The Palazzo was wonderful. The room was well appointed; the food at breakfast was wonderful; the palazzo had been remodeled leaving the palazzo feeling. We had a car so we were thankful for the valet parking. the staff was wonderful.

Old building that was once glorious has seen better days. Nevertheless, although a bit shabby, room was clean and comfortable. Some noise from other rooms, but not enough to annoy. Owners/ managers are not at desk much of time and can be difficult to contact in early mornings ( checkout) or late evening check in or questions. Woman is extremely protective of outside grounds .. rules for entering / leaving on locking doors etc.. etc., but all for good reason.. just more uptight than I am accustomed to.
It’s clean, we paid 60€ and had a quick dip in pool. We would have stayed longer relaxing but there were loads of small insects ready to bite us! The rooms are old fashioned but very clean. I gotta say it is very close with st francis cathedral. The staff was friendly all the way during our stay. Especially the female staff, i leave her letter for her to contact me back but, i guess she's not interested. All staff speak satisfactory english. Had a pleasant stay in assisi.

Wonderful people, wonderful location and just a pleasure to stay there. The fact that they had a laundry you could use was a huge plus as well, not to mention the pool, the bar and the views over Umbria. The reasonably priced bar and fridge were excellent additions as well. Can't recommend these people enough.

This is the best villa. If you have a car, this is not far from the center of Assisi. The view from the balcony is not seen anywhere. Breakfast is mainly a kind of sweet bread. The owner is very very kind. There are several dogs and cats here. Pool was good to be able to use. If I can go back to Assisi, I would like to stay here again.

Although the entrance is not fit for SUV-drivers (but who does anyway?) the end of the dead end street is a gem. Personal attention by the couple that runs the hotel and always a smile. The breakfast may need some variations, but this is an intimate place for its few guests. Thanks.
Very good 3 star hotel, close to the Duomo. We had a large, quiet room on the top floor (level 3) of the renovated annexe. Unlike the main hotel the annexe has no lift, but staff assisted us with bags. Great location. Recommended.

Location of this property is perfect and on a quiet street but very close to Citycentre and all the action. The staff was amazing I would highly recommend this place for anyone is traveling to Perugia! The value is unbeatable!
It was an impressive stay for me. Jenny is a very helpful and friendly host. She let me to checked in earlier and recommended the route to hang around. Also, she prepared very nice breakfast for us... The location is also excellent as it was around 5 min walk from the train station.

This very small hotel - 7 rooms - is near the Piazza Commune in Assisi, with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby, and local bus transportation if you prefer not walking. The owner/operator is very accomodating and have a wonderful attitiude of service. Highly recommended for those wanting a basic great place to stay on a budget.

Lovely hotel near the bus stop and few minutes walk up to St. Francis. Had a wonderful stay here and breakfast included, too. The rooms very clean and also the bathroom looks new. Would definitely stay here again if i come back to assisi.
Staff were great ! Be ware they don’t have an elevator so make sure you request a room on the first floor if you don’t pack light. The room was clean, and spacious. I will definitely stay there again. Their breakfast is €6.00 so it’s not bad of a deal.

Our only issue which was a slight inconvenience was the shower head wasn't attached to the wall and hence you had to hold it and try to shower yourself at the same time. We found this hotel to be perfect for our needs as tourists in Spoleto. The rooms are adequate and clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The best feature is the central location in the heart of old Spoleto. Everything a tourist might want to see is within a short walk. I would stay here again and will recommend this hotel to friends.

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were lovely and our room beautiful. The bathroom was modern and clean with great products. Our view was breath taking.
We asked for a quiet room and got one....right above the restaurant that hosted a party the night before we left for a 9-hour road trip! But the worst part of it was the receptionist constantly interrupting me when I complained about it... What were his interruptions about? He said I wasn't listening-seems difficult when you struggle to finish your phrases.
Check-in/out was efficient. The Hotel & Staff were charming, breakfast was great. Rooms were quiet. It was everything I would want in a hotel of this sort.
Very nicely located in Citta della Pieve, although a little too close to the neighbouring church with regrad to the noise level of the bells. Very clean and comfortable, both lobby and rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free car park nearby. Only downside: Breakfast was not "overwhelming". But in all, a very pleasant stay.
For the price, the hotel offers clean and decent facilities, with particular plus to a surprisingly very comfortable bed and pillows. As a business traveler, the free wi-fi access was a plus. It is easily accessible to a number of restaurants and the reception was particularly hospitable and helpful. Free parking was also a plus.
The hotel is pretty close to Todi downtown, 10 minutes drive by car uphill. The rooms are spacious and nice, the bathroom is perfect and clean. Very suitable for travellers staying overnight to see Todi.

Given we had a suite, the rooms were basic (Spartan) in their furnishing with a very small bathroom. There was no iron in the room (as per most Eu hotels) and when ordered there was no board available which made the exercise difficult.
