & you have to log in again, it drives you a bit mad. 2-Unless they can silence the bar down the road that starts its music at midnight until 5am, ask for any rooms numbered from 05-10 not 01-05 as the former are the opposite end to the noise, away from the offending bar. The bar is not close but at night, in the silence, the bass beat was quite a rumble and it kept me awake unless i hit the sack before it kicked off. I was in an 01 room, which is the road end of the building nearer to the noise and Ploy, the reception lady, moved me to 505 no problem. I could still hear it start up at 12 but it was very faint & i slept no problem. Rooms 06-08/9 have no view but it does matter if you're out during the day. 3-The walls must a bit thin and i had to knock next door to ask for their TV to go down to a normal level as it was a bit cinematic! This can be a problem if you have inconsiderate neighbours, they can refuse of course and then it gets awkward. You can also hear the 'cooing' from some bonking but that's quite amusing, especially if he lasts only 5 minutes! I was left thinking...'is that it?' hahaha.... To finish, a great hotel, thanks to Ploy, Som, Donut & the 4th lady whos name escapes me, sorry! You are the best front

Our stay was excellent I actually booked Holiday Inn by mistake as we found our when we tried to check in to the Hilton. However it was one of the best mistakes I could make. On arrival at the Holiday Inn we were taken in buggy to separate Executive Tower which was only one year old. We were checked in to the Club Lounge which we would see a lot of over the following few days. The bedroom was spacious clean modern luxury style with very comfortable bed. Ground cafe in the room was a nice touch especially sitting on balcony in the morning overlooking the sea. Breakfast can be eaten in restaurant or tranquility of the club lounge we choose the latter - selection was good with eggs cooked to order. In the evening 6 - 8 pm club service was excellent freeflow gin&tonics, wine with hot/cold canapés was a treat but the best was the excellent staff. Only visited the rooftop pool once but will do so more next time. Already booked to go back to Holiday Inn in late November.

The check in process was excellent, straight forward and quick, with excellent reception staff who spoke good English. I booked the hotel as a birthday treat for myself and partner, as it's location was close to the bars we wished to frequent. The hotel staff confirmed that smoking was not permitted in the room, including the balcony, not a problem fir me, but a bit over the top fir my partner who is a smoker. The hotel is just 18 months old, I had seen it being built, and whilst the common areas are all in excellent order, I was disappointed with a number of items in our room. 1 Grouting to the floor tiles in bedroom and bathroom already missing. 2 Grouting has already been replaced in the shower area, and does not match. 3 Dressing gowns are supplied, but no hook in the bathroom. 4 No spare toilet tissue. 5 The position of the electric socket for tea/coffee making means that the kettle boils against the black side of the wardrobe, which is already discoloured. Positioning to the right side would have allowed the kettle to boil against a clear glass partion. 6 There are 2 power sockets in the room, both on the small desk area. Adequate, but no socket by the bedside cabinets means that your phone is not accessible without getting out of bed. This really should have been thought about in the design faze. 7 Scuffs on the walls, and chips to the edges of the room furniture after just 18 months occupancy does not bode well for longevity. In summary, the staff are excellent, but the room does not live up to it's 5 Star rating.

I have been staying at the Baywaly Residence every year since it opened several years ago. The hotel is best described as "Basic Luxury". It doesnt have all the fancy bells and whistles of a 5-star hotel but it does have all the necessary features, great rooms, clean, functional bathrooms and a large comfortable bed. Being a small boutique hotel makes it easy to get around, and though the pool on the roof is not landscaped with tropical gardens, it is large, clean and easily accessible, and has a greta view of Pattaya. The central l,ocation of the Baywalk Residence makes it easily accessible to airconditioned shopping malls of both Mikes and the Marriott and a short walk to the restaurants, bars and nightlife of Walking St. Over the years I have seen the small retail section on the ground floor develop and it now has a great hairdresser (Ive been three times and they havent butchered my hair yet) and a great Massage Therapy clinic on the corner at the Beach Rd end. They do a great (and very reasonable - price wise) foot massage, full body Thai (oil) massage as well as manicure and pedicures - they are so relaxing that you fall asleep. As well it also has the night markets with reasonably priced gifts and souvenirs Wlak up to Second Rd and your only a very short walk to the multiplex. Breakfast has been included everytime I book, but I ave only gotten up in time on a few occassions. The buffet is basic, but they do anomelet on order - yummy. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and have already booked my next stay

I always read reviews before choosing to book a hotel. Since the Marriott is supposed to be a top grade 5 Star hotel I was rather concerned that one or two of the reviews mentioned minor faults/problems. If I pay this kind of money I want what I pay for; everything 100%. That is exactly what I got! No need to talk about details. Its all good; as it should be. Don't expect to stay here if you're on a budget (except in the real low season, when Agoda will offer a few really good deals); but if you want luxury in great surroundings in the best location in central Pattaya, I doubt you'll be disappointed.

when we like to check in front desk is really helpfull i don't know why they upgrade all the room that we book become SUITE untill i do the check out they gave us best services. but i gave them excellent not because they upgrade us but really, their hotel with the money that we spend is more enaugh, the breakfeast even they buffet is good worth with the money. i go severakl time to pattaya and this time because i bring my little kid so only short and can't go any where but next if i go there again i'll be staying here and join their local tour also. But i hope in the future they can become more and more good service so can upgrade their star and always give the best for the guestses.

You just could not imagine that you could pay for less than HK$500 to get a four star hotel in Pattaya. Location is super; far away from the noisy walking street area, but located centrally at the city, that makes your travel time to other parts of Pattaya minimal. The hotel is located in a very quiet back street area. But this does not mean that it is hard to reach. We are a group of nine people. We don't have a problem of getting a tuktuk to go back to the hotel. In addition, you don't need to bargain too hard with the tuktuk driver They just offer to take us back to the hotel for 200 baht. Hotel is new and clean. The room is quite large. Apart from having a refrigerator, the rooms are even equipped with washer, microwave and induction cocker. You can even make your dinner at the hotel after you have brought some seafood for the Naklau Seafood Market. Seafood prices there is unbelievable low and there are abundant of varieties of seafood. I will highly recommend this hotel to others.

We book this hotel to make up for our Honey moon. I was quite sceptical of staying near Pattaya as I knew the beaches in Pattaya are too crowded for our comfort flooded by umbrellas and beach benches vendors. Location: The location was about 5-10mins drive from Jomtien beach, very near to Nongnuch park. When we reaches the Hotel, car park spaces was aplenty, therefore, good for those who drive. The style of the hotel was very modern with wonderful usage essences of wood and blend the surrounding with the hotel. Hotel Staff: The staff was very professional and courteous, very helpful when approcached, able to speak simple English. Staff at reception was able to provide advice when we went for a bicycle ride with bikes(free usuage provided from the Hotel. Staff at restaurant was fabulous and polite, greeted every customer with smile, I love their service, Thumbs up! Room: The room was not the biggest but it is the best that we had stayed. Room was also designed with esccence of natural wood, the toilet, closet and shower was partion in one sector, then there is the bedding area, daybed and TV leisure area, lastly the balcony which consists of the private jaccuzzi. An additional to that, the view from the room was spectacular, all blend in to the ambience! Hotel condition: Facilties such as swimming pool, Gym, Restaurant and Internet room was new, well kept, very clean and detail. Food and Dining: We had our dinner at the hotel. Dinner was good, we had it on the rooftop spaces which oversee Pattaya seaview, magnificent! Food was delicious, well priced! Breakfast was included in our stay, dining by the pool, blend of asian and western breakfast selection. Food quality was good, ambience and the presentation of the dining space was unforgettable.....! Value for Money: After all I had said, I would say my stay at U Pattaya was worth every penny, would comeback again!! Thumbs up "U Pattaya"! Keep it up!!

So we arrived and got the room we booked, everything went well. This was our honeymoon, and then certain incidents happened. We went down to the reception and Jay, front desk manager, was so kind and patient. We got a new upgraded room right away, and a cake to congratulate our honeymoon. He was so helpful that changed our stay positively. Definitely will book our stay there again if we return to pattaya.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at the LK Metropole. We booked the massive Deluxe Suite for two separate stays, one for 5 days and one for 8 days. It had a full kitchen, huge living room, two huge bedrooms and three bathrooms. It felt more like we were renting a big condo than staying at a hotel. The furnishings were of high quality and blended well with the room decor. The best part of our stay was having the LK staff accommodate our every need. My friend and I tip very good and the LK staff showed their appreciation in many ways. Housekeeping staff would drop what they were doing and come clean our room as soon as we asked or said we were ready, they would even wash our dirty dishes in the kitchen sink. The dining staff treated us like kings and gave preferential treatment to us. The bell staff was superb at arranging anything we needed from taxis and airport transfers to in-call massages. In the end, you get what you pay for, and far as the service goes….if you tip the service industry workers well, they will treat you like royalty!

Probably one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Rooms were very large and as per the picture given in their website. The hotel is well maintained. We were two couples staying together, hence we booked a family suite with two bedrooms. The room was very lasge with a king size bed in one room and a queen sized in other one. There was just one bathroom that had doors from both the room. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room but on our request, we were provided one with no extra charge. Being vegetarians, we were having problems with food in Pattaya, so we requested the reception staff Joy to allow us to cook in the Microwave in the Bar. Not only did she allow us to cook, she provided us with all utensils that were required by us and that too at 12.30 at night On our last day of stay we decided to check out in the morning and proceed to Coral Island. The reception staff was courteous enough to keep our baggage and on our return in the evening, also offered us a room to get fresh before we leave or use the swimming pool which we did without any extra charge. One of the main reasons, why we would be missing Pattaya is our pleasent and wonderful stay at Hotel August Suites. Thanks to every staff that made us feel that way. The Housekeeping staff was equally wonderful, though we never met any of them, but they made sure that our room was kept clean and tidy whenever we returned. Wifi signals were very good in the room with queen size bed but patchy in the king size bedded room.

It is my second time to stay in Discovery resort ( the first time I booked through travel agent)surprisingly, a good hotel like this only cost the minimum in comparison with other 4 star hotel. The breakfast is good, room is clean, receptor is very polite and friendly. More impressively, the kind size bed is comfortable and bigger than other king size bed in other 4 star hotel. Very close to downtown certer , neverthesless, it is very quite and no noise from street at night time. Trust me, I travled to Pattaya once every three months and this is my best choice ever to stay here.

The resort is very large equipped with many rooms. Though it's far from the happening areas of Pattaya, it gives a pleasure to stay in a calm area of Jomtien. They provide shuttle service to Jomtien beach road every hour, which is the best way to commute with other parts of the city from the beach road. Otherwise, guests have to rely on the taxi service from resort which sometimes becomes costly and only negative point of this place. Centra by Maris excels in all other aspects. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is also very large and busy with kids and families. The breakfast is also very nice with a lots of option to choose from. We liked their live section very much at breakfast. Staffs are well spoken and prompt at service. As it's a very large resort, it never felt congested even when it was fully booked. Its a best pick for travelers with kids and peoples who likes to stay away from the crowd. We had a great stay here.

I've been to Pattaya many times and usually stay at many hotels but A-One has been the best. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And they have a good understanding of English which made it easy for me to communicate. But the two things that put this place over the top was the front desk host Pornchanok Phutaongoen (Mameaw), bought me a double vodka orange juice for my birthday and the bar waitress, Ruttanapron Khunkhompra (Bow), who made me and all my friends feel very welcomed and at home. Just for those two employees who went above and beyond, I will go back there and only there every time I visit Pattaya. Thank you for making my vacation A-One... =)

If you are booking at LK President make sure to request a high floor. Unless you are afraid of heights. Even though it is on 3rd road the height of the hotel gives nice views of both the ocean and the city. One thing that has annoyed me for this hotel is everytime I book it through Agoda it has me pay at the hotel. I would rather have it paid through Agoda and not worry about cash. They also ask for 1000 baht deposit when checking in; not just taking a credit card in lieu of deposit. It's a nice hotel though and seems primarily used for bus tours. So you don't see many guests actually using the facilities of the hotel. This means the pool and swimming pool are normally empty. LK President is also advertising monthly stays so if you are thinking of relocating to Pattaya you can book here first through Agoda then if want to stay monthly can see what the rates are. The hotel has a parking garage and is in a prime location. It's a 1 minute walk across 3rd Road to a small street with 100 massage parlors filled with girls and Ladyboys. Recommended for those and many other reasons.

Our family stayed in a 2 Bedrooms Suite Ocean View on the 30th Floor, This was Favorite Hotel for our Family. Best Location close to the Beach, Great Value for money. We loved this room it was very Beautiful and Perfect for our Family, Comfortable, Spacious (Big Living Room with New big flat screen TV and Comfy huge sofas), Very Clean and also our family love Nice Ocean View of this hotel very much....Amazing and Wonderful Ocean View! There are 2 Swimming Pools on the Ground Floor & 5th Floor, Enormous Pools for adults and kids and good to Relax around! the 5th Floor is very nice pool overlooking on the Beach and also Impressed & Stunning View with the DIB Sky Bar on the 38th Floor on the Highest Floor. Alice Lertvaree (Manager) is very nice person, kindly and very helpful for our Parent (Elder People)...Organized a Wheelchair for my Father and also Staff are so friendly, helpful and excellent services. The hotel provides a very rich Buffet style Breakfast...Lots of choice at Breakfast. It is so Tasty and Great Food! Highly Recommended this hotel, BEST HOTEL in Pattaya, Best Location close to the Beach, Excellent Quality Hotel and AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW. Our Family were very happy, impressed and also Enjoyed stay this hotel, Definitely our family will come back to stay this hotel again....Excellent!

I stayed in deluxe room. This room is large bedroom, living room and shower room. Best choice for people who need hotel in central pattaya with reasonable prices (I booked it from Agoda). After checked-in, I walked to the sea in 10 minutes and central festive pattaya shopping mall in 15 minutes to have dinner This hotel didnt include breakfast. This is only one fault of this hotel I think. Because art in paradise is too crowded, I woke up early to go Art in paradise (only one interactive art mesuem in thailand) which you can walk from hotel in 20-30 minutes. After that I back to hotel and go to the deck of the hotel. It has swimming pool, sauna and fitness room which are free services. I really sad that i dont have more time to sauna. I really suggested this hotel becuase of good location, reasonable prices(quite cheap) and large room
