KL staycation”
The hotel is spacious and looks really elegant and classy. The hotel staffs are very professional and friendly. Hotel room is clean and equipped with basic stuffs. Hotel WiFi is strong and got provided free parking for the guest. There are also cafe/restaurants in the hotel which served variety of delicious foods. Is a great place to enjoy vacation. The only downside is there is no water dispenser at the hall and need to go to cafe for water refill. However, they do provide mineral water inside the room so it is fine for me.

Holiday in Nostalgic Environment ”
When drive into the hotel parking and as we drive past the drive way leading to the hotel parking, one can’t help but envelop with the feeling of travelling back in time. We truly love the architecture as well as the interior of how the hotel is giving to Guests who are there for the first time. The check in was brief as we are being attended with professional and friendly front desk staffs, except the front entrance staffs who were pre-occupy since they’re like a few staffs at the front entrance of the hotel. There’s 2 blocks of which we are being allocated to the West block that’s mostly make up of Studio apartment rooms. Overall the room is clean and smell fresh with the basic amenities. The breakfast comprises of local very familiar dishes except quite a lot of dishes already run out as we went for breakfast @ 9:30am where the breakfast timing is until 10:30am. Token can validated @ the front desk for those who drive and it’s quite convenient to do so as and when required. The back dated facades of the hotel definitely gives the feeling one travelling back in time while in the facilities of the hotel, though the hotel is surrounded by modern buildings located within the Golden Triangle, with famous malls such as Pavilion and KLCC within walking distances from the hotel, and the Istana Budaya just a stone throw away next to the hotel.

Superb hospitality from hotel staff”
We always enjoyed our previous stays at Royal Chulan, be it at Damansara, Curve and here. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The room and toilet are very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is accessible to Pavilion and KLCC. Breakfast spread was ample and varied. Furthermore, there were food trucks nearby.

I booked a Superior King Room for 3 days and 2 nights for me, husband and my 4 year old Kid for my husband's birthday treat.These are what i can rate based on our stay. Pro: 1. Very fast check in process. No need to put any depo. Free parking. 2. They give complimentary birthday cake (if only you asked during booking) Thanks , my husband so happy abt it =) 3. Big and spacious room with nice bath tub. 4. Very friendly staffs and housekeepers. Good Job with the great service. 5. Nice facilities. that you feel so convenient while using pool, gym, etc. 5. Beautiful architecture/lanscapes/ well maintained. 6. Furniture were quite old, but still acceptable, as it shows aesthetic element that suits with the hotel theme. 7. have iron / iron board each room. 8. TV chanel got HBO/cinemax too. Cons : 1. Need to do something with plumbing. Because our room, the basin have water leaks every time using it, that caused the bathroom floor become wet and slippery. Not safe for family bring small kids. 2. Leaking from sanitary ware. as we love to use bath tub and always using it like 4/5 times a day, the water leakage from the bath tub caused massive water pounding inside the room (on the 2nd day stay). the carpet (in between the bed and the bath tub wall area become wet and watery as there is something wrong with the plumbing system at 371 room. Hopefully you guys can do some repairing works to overcome this problem, as this is only the main problem during our stay. Otherwise were soo great, thats y we dont want to make any noise.

Room and pool were awesome but a bit disappointed with variations of breakfast served”
Room and toilet were clean and well kempt. Pools were just nice for my yound kids to play around. We stayed here for 2D1N staycation for my graduation ceremony at WTC. Breakfast selections for food and drinks were quite disappointing when the hotel served very basic local cuisines unlike other 5 Star Hotels in Klang Valley. We actually need to pay RM70/adult and RM50/kid if we brought additional fmly members. So with these limited selection of food and drinks,I think it is not at par with the rivalry hotels. They provided us fried kuew teow n mee, nasi lemak,porridge,roti canai, white n wheat bread for toast, cereals, watermelon with no other options of fruits. We also couldnt find salad selection dont know maybe it was already not available at 8.45am. Drinks provided were coffee, tea, and orange juice. We were actually expecting desserts i.e variety of bread options such as croissants; cakes, muffins, cupcakes, traditional kuih but all of them were not available. Nevertheless,we are planning to stay again later with my big fmly and we hope to get better selections of breakfast in the future. Thank you

Lovely hotel in great location”
I really liked this Indian-themed hotel. Reception staff very good. Very nice colonial-styled room. Breakfast was good quality with wide variety. In-room dining also very good. Really liked the location. 10 minutes walk from KLCC Park. Well worth the money. Will definitely stay here again.

Strategic location”
Pros: Very strategic location, friendly staff, there is a food truck location next to the hotel, it's also very near to the Pavilion. I love how big the room and the toilet is. The design is also traditional which I love. Parking is free if you're a guest but the parking can be confusing, don't park in the building next to the hotel (although I was directed by their staff to park there, which was weird) because that's not free. I didn't try the breakfast but based on what I hear it's very good. Cons: Can't think of any.

I enjoyed an overnight stay here. The room is spacious and common necessties are provided too. Breakfast menu and taste are ok! The hotel is nearby to tourist attractions in KL. You can just walk or take a Grab if needed.

A bit rundown”
Room is comfy. What i dont like my room is far from lift. Not regular far but very far 😅. Toilet was clog. Every time u take a bath your toilet got flood. Since i check in a bit late around 9pm, im to lazy to complain to wait technician/plumber coming or changing room. Cause to tired and think about going to sleep only. I hope hotel management can fix it to keep serve customer better in the future. Info : room 314 (15 sept 2022)

The room was spacious. The breakfast was the bomb. Got so many choices, from malay breakfast, english, chinese, indian and vegetarian. All the food are sooooo tasty. Unfortunately, hot water in bath tub not working and the toilet got problem. Need to improve.
