Puglia hotels & accommodations
We arrived to Brindisi by ferry so the location was convienent as Nettuno hotel is close to the port (15min walk). Otherwise the location does not offer anyhting but the hotel. If you have a car, it is easy to access and there is big parking area. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall great. The breakfast was good, but charging for a second cup of coffee seemed cheap.
Beautiful stay. Extremely accommodating of kids. Gorgeous grounds and pool. Could have stayed a few more weeks.
everything was perfect. Starting from kindness of staff, all staff: reception guys, waiters in restaurant and breakfast room, housekeeping personnel. I tried only one dinner and was excellent from any point of view: room, table, service, quantity (too much for me) and quality of food (I am vegetarian and there was nothing on the menu for me but they succeeded in giv...
We had a one night stay here during our holiday. The location was right on the beach, our room (102) was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and came with a great view. Only reccomendation would be to either allow for earlier check in or a later check out - having access to the room from only 16:00-10:00 made our stay feel a little rushed. T...
We have been to Monopoli Many times before but this is the Thursday at the Bellavista. The room was fantastic with a indoor pool and circular bed which made it a very unique experience. The staff were very friendly and breakfast each day was beautifully prepared and the staff very Friendly. The one addition that would help to make this day even better would have been c...
This is a very pleasant, clean, comfortable and modern establishment, ideally situated in the centro storico, only a 3 minute walk to the beautful Duomo. It's run by two friendly guys. My room on the first floor was lovely, spacious and quiet, with aircon, TV, a bar fridge, and ensuite. perhaps the only drawback is that the way up to the rooms is via a very narrow and...
hotel was easy to find as it is next to the road, they have parking. If You travel without car You should choose other hotel most probably.
Great launch pad to the Puglia region of Italy, easy walk to Bari train station. Staff were beyond friendly and engaging, breakfast was extensive and this hotel felt like a little sanctuary away from the town and also very secure with front door always locked and reception staff always on hand.
The hotel has a little bit far from the city centre, but has a good (free) parking facility. The service is good. The room was clean. The breakfast is perfect. The pool is perfect, the wellness part of the hotel is not open for all guests.
An extraordinary place to stay while touring the region of Puglia. Every aspect of the accommodations were exquisite... the rooms, the food (prepared by a top level chef), the products (body wash, towels, linens) and the most incredible hosts whose professionalism and service were beyond compare. If I could, I would rate each category of this review with much more tha...
Hotel was beautiful with a great location at the top of Ostuni. Staff is outstanding in all respects. Hotel breakfast was fabulous. Many great restaurants within a few minutes walk.. Don't miss it!
Charming and relaxed oasis in the countryside.. this is a real change from hotel or resort accommodation. Family run and made to feel homely.. it is comfortable with unique and stylish rooms... pool and garden... honour bar.. and very njce hots. For the price i felt a bit disappointed to pay for water! Plenty of dining options in nearby towns.
We arrived late in the evening around 23:00. When we tried to open the door in our room using the key-card, it didn't work. So we had to go back to the reception area to ask for assistance. The staff tried opening the door with the key-card but also failed. So he instead used a key to finally open the door and handed the key to us. The room felt warm and the centralize...
This place is so wonderful that I want to keep it for myself. Best place on earth. It’s my secret that I do not want to share with others. Find it for yourself and you’ll understand. Do not change a single thing about this place.
Great!
12 minutes walk to historical center Very helpfull people in hotel Perfect breakfast
I was up in Fasano for a cycling trip with buddies, and a friend of ours recommended this hotel. It is very quiet up there with mostly Spanish and British tourists. The rooms were large and nature-facing and the breakfast was simple but good. I especially like the balcony area that enabled me to hang my cycling clothes after washing them, ensuring they are dry before t...
We had such a beautiful stay in the queen room. It had a gorgeous balcony, the room was spacious, neat and tidy. It's so nice to find somewhere new but still with its quintesential Italian charm. The accomodation is perfectly located in old town, on the doorsteps of new town and right close to the grotto to go swimming! You can't go wrong. We would stay here again f...
In general, the hotel is good, but the bathroom has bad smell.
The staff is very helpful and friendly
The only hotel that asks to check out at 10am, which is the same time when the breakfast ends. If you want to call breakfast what they serve... if you get there at 9:30am you’re doomed as there is only leftovers!
I enjoyed my stay at this lovely budget hotel that is centrally located in Brindisi. The room was very clean room size was what the doctor ordered for me. Staff attention was very high. The only challenge was that 99% of tv/audio channels are in Italian. I managed to get one or two English series channels. Although CNN and Sky were indicated as available channels on th...
This place is mainly for business persons but I felt comfortable. The facilities are very good and walking distances to local restaurants, town & amenities are easy (apart from the railway station where a transport is required if with luggage. Helpful and friendly staff especially the young Russian guy who runs the pool area during the day.
Bari is a one of my favourite places in Italy. Great weather, food, a vibrant night life and a stunning old town. Its on the coast surrounded by a treasure trove of small towns that are easy to access. Olive Tree has day tours to a number of these places with a great guide for super cheap. The hostel itself is located between the train station and the old town, a 5 min...
This is a wonderful, unique place to stay. It’ s a medieval castle with beautiful gardens, now turned into a hotel. You walk through the castle’s banqueting hall to get to your room! The hosts—Gabriella and Daniella—are awesome. They take the time to tell you about the region and recommend places to visit. They will also make dinner recommendations and book them for y...
Perfect location. Very friendly host. The room even though no window was lovely to stay in. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good and made even better by the rooftop terrace. Would happily stay here again.
A beautiful beautiful hotel in a wonderfully converted old building making each room unique. It's a bit confusing - not all rooms connect easily to the restaurant and reception (you go outside and back in again) but this only adds to its charm. Right in the center of the old town which itself is stunning. Staff friendly, breakfast lovely. Sadly we didn't have dinne...
Staff didnt understand any english or able to tell me where the breakfast was. I had to go to another place and buy instead
Lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Really helped accommodate us and our young son.
Cheap places to stay in Puglia
really was a great place to stay the family managing the b&b were really nice and helpful they most like it were very friendly and were over their duties they make me the favor to pick me up and drop me off at the train station when i arrives and when i leaves i would highly recommend them

Good base to explore from if you have a car. Anna's really helpful. One or two mosquitoes around so bring a net for bed. Bed not The comfiest other than that great place.
Good price-value ratio! Clean place, friendly staff & decent breakfast. Although beware for the people who can not bear the summer heat, this place does not have aircon, 2 fans were not enough to get the heat out of our room & our windows fere facing a wall so no wind came in either. However, we had a good stay for a couple nights.
A pretty boring hotel, very basic, no wifi, no English. The town is a religious hot spot for Saint Padre Pio, and that is really the only reason why you would stay here.
The welcome was warm-"typical Italian warmth", by nice staff. The room was old-fashioned in feeling, but was cozy. It provided everything, except for refrigerator. Nonetheless, it was perfectly all right. The "continental breakfast" was very filling. I would definitely recommend Hotel Immagine for those visiting San Giovanni for Fr. Pio.
Wonderful panorama. Very clean, nice employees.
Very nice room, close to city center, the castle and all the main attraction of the city (including the beach). The staff was extremely helpful.
My room is very spacious and complete with almost everything I need. I stayed there for one night only after a long travel from Rome but I felt well-rested. I arrived late at night and I was warmly welcomed by a very nice staff as if he’s been waiting for me. The breakfast was also good! And great service! Thanks also to Antonio, who attended to my needs. The hotel is ...
Our flight was delayed for 2 hours and we arrived in the airport around 10:30pm , we called the reception and let them know we probably can not make it to there before they close around 11:45pm , they were really nice and waited us outside of the place in the midnight to receive us !! As we just had a rough time from the airport and they still smiled and said to us it...
We went for a long weekend break and that was perfect, any longer than that might not be so good. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, the location is good if you have a car ( just 10 min from Leuca). The rooms are big and nice, the swimming pool area is lovely but very quiet, we had to whisper to each other so we don’t get any annoyed looks from the other guests. Maybe...
They have a free shuttle to and from padre pio chapel and to the bus station near the chapel of padre pio when you are going to foggia
We arrived early at 11 am (It is worth remembering that B&B check-in times in Italy seem to be out at 10 am and in at 4pm not the usual 12 noon) but Francesco soon arrived and out rooms were already prepared. The rooms are extremely well-appointed for the price with coffee machines (ask Francesco how they work if you aren't familiar with them - it took me hours to work...
Very clean ,staff brilliant.roof terrace a bonus in a wonderful place
In general, the hotel is good, but the bathroom has bad smell.
The stay was excellent. The only challenge was finding the guest house as house # 29 was nowhere near "28 (a block away and a jog in the road). Make sure you wander around and have the front of the building well identified. Our host, however, went to find us at 10:00 pm and finally located us wandering around with our bags. He was very gracious about this, and very a...
Great location just a short walk from the railway station and an easy walk to the beautiful old town. We stayed in one of two large bedrooms with small bathrooms, furnished in antiques. Our hosts were warm, friendly and helpful with excellent English. The breakfast was good. The only down side is the lack of an elevator.
Excellent all round.
The BB is located in close proximity to the cathedral and main square of the city. Parking is quite challenging due to the very small alleys making it to an interesting endeavour. The apartment is super nice, clean and quite. Breakfast was for our taste TOO sweet as only 4 different types of cakes are served along with some homemade coffee. We were missing the salty a...
We didn't want an accomodation in town so we were looking for a small "masseria" to the countryside, easy to arrive by a rented car. At Trulli Caroli we found everything we want, including a nice gatto nero. We strongly recommend the breakfast, for just 5 additional euros - yo'll get a basket full with all you need. Cosimo, the owner was very helpful and nice. Definite...
One of the better accomodations to stay in Bitonto. Its a beautiful building that has been refurbished. Rooms are spacious and set out with the modern comforts. The owners are very nice and helpful
Interiors of reception n dining area stood out
Beautiful home and garden- prettier then the pictures even show- (plus AC and wi-fi worked well), lovely breakfast each morning, easy parking and great location near town. The owner and her friends/staff (Manu and Paola) went above and beyond and were so helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!
Good place to stay, nice and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff!
Very good
Make it a priority to dine in the restaurant. Exceptional seafood and a divine location by the sea. Staff are lovely and attentive too.
This is a very special hotel
We had a wonderful one night at this b&b! Everything about it was perfect: the room and bed were comfortable, the room was large and there was hot water in the shower. The couple running the hotel were as helpful as could be, even providing us with a guide book in English for Ostuni. There was free wifi, though I couldn't get my computer hooked up to it. Beautiful old house adjacent to the old town of Conversano convenient to many interesting places to visit. Ideal base for exploration with your own transport.

Lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Really helped accommodate us and our young son.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise after staying at the sister hotel in Gallipoli for three nights previously. The hotel was welcoming, bright and friendly. Excellent place to stay.. very clean and breakfast buffet is included in the price. Hotel serves lunch and dinner to hotel guests as well but selection is limited to two. Still very good choice and dinner price is only €16 per person.
Overall, our stay was quite good. It was very clean and located just across from the entrance to the Padre Prio Sanctuary. I only gave it four stars for staff and facilities because the day we arrived it was warm outside ( 80 degrees F) and the air conditioners throughout the entire hotel was turned off. the receptionist said it could be turned on again and really coul...

We normally stay in 2 or 3 star places, but 4 star is affordable in Puglia. It was a revelation to see how the other half lives ...
A perfect mid October stay in this hotel in Ostuni. Away from the coast where everything is shut and yet in Ostuni everything is open. Dont try to find the hotel by car - park close by and then walk.
The hotel locates close to the train station, so you can find it easily. When we stayed there, there were maybe no other guests, and the room was cold and the breakfast was poor...But the staff were kind, and you can enjoy the stay.
This is a large hotel in the area of Otranto. It is walk-able distance to the port town and very convenient for family travelers. Although a bit outdated and improvements can be made in some areas, it's definitely a good stay for few nights with family and young children alike.
Interiors of reception n dining area stood out
We received a lovely welcome. Our junior suite was beautiful and very clean and fresh. The upper terrace is a lovely place to relax. The location is just perfect. It’s a very calm, intimate place, a little like owning your own Palazzo in the middle of Lecce. The first floor room was very beautiful. Would highly recommend staying here, especially if having to leave early for flight from Brindisi airport as it was only a 10 minute drive away - beware of extremely poor road signage however!
Great hotel just 10mins walk to Alberobello centre. We had a Quad room which had a bunk bed for the teenagers. Room size great. Climate control worked fantastic (33degC during the day) Clean Bath/Shower. Broadband wired internet in room or wireless downstairs in the lobby/breakfast room. Large car park. Typical continental breakfast - cold meats, bread, juices, coffee/...
it is just right across the train station. Staff were very nice and helpful. Theres free parking and breakfast was better than any hotel in the area.
Very nice. Would recommend to others.
When my friend and I was checking out, I was going to get charged for use of garage, but the Receptionist he could not speak much English, my friend could speak a little Italian and she managed to tell him we have used a garage. That's was the only mishap we had. Otherwise the hotel was superb.

Hotel was beautiful with a great location at the top of Ostuni. Staff is outstanding in all respects. Hotel breakfast was fabulous. Many great restaurants within a few minutes walk.. Don't miss it!
This place is so wonderful that I want to keep it for myself. Best place on earth. It’s my secret that I do not want to share with others. Find it for yourself and you’ll understand. Do not change a single thing about this place.
Price is high, but this place is simply amazing. Special rooms, each room is highly unique. Roof top swimming pool, which is small but would do the job in the day heat. Breakfast isnt one of the best i've seen and to be honest unsuitable for a 5 start hotel that respect it self. with the breakfast cost you better walk 5 min and find yourself a beautiful cafe outside. ...
We stayed in one of the standard rooms facing the back of the building. No 118. Our room was comfortable and large enough with a reasonable bathroom. There is no view from this room as I said it is the back of the building and just faces onto another building. However, as we were only in our room to sleep this did not affect us. The room was very clean, comfortab...
We stayed at the Risorgimento for a week in June. The hotel is centrally located right off the main square (Pza. St. Oronzo). Because it is in the middle of the old town, it is a challenge of narrow one-way streets to reach it but once you are there, you'll love the location. Our solution was to turn in our rental car (on the outskirts of town) and let a taxi naviga...
Hotel is very stylish and cosy at the same time. Staffs very friend and helpful. Highly recommend.
The stay was lovely. Everything was wonderful but the evening meal was a disappointment. Poor service and hardly extraordinary food for the price. Nonetheless, the stay was magical, the place magical. Just don't expect the meal to measure up to the setting.
My husband and I recently stayed at Canne Bianche with our baby and couldn't fault it- from the comfortable bedrooms, to the beautiful pool, fantastic restaurants and incredible staff, it was genuinely one of the best hotels that we've stayed at. We travel a lot and have incredibly high standards when it comes to accommodation and it went beyond expectations, which is ...
Good location to enjoy sea view and sun rise. Very helpful staff who helped us print our boarding passes and train tickets and even changed our big Euro 500 currency note to smaller denominations. . The hotel is an easy walk to the old town. The only thing we feel was the shower facility that has no door. It is separated from the wc which is ok but a glass shower faci...
No soundproofing, the breakfast room is right outside the bedroom and is very loud in the am. Useless internet.
