"There are only 3 elevators for the entire hotel. We spent more time waiting for an elevator than we did using any of the orher facilities in the hotel. While it was nice to have free parking, there wasn't enough on the property and we had to park a block away in the rain. Overall, I really liked the hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The bakery and convenient store were very nice as well. I think it was a good value for the money given the bust tourist season. It's also located right near the bay and walking distance to the Fish Market."

"I was in Sokcho during Chuseok and this was a last minute booking. The place was great and the staff very helpful even with the language barrier but this is a hard place to get to without a car/taxi. I came back from hiking the Seoraksan and had to walk all the way to the hotel from where the bus dropped me off in town coz I couldn't find taxis that late. Once I got there I also realized theres not much nearby for food either. Using Papago the friendly hotel staff got me some delivery fried chicken to save the day!! "
