Station 2 hotels & places to stay

We booked a standard room with fan but their wifi is barely working in our room so we upgraded to their room with aircon. Besides, I don't want a shared bathroom. - Location: it's kind of hard getting inside especially when you have huge luggage. You have to look for Green Monkey instead of Blue Bamboo because that's their main office - Cleanliness: The area is fairly clean. We cleaned our own room during our 1-week stay in Boracay - Staff: Ate Jacky was friendly enough. She offered tours & activities within the island but we found out that the prices are too high compared to others who offer the same activities. So if you want to save, go on a price comparison or go straight directly to the activity organizers - Facilities: Do not expect too much. We have working aircon and heater in our room, that's enough for us. Some of their fans are broken. I wish the doors had double locks too. Anyway, glad we picked the deluxe room Overall, it's very close to the beach and Palawan Express. It's in station 2, so you are in the middle- close to everything (if you love to walk). Would still recommend. Cheap & safe.

First time to stay at hostel. Great location - statipn 2 by the main road. On the 3rd floor. The staff service was great. They moved me to a better room (Room 1) than the 12-in-room. Aircon was good and sheets/towel were clean. Bathroom was clean though could be better. Hot water shower was nice. Bathroom sink was small. Backpackers hangout at the roof. Noise from the street is manageable.

Good: Excellent location, the lodge is inside the D'Mall plaza and since it is in Station 2, it is in the middle of the Boracay beach. You can access stations 1 and 3 easily Smart choice for small budget traveler. Kind and accomodating staffs Needs improvement: I want to express this as objective as I can but I (at the same time are other guests) can hear them explicitly talking and eavesdropping about other guests who have previously checked-in in the lodge. Also I suggest to discuss the issues and concern regarding the lodge within themselves. What i notice is they discuss it publicly in the kitchen during the times where most of us (guests) are also in the kitchen. Also the wifi, it is centralized only in the kitchen, in my room i can access it but only to some parts of my room. Other than that, everything is Ok and excellent value for money

Budget room is perfect for those who are looking for an affordable place to stay in station 2 boracay, yet without sacrificing comfort and quality. It takes less than 2 minutes to reach the beachfront. Although the exterior of the building is still under construction, the rooms are impressive and hotel-like, so our group definitely liked the place. There were coffee maker, ref, and rice cooker for common use. Almost everything you need is there! Hopefully, there will also be hair dryers available next time as well as clothes dryer. :) Also the stairs would be safer with hand rails. :)

We like this small hotel, complete just like what we booked in 4-star hotel. Though the place is not new, they maintain the place to make it cozy for guests. It has hot & cold shower, TV and of course free breakfast. We also like the hospitality of the manager and his assistants who were so accommodating and cooked our sunny-side up egg. 2mins walk to the beach where you can see Shakey’s, KFC, 7 eleven etc and also 7mins. walk to D’ mall. I just hope we could have a discount or at lesser price (lol) but overall it’s fine. You need to enjoy station 2 night life is here. Our first night was in station 1 since we wanted to swim in station 1 in the morning. Then, we transferred to station 2 to also get the vibe and enjoy the night at the beach with fire dance, dancing chefs etc. Enjoy boracay!

I am more extrovert than my husband so most of our trip I don't mind the place (I mean the house or hotel), I'm more into activities, the fun, the noise, the adventure and of course the beautiful views. But my husband is different, vacation for him is peace, relaxing, spacious, private, fresh and soulful. And it is where we found in this place. I booked Amihan considering the reviews of the guest who have been here before, and of course giving that my husband will not got mad at me. It was my first time in boracay, and yes we had a great time and great memories. Including this very homey place. I loved it, and yes I will definitely book this place again! * Value for money- Great! We stay for 3nights and it is within my budget. It exceeded my expectation. * Food (Breakfast)- very good. You should try their tapa. MASARAP! I tried once, but I don't eat rice often during breakfast, so I prefer pancakes. And yes it is yummy and big. My husband get always the other piece. Thank you for the everyday kalamansi juice :). * Cleanliness - they always clean our room. though they don't change the beddings and the towels. But for me its okay. * Location - Yes it is a little bit far from the beach. If you don't like walking kung tamad kang maglakad wag ka dito besh! ;) But for me and my husband, It doesn't matter. We like walking from the hotel going to White beach station 2 up to station 1 and so on. We even walked from here going to bulabog beach which is walking distance as well from the place. *Facilities - It would be good if the hotel have a pool. The hotel development I think is on going. All in all it can improve more :) . *Staff- I love the staff. They are nice, they all smile. I appreciate people who are welcoming and always smiling. I've just finished my early summer vacation with my friend in Boracay. And I stayed with AJ Travellers Inn for 3 nights and it was really good. The hotel is totally new, very near the beach ( located in Station 2 - the most crowded area in Boracay ). The room wasn't too big but it was exactly nice, and I think that it's better than many hotels there I've seen. And the most wonderful thing is nice staffs with nice service/attitude. They were so kind, enthusiastic and helped us so much. It really made my holiday perfect. So I hope to visit Boracay again soon and of course I'll visit AJ Travellers Inn :)

The hotel was nice and you get what you pay for. It is small but very comfortable and looks new. It is located in a residential place which is a good thing because you can sleep well without the noisy bars or clubs. The hotel staffs are friendly, we even ask for a broom to clean our room and they don't hesitate to let us borrow it. Will recommend this hotel to budget travelers if they are looking for a cheap yet comfortable rooms.

This review is for Shore Time Main (Station 1). We booked Shore Time Annex because it was in Station 2, but because of the current situation, only main is operational. Nontheless, it was a worth it after all. Location wise, is I think better because its just a dash to the beach. There is also Andoks in the hotel premises so getting food (if your accommodation does not include a meal) is not a problem. Thank you again Shore Time Main for accommodating us.

The house is located at Station 2. You cannot see it from the road, tho. You will have to walk a little up a hill (a little steep for older people). The main house is quite big. Very spacious. The white painting makes it look clean and fresh. The owner paints the house herself! You will not be allowed to walk in the house with dirty slippers/shoes you used outside, carry them inside the room or leave it outside. (Pool is exclusive for the owners only.) Me and my partner got the deluxe room, located at the 2nd floor of the main house. My jaw dropped when we saw our room, it's very spacious, very clean and pretty! The design of the room is just awesome! There's a small tv with cable connection, air conditioner, small fridge, 2 tables, a big cabinet and a very comfortable and clean queen-sized bed. We have our own bathroom with hot shower, there were toiletries (toothbrush kit, soap, shampoo, tissue), air freshener and towels provided. Also, our room has a veranda with chairs and small table and rack where you can hang your wet clothes. Housekeeping is done everyday! The breakfast (starts at 8:30am) they served were eggs, 2 toasted bread with butter and jam on the side (you can ask for more!), fruits and tea or coffee. The breakfast is simple and delicious, served and prepared with love, the owner prepares them with her helpers. The owner, the staff, the house are the best! We will definitely return to this place. :)

Traveled as a group of 3 and needed budget accommodation at Station 2. Was happy to find a deluxe room with ample space good for a group during our stay! The room had 2 big beds, a/c, fridge, cable tv as well as a private T&B with well-functioning hot shower. Everything we needed during our 3-night stay really. As for the location, Amigos is situated along a narrow alley and may be a bit challenging to find for first-time visitors. You can always ask around. People are happy to guide you on your way. However, we appreciated that you only needed to walk a short distance to get to the beautiful Boracay shore on Station 2's famous White Beach. Please note that as of time of writing, Boracay is still on it's first phase of opening since it's closure so there may be some on-going construction around the tourist areas - including station 2. There's a building under construction right beside Amigos and the workers begin work as early as 7AM. Bring ear plugs and you'll be sleeping fine!

It was a last minute booking because our flight got diverted to Caticlan (originally we're supposed to spend 1 night in Kalibo). No regrets as Abozza turned out to be a great place. Located along the hi-way, you’ll have to cross and walk few mins going to the beach (Station 2). It was ok with us bec it guarantees good sleep at night compared if it’s beachfront where nightlife is until wee hours. Just be informed that it’s located at the 2nd flr, w/c might be an issue for groups with seniors and kids. Small and no breakfast, but it’s just across several restaurant (I recommend having breakfast at Nonie’s, just few steps across). Staff are nice as well. All basics are provided in room and we did not encounter problems during our stay. So yes, we do recommend Abozza even for budget travelers.

The wifi is very good (good in the room, in the beach, in the restaurant near this hotel.I stayed in Alla Luna Rossa Beach Hotel last July 29-30, 2014 together with my husband. Although the space was limited, the room was clean and impressive. It was a minimalistic approach to a budget hotel. The staff was helpful and very friendly as well.The interiors were simple and elegant and the restroom is good. The beach front space was definitely a plus(very large. the sand white, clean, the beach wonderful). Nightlife , malls plenty of things to do in the areas. Its is very near Station 2, near D'Mall, near center and alot of Bar(you can walk only 2 minutes).From this hotel go to Center tourist, Police only walk in 1 minute.From this hotel go to Puka Beach, Baling Hai Beach, Bulabog Beach, Manoc beach, only 15 PHP/1person(July 2014).Every things is okay except the air condition is litter noisy.Near Dmalls and nightly entertainments establishments, good location.The room rates is very low compare to other hotels. Great place! Good price! Fast internet. Close to mall.I loved it. I would recommend this place. Thanks Agoda.Many beachfront restaurants nearby. We loved that the beach was right at our doorstep-it is convenient, the view fom our balcony is stunning and the suite was spacious with amenities that would be useful for our stay. The flow of the water was too little and the lighting at the room wasn't good enough at night, causing it to be too dark.Shops were just a short walk away.(There is 1 Fast food near this hotel, good and cheap:andokscorpdotcom).The location is the best on White Beach,station 2 and station 3 right on the beach-front with fabulous views

We stayed in Red Coco for our 1st night, and stayed in different hotel on our 2nd night, i have compared the two hotels, Red Coco Inn is the best .Place is along the highway but only 10mins walk to the beach station 2. Hotel is well maintained, very clean no bad smell at all. The staffs are friendly and approachable , toilet is so fancy have tv inside. . Buffet breakfast is delicious. Over all well recommended. They even reply your inquiry promptly if you have any question after the booking confirm. Family group with elder and kids From : So. Leyte

It was really nice since the place is in Station 2 which is near everything. Plus points of course is the friendly staff that they have. We also got a really nice deal on Island Hopping thank God for the Alamo Owner that offered a really nice deal to us. Also had a nice massage c/o Alamo Bay massage therapist. Overall, it was a really nice experience for me. I have been to Boracay a lot of times but this inn was memorable to me.

The location is conveniently located and is less than 100m from the beach. The hotel is located in station 2 and is walking distance to both station 1 and station 3, so you can enjoy everything white beach has to offer from dining at restaurants, swimming or partaking in activities such as Island Hopping, Scuba Diving and Snorkelling. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had tasty traditional Filipino choices. The rooms had good air conditioning and decent wifi. There is also a balcony where it’s possible to dry clothes. The staff were also accommodating to our needs and provided beach towels for ventures to the beach.

When you want to be in the middle of everything and don't want to spend a lot on the hotel then this is the place to be. It is strategically located in Station 2, just 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms were big to fit the 4 of us in 2 queen size beds, AC works well, shower heater is working well and is quiet at night so no need to worry if you can't sleep with all the noise from the party clubs of Station 2 and is convenient when you want to go out and eat, chill, shop for souvenirs or take a tour. Your stay also comes with daily breakfast and I must say they really serve great food. Will definitely book again at this hotel when on a budget.

The Location is located in Station 2. Around 1min walk to the beach. Our room is located just beside the reception area i ground floor with ensuite bathroom and balcony. The area is along the mini street before you go out to the beach. In comes with free breakfast and with good internet connection. The bathroom comes with bidet and hot and cold shower perfect for cold weather when we where in Boracay. I'm really satisfied with my stay in this hotel since you have everything in the place. Restaurant, beach, shops but far from the DMALL. Anyway, its okay for us since what we wanted to do was just swimming. No activites we've done since I already do it last time went there. Will recommend this to those people on budget who want to stay in Station 2.

Cheap accommodation. Location is right at the center of Station 2 where all the night life and hustle and bustle of the island. Clean but beddings and ventilation is not okay. No exhaust fan in the toilet. Staff is approachable but no phone line to call the reception which is far from where we stayed - annex building. Facilities are okay but already a bit old. The mattress and the pillows need replacement. Overall, a cheap and nicely located place to stay at if you are saving money.

The room was spacious, the bed was enough for the five of us. Toilet was big with hot shower. Tv works. Staff was nice and friendly. Our problem was the location especially because we have a senior citizen with us. The walk from the hotel to the beach was kinda long. We were in station 2 but it was a tiring walk to d.mall and station 1. what we did was ride the tryc to d.mall or grotto, etc. Their internet also doesn't work so just get ur supersurf registration ready.

Perfect location. Very short walk from the beach and yet an escape from the busy scene all at once. Book here if you want a bit more space than normal accommodations in Boracay. The best surprise was when you walk in what looks like a store from the outside, but actually a tranquil garden inside. Special thanks to the staff for helping me plan out a surprise. Unlike other places, Jackie was very proactive in the preps. Kudos! Overall, I'd recommend this place. Thanks Pinjalo! Pros: - Location - Garden theme. This escape in the middle of the busy station 2 is everything. You'll be surprised! - Breakfast! Very good portions, taste, options and quality.
