Great Value For Money”
The Ferra Premier is situated on a side street, not even a glimpse of the beaches visible from its premises. But the location is actually very strategic, just a few minutes walk to shops, restos and bars, and to both White Beach (for sunset view) and Bulabog Beach (for sunrise view). We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations , the well maintained facilities, the privacy of the lap pool, the cozy ambiance and yummy breakfast at the resto, and most especially the very warm service and a sweet gesture from the staff. We didn't mind not being right there at the beachfront; staying at The Ferra Premier was a choice we were glad to have made!

Pros: Staff are very hospitable and would go out of their way to help their guests—they have almost everything you need from an umbrella to a flat iron, and they would call an etrike and a massage therapist for you upon request. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff tidy up the rooms every day, with complimentary water and instant coffee refills. The AC was already turned on when we got into the room and there was a lovely personalized note welcoming us. Decent plated breakfast with good serving sizes. Location is 5 minutes away from D’Mall and around 10 minutes away from White Beach on foot. There is a coffee shop and a small grocery store across the hotel, and several dining establishments and stores within walking distance, which were very convenient. Cons: They make guests sign a waiver which had stringent provisions that basically said that you have to pay for semi-expendable items that may get ruined during your stay (it is reasonable that the management wanted to make sure that their property was taken care of but the waiver seemed to insinuate that the guests would deliberately destroy them, so I took a video of the whole room before settling in, just in case). The restaurant and the pool bar are located in another property two houses away from Ferra Premier. Dining area had a lot of mosquitoes. On our second day, we asked them to prepare our breakfast to-go since we had water activities early in the morning and they initially refused, saying that the kitchen was busy and implied that we should either eat there or forfeit the meal. They obliged in the end so all was well but did not include drinks that were supposed to be included in the set meal. The bathroom was not well lit (there was only one bulb for the whole bathroom), the exhaust did not work well (the bathroom floor was still wet in the morning) and the telephone smelled weird like saliva that we had to disinfect it twice with alcohol wipes.

When we arrived complimentary drinks offered to 4 of us, i said "I love it". When we went to our room walking the the hallway, i smelled a nice scent and again I said "I love it". We finally got in to our room again I said " "I LOVE IT" !!!!!! because to our surprised we were upgraded to a Loof room design, modern style room with big refrigerator, microwave, 2 split aircons, with balcony viewing down the swimming pool area, 2 twin beautiful bed enough for 2 person each bed with soft linen and pillows then on the top of the bed there was a printed welcome message to all of us. Towels were new and very soft. Over all very clean and cozy. The most important for us was that they are "PET FRIENDLY" Hotel, we able to enjoy the service together with our 2 fur dogs without charges. We were lucky to have a discounted room rates from Agoda booking due to not a high season for visitors this month of October. Very highly recomended budget wise and service. Thanks to the staff who assisted us.

We stayed in their twin room on the second floor. It comes with two comfortable beds and there's a window in the room. The wifi signal is quite good. What I love the most are the people, from the frontdesk, their maintenance people to their servers in the restaurant. They were so attentive to your needs and always greets you with their smile. Their customer service is very commendable. One thing to note is that they dont put the hair dryer and iron inside the room but you can always request for it. As for location, it is very near the center. It is just a 5 min walk to dmall and the white beach in station 2. It is also a walking distance to bulabog beach. Overall, we love our stay here in Ferra and will definitely recommend the place.
