I really enjoyed staying at Seoul Dalbit. The room was nice and clean, the bed was fresh and warm at night. TV, internet, heater, and shower all worked well. The room was small, but not cramped. Shared kitchen was very handy and had everything I needed to make supper. This is an outstanding place to stay considering the very low price, I stayed three nights in a private room for less than the cost of one night in even the cheapest motel. The guesthouse is about a one minute walk from Dongdaemun Market and Hwanghak Flea Market. If you are a flea market shopper like me, this is a dream location as you might as well be staying in the flea market itself! Very convenient if you are in Seoul to shop. It's also directly next to a subway entrance which can take you anywhere in the city. I've never stayed in such a convenient and central location anywhere in my travels, I couldn't ask for anything better!

I used this guesthouse because I wanted to fully enjoy shopping in Dongdaemun. The location was great, and although the staff were often not at the front desk during operating hours, they were helpful when I sent them a message. It was disappointing that some of my items stored in the shared refrigerator went missing.

Stayed a week with daughter. Guesthouse is a but rundown. Need better maintenance. No lift but staff can help to carry luggage up the flight of stairs. Staff only come in on certain hours. Trash in corridor is not cleared fast enough. Guests leaving their trash and leftovers in bins near the lounge overnite. Next morning the corridor and kitchen smell of foodstuff. Staff wash the beddings and towels in the lounge washing machine and dry them along the corridor. Towels smell horrible due to not throughly clean and air dry! The corridor is very unsighty and cluttered with so many things and my concerns is safety. There is only one entrance and same exit. Pictures in Agoda doesn't look like what is the real situation. The only good thing is the mattress is comfortable and is heated. Toilet is big but room is tiny. We had two single beds join together and looks like a big bed. Our room is next to the lounge and is convenient for us to have out own breakfast. The kitchen has all the utensils for simple cooking but you need to buy your own ingredients. There is a big refrigerator but not properly maintain and clean. Overall, it's value for the price you pay and for its location. Not recommended for family with kids. Good for single or couple traveller.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was okay. Since it was just a guesthouse, it was expected that there was no elevator. The staff was kind enough to help me with my luggage to bring to the 3rd floor. The room was small but it was fine since I was just alone. The place is very accessible - near Dongmyo Subway station and Dongdaemun Heungjin Gate bus stop. There is a nearby 7/11 so it is very convenient. If you're looking for a place to stay and you're not picky, you can consider this. However, I hope that the place could be cleaner. Thank you.

If you intend to just sleep in the room for the night, it's good for its price. The room is just very small. Our large luggage needed to be placed on the bed to be opened because there was no space at all on the floor. Anyway, the location is good. Just a few minutes walk to the subway station, bus stops (including airport limousine), and flea market. And although the staff is only available on a certain schedule, they would reply to your inquiries via Agoda and let us leave our luggage after checkout.
