The services and staff were very friendly and helpful. They showered me with heartwarming greetings and brighten my days. Food served are delicious for breakfast, come in big portions and filling. Liked the brand new facility and amentities. Excellent value and quiet location for good rest. Manager is helpful to guide car for parking, moving out, the luggage load and unload. Shower water temperature is not as hot, water heater have room for improvement. Swim pool implement is in progress, and looking forward to it. Special thanks to Dream, Pim & Pon. I will definitely go back to stay. Highly recommended.

The staff are super friendly, my room is super clean. My stay here is perfect, staff ensures that you have a great stay! They even packed me a breakfast for my tour and also booked me cheaper alternatives. Highly recommended especially for solo travellers. If only I can give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would! I stayed in this hotel for two people. The staff have given only one key room. When I requested another key because I needed to go out while my roommate staying at the gotel. The staff asked me for deposit. I was not so happy but no choice. Why those staffs are not well trained enough to work there :( In addition, the parking was limited only 3 cars so it is not really impressed with the hotel

We are a group of 3 travelers in Chiangmai. We checked in late at night and the staff was very helpful with the checking in. Breakfast choices were simple enough but taste so good! All the staff there were super friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and very clean, sheets and towel were clean and soft. We were very impressed with everything the hotel has to offer. RECOMMENED Thapae Twins Hotel for an unexpensive stays in Chiangmai.

Having traveled fairly around Thailand staying in 3-5star hotels, I can confidently say Thapae Twins is amongst the best. Pros: Clean, convenient, easily accessible, 7-11 close by, walking distance to Thapae Gates and other attractions, it's also wheelchair accessible. The rooms, toilet, virtually everything are very neat probably because it's a new hotel(just opened this year 2022). The breakfast options are limited and Cons: No swimming pool(they did tell me it was in the works).

I'd give this hotel a 6 stars if i could. Staffs are super helpful and attentive. The lobby is spotless, room decor is contemporary. The bathroom split between toilet and shower room, so you don't have to wait for your partner to do business. Highly recommend

Great place”

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights while in Chiang Mai and couldn't be happier with our stay here. Location is great- walkable to Tha Pae gate area and Night Bazaar. But also off the main road so it's quiet at night. Being a brand new hotel the rooms are modern and beautiful. But above everything the staff was so awesome! They were eager to help in any way possible and we were always met with a smile. Namran and Pon (sorry if I spell your name wrong!) both deserve a raise because they are great people. I definitely recommend a stay here.

I liked this new hotel while first walked in the lobby. Pleasingly simple and restrained decor, warmly welcome from friendly staffs, comfy room with sound-proof windows, minutes walk to Thaphae Gate (old city main gate). All beyond my expectations before walking in. I was so satisfied. Definitely will be back again to the new favorite hotel in Chiang Mai.
