Royal Riverside is in a great, quiet location 7-10min walk from the busy riverwalk. I loved the peace and quiet. The rooms themselves were mostly clean but on the smaller side (for a suite). The tiles had a strange waxy coating which left a residue on your feet, but they provided room slippers so we just wore those. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Even before my stay, Ms Suong constantly assisted me via Whatsapp to ensure that my stay was going to be perfect. She made sure that our NYE celebration was perfect and we were positioned to see the fireworks. She also made some recommendations for my dad's birthday. :-) The rest of the staff were super friendly helpful during our ins and outs of the hotel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here in Royal Riverside.

The hotel was a good 15-20mins walk to the old quarter so if you’re travelling with kids or seniors, walking to the hotel isnt a great option given the fact that the old quarter requires a lot of walking. I felt that going back to the hotel was such a drag i thought i should have booked somewhere nearer. But the hotel provides free bikes though so if this works for you.. the property is great. That welcome drink.. i could have it for days. Its a first for me to get a hot welcome drink which was perfect given that it was raining when we arrived. Love that touch. Room was amply sized layout was well thought of giving it ample space to move around. Bed was comfortable and the pillow was just perfect. I wish i had some extra pillows to cuddle as it was so comfortable. There were only 2 in the room. Room was clean and the team did a great job i couldnt find a single spec of dust or watermark. Kudos! If there was something they could improve, its their bathroom amenity supplier. The bath gel and shampoo smells wierd.. oops. I dont find it comfortable nor relaxing to use. There was also no iron in the room or anything to loan for you do the ironing yourself, they do offer ironing service though which for me sounds impractical. When people travel, their OOTDs for sure needs ironing otherwise its evident that its fresh from the luggage. We did find the room comfortable and this plus the staff’s friendliness made up for the hiccups. Thank you for hosting us in your property.

Had a lovely 4 nights in Hoi An at the Royal Riverside hotel. Great views over the water. Rooms really clean and well appointed. Bed was really comfortable and bed linen good quality. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Location perfect for exploring the old part of the city (which is a bit touristy but still really nice). Easy to use laundry service on the street next door! Only downside was the noise from the barking dogs in the middle of the night a couple of times - but not much the hotel can do about the city noise!

Highly recommended for those who wants to enjoy the relaxing days in Hoi An. My stay was wonderful! I sent a special request for my brother as it’s his honeymoon trip. I didn’t expect anything much, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise from hotel staff. They’re very generous and attentive. Thank you guys! The room is very clean, bathroom is separated tub and shower. High pressure water, new air-con, very hot water! Staff is very friendly. You can borrow a bike and take a bike ride around Old Town 10mins from hotel, and Night market 5 mins from hotel. It’s very convenient and fun! Cam coffee is only 2 mins away from hotel. Go there and try their signature coffee!
