“Great location, good property, decent amenities, questionable staff attitudes”
The staff members were all courteous but at least twice they told me on the phone that they are coming to my room to inspect the issue I was reporting - and they didn't come in the first instance even though they said they will. One was an issue with the room safe which was pre-locked and the other was the room's temperature. However, at the staff, the receptionists were courteous and helpful. The property is definitely understaffed although they have cleaning everyday. Property in itself is good. Bathrooms and rooms are good - minus the previous guest's socks left behind the safe. Late check-out request was also entertained to some extent which is worth mentioning. Breakfast offered at 16 euros per day. Location is fantastic. Sky Plaza around the corner has everything in terms of shopping from food to clothing.
