Guests rave about the excellent infinity pool with nice view. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the facilities are top-notch, including a huge property with an indoor/outdoor play area and water park. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The great restaurants with amazing food are a bit expensive, but well worth it for those looking for a special treat. Overall, an unforgettable stay!

The staff are all very kind and seem well-trained in hospitality. The bed was comfortable and the extra bed was also fine. The swimming pool is incredibly large and is well-maintained; perhaps because the outside temperature is high, the water in the pool was warm, which was actually great for playing with my child for a long time. My child really enjoyed the pool's playground too. The sand at the beach in front of the resort is soft and the waves aren't strong, so it looked good for swimming. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was delicious, leading to overeating in the morning. The high chairs in the breakfast area looked sturdy and were great. Although the hotel cost was not small in Vietnam, I was very satisfied and would like to use it again next time.

At check-in, I felt reassured as there were staff who understood Japanese. The infinity pool was very spacious, and there were plenty of benches, allowing us to relax comfortably. Since the ocean was right in front of us, we could swim in the sea right after getting out of the pool. Though the floats and activities were first-come, first-served, it was great that we could use them for free. The breakfast also featured many Vietnamese dishes, and we enjoyed it until the end.

Room sensational Buffet brekkie wonderful with an enormous selection that caters to everyone Staff very friendly Pool clean and accessible Direct access to the beach is a treat. The on site Restaurant’s food let us down and the variety vs. price vs. expectations vs. quality of a 5 star resort - we would expect better. Location is isolated so if you want to be in a resort you don’t have to leave then it’s fine. But if you want to get out and about - it would be better to be closer to the city Centre. There is only 1 shuttle in and out per day which could be increased. We stayed 4 days and were ready to move on but very much enjoyed the comfort of our stay.

I decided on the accommodation for this trip, and I received a lot of compliments from my husband. A wonderful relaxing stay. Awesome large pool looking over the beach. Breakfast and choice was top notch. Room service and dinner at La Plage was also of good quality and delicious. The chefs were present during breakfast service checking on the food. The Aussie chef I spoke with was friendly and happy for a chat. We stayed in a king suite which was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view of the sea and pool. Would I stay again- most definitely. Only a few issues: -Pool side cleaning at 8:45am- does not seem timely on an Easter weekend when we wanted to get settled early by the pool for the day. -Slow service with cocktails by the pool. -Quality of cocktails needs improving.
